Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?

  • I think it s very easy to forget that drinks contain calories, and that these calories easily add up! I sometimes have it in my head that they go straight through you and don t count. Take a can of Coke for example. A 330mL can has 139cals. While it may not seem a lot, if you have three of these a day, that s 400cals home already. Compare this to drinking water, which is obviously 0cals. But also has added benefits of hydrating the body and not contributing any chemicals to the body! I definitely don t drink enough water, so here s to drinking more.

  • I just want to say first of all that I m so proud of how far I ve come even though I am NO WHERE near where I want to be. The first picture I took just a few days ago. Second picture was from 2 years ago. At that point I had been lifting consistently for a whole year and had built a considerable amount of muscle already compared to where I started.(Unfortunately I don t have many pictures from before I started to show you how small I actually was). I naturally have a very small build and a fast metabolism(my body actually goes into a fat burning stage while I m eating or about to eat cause I get so excited). This makes building muscle and keeping it on very difficult and frustrating. I was eating probably just under 3000 cal/day(I played water polo) while in season in the second picture and barley maintaining weight(the biggest reason I do so little cardio now). It took a long time to learn that you can train as hard as you want and still get results but nothing will compare to the results you will get if you train the same way and properly fuel your body at the same time

  • HOW LIQUID CALORIES CAN RUIN YOUR FAT LOSS- It can be a bit tricky when it comes to what we drink. On the one hand, a glass of orange juice can be considered super healthy- it is filled with vitamins and minerals which can boost your immune system, on the other hand, most of the calories are from sugar and 1 cup(approx. 250 ml/8 oz.) has around 110-120 calories!- This can also be said about a glass of wine beer. Both of them do have some benefits when you drink them in moderation, BUT you should always remember each glass of wine has approx. 120 calories and 1/3 glass of beer has approx. 150 calories!- Shakes have lately become very popular(especially protein shakes) and many people, mainly that are interested in losing weight, use them as a snack or even a meal. I do believe that shakes are a great(plus easy& quick) option for a snack(and a good source of protein when you add it), but a very common mistake that is made is adding too many fruits and nut butters that are very rich in calories!- What I am trying to explain is that liquid calories can ruin your fat loss without you even noticing!   • STOP BELIEVING THE 1200 CALORIE LIE. 1200 calories a day won t get you six-pack abs. But it WILL slow down your thyroid, decrease testosterone, reduce muscle mass, deplete energy, and screw with your hunger hormones. All of which will PREVENT weight loss or muscle growth. Honestly, I hate talking about calories. How much you weigh depends on a lot more than your calorie intake- hormones, microbiome, activity levels, stress levels, genetics, toxin exposure, etc. And truthfully, the topic of weight loss makes me cringe because. BUT I see so many women who have been taught the 1200 calorie lie, and quite frankly it s ruining their health. If you re a woman with adrenal, thyroid, or hormone issues, chances are you need to be eating much more than 1200 calories to nourish your body and turn off starvation signals. ESPECIALLY if you are also active or exercise frequently. Not sure how many calories you should be eating A decent ESTIMATE is to take your weight, and multiply it by 10-12, depending on how active you are. For example, I weigh 135 and am fairly active(exercise 5 days a week), so I would multiply 135 by 12, which results in about 1600 calories. If I m really active, or just hungrier, I ll eat closer to 1800. Do I suggest you count calories every day for the rest of your life Heeeeck no. But I do think it helps to have a general idea of the amount of food you should be eating to support hormones, energy, thyroid health, and muscle mass, especially if you re used to undereating like many women out there. For example, if you re trying negatives with benchpress: slowly lower the weight to your chest taking over 5-10 seconds before touching your chest.   • With every single gym session I grow mentally. Making those mental gainz. This isn t a feel good comment I m making just to say it. I m not about that life. I really do want ppl to understand, that when you re stepping into the gym. And you add 5 more lb, do one more rep, do cardio for 1 more minute. 1 more rep or minute past what you thought you could handle. If you do that,& push past that pain barrier, it may or may not give you the realization that there s other pain barriers in your life that you don t think you can manage. But you can. My recommendation is always to make your own weight gain shakes like the one on the left.   • Today was the first day of my sports nutrition class. One thing we learned is how many calories per gram there are in each of the food groups. So 1 gram of fats gives you 9 calories, 1 gram of carbs gives you 4 calories and 1 gram of protein gives you 4 calories. A calorie is a unit of heat energy, and from calories we get energy for everything and anything we do. One thing I didn t know is that one gram of alcohol gives you 7 calories. I always thought it was the same as carbs(4). So I guess that s why alcohol is said to fatten you up and you that beer belly. Hoy fue mi primer día en mi clase de nutrición deportiva.   • 12 plate hip thrusts: First video is 585lb for 5 reps. The second video is 605lb for 3 reps. I m at 165lb bodyweight. I started this with the 5/3/1 program up to 85 of the 90 max for squats. After squats I did deadlifts for 6 sets with 455lb and 475lb. These Hip thrusts were next and I finished up my training with isolations for my calves, hamstrings, quads, and abductors/adductors. Over the next month I will be working on the dynamics and control on this exercise.

