  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.

  • This is an extremely rare photograph of me going through an intense moment of thought. You can all tell by the strain in my face that it s a very painful process and doesn t happen often. This usually occurs on Sundays doing client check-ins. Also around 5 minutes post workout whilst the pump is still strong, trying to decide what angle will look best for the gram.- In all seriousness this is a relaxed photo of my current condition yesterday. All of my workouts are done for this week and it s finally a rest day Weighing in at 91.3KG totalling a loss of 7.1KG in under 5 weeks. Strength has maintained and calories are still at 2,700 per day. Cardio is looking like 40 minutes HIIT and 40 minutes LISS per week. Carb cycling is being introduced next week with no change to cardio, possibly a slight drop in calories. I ll keep you updated, now to binge watch black mirror for the rest of the day

  • STRENGTH UPDATE 4 Weeks deep into the cut.- I ve been following my SUB-MAX Strength program throughout this cut. Tonight s workout called for 7 Sets of 3 Reps at RPE 8. After a good first set on 200KG I upped the weight to 210KG. I didn t feel strong at all and didn t attempt the third rep, still managing to hit a PB of 210KGx2 Which was 100 not an RPE 8- The plan is to stick to the RPE from now on, allowing me to continue to lift heavy whilst taking care of my joints.   • CARB CYCLING HAS STARTED Comment below if you find my traps btw.- Hit another low weigh in this morning.7KG after my first low carb day. It s crazy how a simple macro change effects your body instantly when your diet is on point(Dropped a kg in one day).- Calories have been dropped for the first time this prep, from 2,700 down to 2,550 per day. Carb cycling has also started with 2 low days, 2 high days and 3 medium days.   • 200KG Deadlifts for Max Reps Sometimes you ve just got to stop worrying about doing things correct. Stick to the basics and just GIVE IT EVERYTHING YOUVE F*CKIN GOT!- After seeing post about reppin dead s for 10, that s what I was aiming for. Growing up I saw a lot of. I saw it s dirty, nasty, selfish head. I saw it tear families apart, and tear people apart. Once I was my very own Adult, I realized that addiction is horrible, addiction is like a disease, but at the end of the day addiction is ego. I do not like to be addicted to anyyyything. Food. Coffee. My own ego. Nothing. I m a grown ass, and if I feel like I NEED a cup of coffee to survive, that s my body s way of saying hey it s time to back up the coffee truck. I believe my body wants to be healthy, and my body has Gods divine intelligence infused into its very make up, to be just that. If I treat myself right, give it the nutrients, and the love it needs, it will be healthy, and run perfectly fine without any man made substance, enhancer, pills or indulgence. Don t get me wrong coffee and wine will be in my hands in a few short days, but for now I m just gonna drool in the corner and contemplate the universe, and try to focus on how delicious tastes.

  • Oh what a this is! I wasn t going to post this pic that I recently came across because it s SO bad but you know what, someone may need this the way I needed it. I have been slacking with my all my posts, but best believe nothing has changed since my pic on the right. I will NEVER allow myself to be that unhealthy again. This is not. I was and that IS. I want you to know that if I can do this, YOU CAN TOO! I am five feet tall and probably was pushing 200 lbs in the first pic. I m now 115-120. The thing is, yes, I lost weight. You know the story.But the most importantly, I was READY to make a change and I didn t fuck around. I my body exactly into what I wanted. I shed the excess weight and then turned ALL my fat into muscle. With that being said, I have NO loose skin, NO stretch marks(not that there is anything wrong with that; I just didn t want it!) I committed to becoming healthy and researched how to do it the way I wanted and I am(literally!) that! I will never NOT get my workouts in, I will NEVER get complacent. I ve maintained the SAME weight since 2014. Mind you, I almost died 2 years ago and was unable to workout or MOVE for SIX weeks. I was home bound. Did I let almost dying stop me NOPE! This type of is what I was looking for when l joined years ago. I needed& and now I am my OWN Motivation. Loosing weight and changing your lifestyle is SO HARD. You have to want it. If you have followed my, you see I didn t even let cheating death stop me! Do you know how many times I tried and failed Too many to count. I went from never working out to becoming a.   • Emotionally draining day. The stomach virus has been blowing through my house for the past two weeks. I had a short moment of tears move in and this stirred up some old feelings of just wanting to release my tired emotions with a binge. Here is how I know God has healed my emotional eating: 1: I recognized& acknowledged how I was feeling 2: I prayed(instead of grabbing the chocolate, the 2 plates of nachos,& the 3 bowls of cereal that I use to eat by myself when no one else was around) 3: I grabbed my yoga mat and started moving my body. Friends, within 10 minutes my mind was back in a positive space! If you struggle with emotional eating I understand the guilt/shame that follows but I want you to know that you don t have to stay stuck in that viscous cycle! Hand that burden over sister!

