Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.

  • Once upon a time.maybe it was just yesterday. In a land not far from where you stand, there existed a fire show produced by two fire witches, your heroines of this here tale. That show was called Ignite Fire Variety Show. To protect their identity the names of the witches have been changed. So for obscurity s sake we ll call them Sage Sovereign and. One day the venue for the show told them suddenly that they were unable to host fire anymore. The show no longer had a home.   • Oh ma gawd() Put this one of your list for the weekend! Mushrooms are back in action and bringing back the gluten free burger! Serves: 2  Prep time: 10 minutes  Cook time: 10 minutes INGREDIENTS for the burgers: 1 tablespoon extra olive oil 4 portobello or large field mushrooms 1 cup rocket 2 tablespoons sundried tomato salsa 1 lamb pattie or egg or veggie burger (this is a lamb version and egg version) ½ red onion, thinly sliced ½ avocado, sliced INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat grill. Coat mushrooms in olive oil and grill for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. 2. Meanwhile saute onions in frypan over low heat until caramelised. 3. Fry lamb pattie 5 mintues each side. 4. Top with rocket, sundried pesto, lamb pattie and avocado.   • PANCAKE DAY IS COMING! You better have the 13th February in your diary!. In the excitement for pancake day, I roughly recreated one of my first posts on my blog! But I spiced it up a little. Instead of doing classic scotch pancakes, I seasoned my batter with paprika and black pepper(it s amazing, definitely recommend). This batter is made from 200g flour, 1 egg, 300ml oat milk, 1tsp black pepper and 1tsp paprika. It s great for helping to excrete excess cholesterol from your body through the fibre content, it even has a nutritional claim, suggesting that it can reduce cholesterol when part of a low saturated fat and cholesterol diet(but it s only if you eat three portions a day).   • Pancake day special. These pancakes were based on the BBC good food recipes. But I replaced white flour with whole meal flour. I also added a tbsp of macca powder and one mashed banana. Maca powder has a slightly nutty earthy taste, but this taste can be easily covered, e.g. by a banana!. These pancakes were topped with raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, vanilla yogurt, raspberry coulis and seed sprinkle. Hope you ve all had a good pancake day

  • At the moment I m testing out lots of different yogurts and milks from plant based origin. This bowl contains and, topped with fresh mango, blueberries and passion fruit. Through research I ve discovered that the majority of plant based milk alternatives have excessively low iodine levels when compared to milk. One 200ml glass of cows milk approximately contains half of your iodine content, but plant based contain 2 of this concentration. Moreover, the majority of milks are not fortified with iodine!. The recommendations for iodine intake currently stand at 150mcg in adults, and 200mcg in pregnant/breastfeeding women!. Iodine is really important for the registration of the thyroid hormones, which helps regulate you metabolism. Moreover, it is essential in pregnant and breastfeeding women for the development of the babies brain. Iodine can be found in a range of product, although the majority of them are from dairy and fish(haddock contains 390mcg per 120g portion) products! However, it can be more difficult for vegetarians and vegans to obtain enough iodine. as a 25g portion of nuts only contains 5mcg. meaning you d have to eat around 750g of nuts to meet the current recommendation! The average slice of bread(36g) contains 5mcg. meaning you would have to eat 30 slices of bread per day to get you recommendation! Therefore, if you do follow a plant based, veggie or vegan diet, then it might be worth considering supplements!

  • Remaking these lettuce wrap tacos tonight from Taco Tuesday earlier this week because they were THAT GOOD! I sort of feel like a recipe developer genius because I came up with the idea to break up plantains and sprinkle them on top for some added crunch and POW game changer! This recipe is quick, easy and loaded with protein. Here s the breakdown. RO s TURKEY TACOS: 1 lb. organic ground turkey 1/4 cup red onion 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper Trader Joe s taco seasoning(I use half the packet) dash of pink salt, pepper romaine hearts For garnishes, I used sliced baby tomatoes, avocado and sprinkled crushed plantain chips all ova the place! Grab a frying pan and coat with olive oil. Cook the turkey for 5-8 minutes on medium-High heat and add the veggies in at the 5 minute mark. Scoop into romaine hearts and you re done. Happy eating!

Aaron s off to run a half marathon and I m enjoying my Sunday breakfast at home in my pj s Don t worry, I m going to meet him at the end to cheer him on, but I m too cold to stand outside for two hours!