  • Surviving a hotel breakfast after yesterday s high carb dinner! Protein baby and going for a run! Shooting for 5-6 mi, or one hour, but will see. I had a few days of a break. Today will be hard. Cottage cheese is a good source of protein. I grew up eating it nearly daily for breakfast. I know more ways to eat cottage cheese than Bubba from Forest Gump knows about shrimp. It is also a natural source of calcium. But you must be careful because it s also high on fats. I personally don t worry about fats in my diet because I tend not to favor saturated fats anyway. I am more concerned about restricting carbs. So to me cottage cheese is a good option.

  • OHP with 170lb for 3 reps of 5 sets. 100 of my body weight. Whenever I m weightlifting, focusing on the technique and form is always my priority. It s important to push your head forward after you get the bar above your head. This will prevent the temptation of leaning backwards to use your chest which could cause injury. NEVER use your legs for momentum to push the bar up. This exercise is primarily used for building the deltoid muscle of the shoulders. Demonstrating control over the weight by slowing the descent will provide better results instead of quickly blowing through a set. The aesthetics of your shoulder muscle will reflect the weight you can handle with good controlled form. If you can do 8-10 reps with 135 you ll have nice muscle. If you can do 155lb with 8-10 reps with the same form the muscle will look even better. Training is all about progression and consistency.

  • Don t get hung up on making the best choice, just make better choices. If you re working towards a fat loss goal you need to consume fewer calories, right. There s no harm in consuming some un healthy foods in your diet, just try and opt for the ones with fewer calories. OMG this felt like the hardest thing ever today I felt so much lighter and doing yoga/workout was no problem at all either I didn t even intend to fast for 29 hrs! I was so scared to even drink tea and eat this and also challenged ocd! I added sauerkraut, a food of my childhood, I haven t eaten that in years! dad and I bought it at an organic store and I wanted to try it and add more fermented foods to my diet. dad wanted to try it too and when we opened it I had the first bite of food since yd! but I didn t feel too bad bc dad was w me. actually having this meal was sooo much harder bc I changed it up and the calories of it even though I only added 8 from the sauerkraut. I actually just finished it and I feel so bad that this was supposed to be lunch. totally forgot how difficult it is to start eating again after a fast and that I feel a lot more guilty than usual even though I watched videos on yt to distract myself. and I wanted to have sth else tonight too yikes