  • I ve thought a lot about how I wanted to say this and I m hoping it comes out right. I saw some shares of a FB post about some locals who have been thrown in jail for drug charges. I also saw the unkind comments made. These people being thrown in jail isn t my problem. God s word says to obey the laws of the land(Romans 13:1-14). When you break the law punishment follows. My problem is the insensitive wording of some. Not just in this incident but also in other similar situations. Do we ever stop and think before posting do these people have children Do they maybe have an older child who might see what I called their parent Will these children s friends see my post or their friends parents. Negativity always seems to have a way of spreading fast.doesn t it. The thing about a kid is that no matter how badly their parent has messed up the child is still going to love them. Our negative words that we use to describe the parent is going to hurt them. No matter how tough the kid is. That child is also desperately wanting change for their parent. We should want that too. If a child has yet to understand that their identity is rooted in Christ and not the actions of their mothers and fathers, then there is a very real chance that those words such as bum.worthless.no good.(being nice here) that are being thrown around about the parent, will root into these children. They will feel the weight of those words. Let s pray for more Jesus encounters in jail cells. More transformations. More compassion and for God to guard the hearts of the children caught in the mess.

  • When someone buys a shirt, I ask them to send a picture so I can share the hope of recovery with everyone. This is my mom and she wanted to be the first. I agreed. She got about as low as a person could go. She didn t suffer from alcoholism herself, but she had two kids and an ex husband who did. This is a family disease and it kills indirectly too. While there were a lot of dark years, we have enjoyed our journey in recovery. Instead of giving up, she decided to get help and build her life.   • Ok. Recovery was going REALLY well until this.oh yeah, I forgot about the torn bicpep tendon and reached over to my glove compartment and ruptured the bicep. So I will forever have the Popeye bicep whether or not I eat my spinach. Set back about 6 weeks per my surgeon. I never felt the bicep injury as the day before my surgery I knocked 3 1/2 sets of pullups to 70 and never felt any pain(20/20/10/20). It wasn t until the surgery that the tear was discovered. In any case, surgeon says the Murph in May might be challenging, but that s what I live for. Tell me I can t, I dare you. Murph, you re in my sights.

I ve wrestled a lot with whether or not to post about this publicly, but I m a strong believer in ending the stigma and using my experience to benefit others. Today I celebrate 3 years of sobriety, and tomorrow I ll celebrate 1 year of recovery from an eating disorder. This last year especially I ve experienced huge leaps and bounds in my personal growth. I ve accepted my identity as a survivor of addiction, mental illness, trauma, abuse, infidelity, and divorce. I embrace these labels not as a way to remain a victim of my challenges, but because I would not be the woman I am today without them. I would also not be the woman I am today without my family, friends, support groups, treatment team, employer, colleagues, and Higher Power. I am continually humbled by the love and support that surrounds me, and I am eternally grateful to YOU for being part of that. In addition to expressing my deepest gratitude, my purpose in posting this is to extend my support back to each and every one of you. There is no shame in struggle, as we have the opportunity to let it mold us into our highest selves. If you are struggling now, or when we all inevitably struggle again in the future, please know I am here for you. I love you, and I support you. Thank you all for loving me until I learned to love myself.

  • As someone who really really struggles with self esteem issues honestly discovering and mama has completely changed my perception of myself in a little over a week. Yes I am wearing make up. Yes I have been inspired to do something a little different with my make up because of the show and I am seriously proud of my eyeliner here oh my gosh! But it s not just about the make up. I feel beautiful in myself. I have a spring in my step and my inner diva is awakening. My depression, anxiety, eating disorder and self hatred are not gone by any means but for the first time in a long time I have hope that they might be shushed. In the words of my new mother. If you can t love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else.

  • Hmmmmm Don t know if words are needed but well well well. 6 years of fight, relapses and suffering. 6 years fighting against the doctors because i didn t want to recover and wanted them to let me die. But few months back i had a waking call and decided to change my life. That i didn t want that pain anymore. Tired of surviving. Life is beautiful and i m extremely lucky to still be alive. Sometimes it s still hard of course. Recovery is not a straight road. But i accept my body and even love it. I did it alone, without any doctors. because I DECIDED ON MY OWN that i wanted to recover. I work, party, eat and just live my own life. And it feels so good. It makes me sad to see people struggling with that disorder because i ve been there and still am. And i wish i could do something to help people. Recovery is possible. You have to see the dark in order to see the light. And YOU CAN touch this light. You can shine back. I know how hard it s hard it is to change your mind but you worth it. Everybody worths it. You are a human beeing that deserves to be cherish, not destroyed. If you have ever been bullied, don t listen to that stupid assholes. They are only jealous and want to put you down because they feel bad in their own skin. Well i didn t want to write anything at first but this post is kinda long and i m sorry about that. I m writing with my heart. Love yourself. Love your imperfections because they make who you are.
