Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.

  • Day 5/5- Easier than I thought to stick to a session everyday day. I usually flake out and find an excuse to not finish something I set out to do but it was more enjoyable after every session.   • 15 minute meditation this morning before my 8am followed by some easy stretches. I ve been struggling with my ADHD a lot since being back at school. One of my main struggles extreme lack of motivation. Even when it comes to things I love doing. This is common for those with ADHD and it is not very talked about. sooo I am here to chat about it! If not properly treated, those with ADHD can get in a constant state of low being and struggle to be motivated.(symptoms of ADHD not to get confused with depression) Those with ADHD tend to get overwhelmed easier compared to those without ADHD. Lack of motivation can be triggered by these feelings of being overwhelmed. Feeling overwhelmed can lead to ADHD individuals giving up before even starting something. It is difficult to get from point A to point B with a brain that jumps from one thing to 100 others so quickly. This can be very frustrating. If you re overwhelmed& feeling unmotivated, don t let two weeks go by because you think it will just go away on it s own.( guilty as charged). Try to take action in small steps. 1. Set goals. Setting goals can help focus your mind and energies. Any goal works.(Mine was to meditate today. I didn t set a strict time length I started small with just having a goal) Goals alone can help one get motivated. Setting small and manageable goals can help avoid getting overwhelmed. 2. Get active. I have felt unmotivated to do even the things I love working out& yoga. I have just wanted to spend time alone and I have avoided others. However, the only way to get motivated is by getting through this wall& going out, moving, and communicating. I know, easier said than done. so start small. Start with walking in the morning and simple stretches. Maybe get dinner with a friend. 3. Ask for help. There is nothing wrong nor embarrassing about asking for help. I ve asked for help. I am utilizing the resources at my university. Sometimes things get difficult to do alone. Help can be as simple as reaching out to friends or family. Talk to them about how you re feeling!

ADHD individuals don t get distracted, forget important details, lose important things, or lose track of conversations/time just because they are lazy and lack motivation to try. Research reveals that the brain structure differs between those with ADHD and those without ADHD. These individuals have basic differences in brain functioning that impairs certain areas of the brain. With that said it is not about being lazy, unmotivated, or not trying it is about their unique brain chemistry. As ADHD individuals, this may be frustrating and it may seem easier to just accept that these things happen. However, we still do need to try! Just not necessarily try harder perhaps just try things in a different way. If you are an individual with ADHD try out some different ways of coping. Maybe some of the following-Be creative in problem solving-Be compassionate towards yourself-Surround yourself with individuals who positively support you.-If you are surrounded by those try harder types of people, reach out to an individual who understands ADHD for help.-Add in some daily exercise, yoga, and/or meditation ABOUT THE SEQUENCE FOR CONCENTRATION:(Posture list- mountain. tree. balancing warrior III. grounded warrior III. grounded low lunge. pigeon.) Perform each pose moving slowly& mindfully from one posture to the next. Hold each for about 8-10 slow deep breaths breaths. This sequence includes various grounding as well as balancing postures. Balancing postures(like Tree& balancing Warrior III) are great for improving concentration. Balancing postures force us to concentrate on the present moment and the task at hand In order to maintain balance. It s a real quandary this Internet. and the truth is I am having a bit of a hard time lately, classic busy-ness, but there s a lot on my plate and my overall well-being and my relationships have suffered. I weigh more than I ever have and it s not my favorite thing. my partner and I are both building businesses and it s been stressful, we re trying to plan our wedding but don t feel super connected. I haven t put enough time into my friendships and staying in touch with family.   • (Swipe) I recently started treating my for the first time in my life at 27. Adhd has been a running joke through my life, but I d never been formally diagnosed and mostly felt like the scattered challenges I had were a personal failure- lack of discipline. I assumed everyone else was just working harder. In the last year or two, I started paying attention to how much work others seem to put into normal activities that I put a tremendous amount of energy into. I reflected on how much of my conversation is managing my conversational impulses. How i genuinely don t notice housework needing to be done. I was taking with about how difficult I find driving and she told me that I just described adhd, and reminded me it s a treatable condition. It s been weird to try out a new brain for the last few weeks.

  • I m so excited about these reminder cards I made to give to my clients parents. The idea is that they ll give these to their kids if/ when they become emotionally dysregulated. On the front I recreated this fun little llama dude I found on, and on the back I included a message of love and support(complete with skills ideas). My hope is that these cards will offer parents something tangible to give their child in those times of(perceived) crisis that is empathetic, but also encourages the child to use skills learned in to self-regulate.   • This was a user request, and super excited to talk about it, CBD AND CBD is a calming component of marijuana, now studied and used for its calming and anti- effects. is actually legal in all 50 states, yes, approved,  in Canada and a few other countries for medical use. CBD has been shown to improve depression and feelings of both social and general anxiety. Individuals with ADHD may benefit from extracts to alleviate symptoms CBD oil became mainstream after children used CBD to reducd epileptic seizures; spurring additional research and application in other areas of health, physical and mental. I was only able to find one explicit cannabis and ADHD study, it explored an ADHD teenage male who was prescribed cannabis to treat restlessness and argumentative tendencies. The follow ups showed the individual was calmed and more peaceful; importantly they did not appear sedated and even tested their ability to drive, of which he d shown increased driving performance.   • Let s talk about ADHD medication. I started medication when I was in grade 10, first with straterra. Then, after I changed to concerta- I ve heard many variations of individuals with hyperactivity disorder and inattentiveness use medication with great success. I too found great help with FINALLY being able to focus, and complete what I had set out to do! It kept me in charge of my studies, and felt I was able to get things done!- My best dose is 54Mg of concerta, 36mg is too little and 72mg was too much. Super fascinating when you feel and understand your brain chemistry being affected; truly helped me understand my best dose. Keep track of how your feeling, are you getting things done, does my medication do what it needs to do Only you know. But no one is ever concerned about how they ve done it so fast. Although I am losing weight again(probably not in the best of ways) I will continue to work on my so that I get to a place where I am and- both mentally and physically. Anyway here is a pic of me challenging my and by going to my friends birthday! It was pretty difficult(also cause I m allergic to wine haha) but I did it and am super proud of all my small steps.

  • Depression hitting hard, mourning a loss if a family member, being neglected when you are vocal about your problems and keep hearing that is your fault is not good. But hey! I ve cut my hair again. I m not used anymore to have long hairs, I m unable to do any cute braids or basics stuff. This type of cut it suits me better and it s low maintenance too.