  • Strawberry cheescake by 125 grams crumbled digestive biscuits 75 grams soft butter 300 grams cream cheese 60 grams icing sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon lemon juice 250 millilitres double cream 400 grams strawberries 2 spoon potato starch Blitz the biscuits in a food processor until beginning to turn to crumbs, then add the butter and whiz again to make the mixture clump.   • So after being good for a week I had some guests and a very naughty weekend. It was unevitable. I have only lost 300g which resulted in 2 binges out of sorrow Anyway I am gonna to some calories counting again as this always worked for me and try not to go over 1250 kcal per day. Ingredients: 1 avocado medium sized, ripe 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tablespoons honey 6 Tablespoons milk optional: pistachios or other nut for topping Instructions: Cut open the avocado and scoop out the pit. I get really lost without goals- is anyone else like that And no, I m not training for a show I just have a wild hair to create something completely new! Transcend to a higher level ⠀⠀⠀ I really didn t change much this week, I just cut fats down and hiked twice, which I m pretty much obsessed with! It s excellent bonding time with the puppers and God ⠀⠀⠀ I see a lot of people add too much too soon! 6 days of cardio off the bat, eliminate way too many calories, take fat burners, etc. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ You want to make tiny changes and allow your body to run with it until it no longer stimulates change! THEN you add in another factor OR you add to it. Meaning, I ll use me as an example: I only cut down my fats which is a caloric deficiency compared to what I was consuming! If I still lose fat this week at these calories, I will NOT change anything. If I do not lose fat, I will either a. Drop fat again(I started super high) OR b. Add in 20 min of HIIT cardio ONE day that week. That s it. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Small, seemingly insignificant changes, compounded over time yield lasting results ⠀⠀⠀ If I can change this much in a week, I wonder what you can do New week, endless possibilities get after it, friends!

But with all the info out there, it can be very overwhelming ⠀ How many carbs should i eat I heard putting butter in my coffee makes me lose weight fast Should I buy detox tea I see on IG Should I skip breakfast Should I do keto Is bread good or bad Do I need to eat 6 times a day to lose weight ⠀ I could go on for hours about this ⠀ I want to teach you the way I learn, SUPER SIMPLE. I get overwhelmed very easily and I want to help you so lets go bare basics, capeesh!;) ⠀ 1. My last post discusses maintenance calories(please go back and look at it for reference). Lets talk about FAT LOSS calories now Doesn t matter if you are keto, vegan, paleo, iifym, bodybuilder- you need to be CONSISTENTLY in a caloric deficit. Yes, each diet has different health benefits, but we are discussing fat loss as our primary focus. To calculate fat loss calories: goal body weight x 11-12= calories/day. This is going to give you a range, start at the higher end and take notes of how your weight adjusts over the next 2-4 weeks. NOT 2-4 days, give it time! When your weight loss plateus, THEN go to the lower amount in that range! You want to lose weight at the most calories possible for as long as possible. If you re one of my clients, you know this phrase: We are magicians, we need to keep as many tricks up our sleeve as possble because plateaus WILL happen. Often. You succeed long term by preparing for them. ⠀ 2. Find your protein intake target. Multiply GOAL body weight x.7-1 to find your protein goal in grams. This will ensure that your getting enough protein to support growing and repairing your muscles. ⠀ 3. Focus on WHOLE FOODS, its okay to have a few treats and indicentals, but you want at least 80 to come from whole foods and have a little but more fun with the other 20. ⠀ I hope this helps!   • is back and now with more! Going to spend 2 weeks to a month trying to balance my omega 3& 6 ratio. I ve noticed that my joints are more inflamed(and I think I have) since upping my protein in the forms of meat, yogurt, cheese and. Trying to eat a 1:1 serving of omega6 source and omega3 source a day. Hopefully I will see improvement from this experiment. Buddha bowls beef(sorry vegans) for breakfast: grass fed beef, roasted sweet potato, brussels sprouts, onion, cabbage, bell pepper. Topped with avocado& lime.(278 cal, 12g fat, 22g carb, 20g protein) Greek tuna salad for lunch: tuna, cucumber, grape tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, EVOO, dill, oregano, s&p.(228 cal, 16g fat, 1g carb, 19g protein) And salmon jerky in the oven for those quick snacking needs.
