Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?

  • Peach Cobbler One of the advantages of using blended food for tube feeding is that local seasonal produce can be included in the diet. With so many fruits in season right now, we are spoiled for choice. I picked peaches for this spin on a classic cobbler which can be tube fed or enjoyed as a smoothie.   • Tyler and I really don t do much for Valentine s Day besides sitting down, and eating an unhealthy amount of non-nutritious food that is from a restaurant we normally don t go to. It s taken me awhile to accept that he really just isn t good at thinking of gifts for me(Honey I would like this for Christmas.) and lets be real I hate surprises. But the year I was pregnant with Brooks he surprised me with a trip to Madison to watch a hockey game. We stayed in a hotel(we were so poor, and it was a big deal) and ice skated and reminisced of when he got his undergrad there. In this picture, for this Valentines, I was 20 weeks pregnant. We had just found out Brooks was a boy, and we had started calling him Baby B. My how time has flown. Tomorrow is miraculously Ty s day off, and I can t wait to spend it with my TWO Valentines!

  • Here s the thing about doing it all: even if you can do it all, no one can do it all WELL. I read this last night as I was reading before bed and I just sat there and said DANNNNG. That is so true! It immediately made me feel relieved to know that for 1. Most people can simply not do it all, and for 2. If they are claiming they are, then they aren t doing it WELL. I m constantly struggling with the imbalances in my life. One minute I m focusing too much on my business, and neglecting my family. The next I m focusing too hard on being disciplined following a nutrition plan, that I forget to enjoy life. Then, I m focusing too much on the house, decorating, being a mom.etc.- that I notice my business needs attention. I get so frustrated when I feel out of balance I know I ve swung too far in one direction. But instead of letting frustration failure wash over me, I simply need to give myself grace move forward. Realign my goals, be intentional with my time, and stay PRESENT in the moment. Which is so much easier said than done. I m anxious to see what you think Do you think you need to do it all Are you constantly in the comparison game, wondering how everyone has their life together, while yours feels like a shit show.   • ONE MONTH DIFFERENCE!. Throughout this past month I HAVEN T skipped a workout. Every week I marched my booty downstairs with Brooks on my hip, and pushed out an HOUR workout. I prepped planned. I came up with excuses. I pushed workouts off until later(and deeply regretted it!) I pushed back plans to complete it. I half assed a few. But all were COMPLETED. I didn t eat PERFECT like I had hoped. I slipped up a few times in the last week(ok more than a few if we re all being honest.) but I stretched myself and learned a lot along the way! Such as, I look pregnant when I eat dairy- and really anything that isn t a whole, nutritious meal. So did I lose a staggering amount of weight Nope- none to be exact. Did I lose inches Yes! 1ish in my thighs and 3 around my waist. Although I m saying see yah to those inches- I m more obsessed with how I feel. WHICH IS SO DANG GOOD!. Energized, clear minded, confident, and like my body is operating like it should! How I FEEL is my main priority- not the numbers, or the jean sizes. It s all about confidence and how you feel in your own skin.

  • Any other girls single mommin it this weekend. I find myself not getting out enough and coming up with all sorts of excuses! It s freezing outside. It takes forever to pack up a toddler and their 32 snacks. I don t feel like getting dressed. Blah blah blah.   • Breakfast and lunch on the go(well, into my lunch bag for work yesterday.) Breakfast was chia jam overnight oats(recipe inspired by) topped with berries and salted peanut chocolate clusters.   • Yesterday s service talked a lot about suffering how as humans, we naturally revert to questioning God s intent and unconditional love when we run into hard times, sufferings, and legitimate pain. Coincidentally, this morning I was able to spend my morning consoling talking through real sufferings with a close friend. And I m so grateful on mornings like these, I am my own boss. I choose my hours. I can put close friends family first- without having to report to anyone. This morning I was able to listen. I was able to comfort. I was able to be apart of the healing process. God is good. He holds it all. He doesn t promise a world without sufferings. He doesn t promise a world without chaos BUT He does promise to meet you in your sufferings.   • Friday got me all. It s been a heck of a week filled with highs, lows& everything in between. But really it was just a normal week with one sick little monkey and 2 exhausted parents. As I was helping wrap up a few little things for the school play this afternoon, and listening to the kids enjoy a gym class, this wave of realization passed over me.   • New recipe to go with my new blog post(link in bio). Chatting about my experience with rosacea and what has worked for me!. In my pot from yesterday is egg white oatmeal with almond butter& chia jam. I m definitely going to repeat this one again today with my leftover jam. It was so tasty!. Here s how to: Cook oats to your liking and stir in 1/4 cup liquid egg whites until completely combined(oats will be fluffy and light colored). While oats cook, combine 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries, 1-2 tbsp water and 1& 1/2 tbsp chia seeds in a small pot on the stove and cook over medium heat until berries are soft and bubbling. Smash berries with a fork and stir to combine fully with chia seeds. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, stir a spoonful into your oatmeal along with a spoonful of almond butter. Top with honey to taste. Store chia jam in a covered bowl and use on yogurt or toast this week!.

  • Kid Post! When I m on my game, this is what lunch looks like for my kiddos. There s usually three, but I still have a man down. Just like my post yesterday about pancake mix and store bought vday gifts, I ve learned to compromise about what goes into my kiddos lunch box. I used to refuse bag snacks give them only an apple for snack use bread that I like never buy yogurt that came in tube form. It s been a process, but we ve kind of met in the middle. And guess what, everyone s happy(for now). In their lunch fresh fruit& veg, organic gold fish, whole milk yogurt tubes, pb&j& pb&nanner( pb& jam) on white whole wheat, not pictured, coco loco bars for play practice.

  • It s a beautiful day to be alive y all. Feeling extra grateful today cos it s sunny and it seems like it s gonna stay that way! If you re in the northwest you know the struggle we ve had like 5 winters already! Take some time today to reflect on what you re grateful for. For me it just blows my mind how blessed I am. I mean, if you have access to Instagram think about how privileged you are just in that aspect alone. Don t forget about little things like that(like being able to buy groceries, having a car, being able to shower) which point to a certain degree of comfort that isn t universal. We blessed! It has been traditionally used for years for many ailments from scalds and burns to boils and ulcers. My great grandma and her friend used to always advise that I put the leaves/juice onto any insect bites that I had, to soothe the itching and speed up healing. I have also seen it it many herbal remedies. It is thought that some of its properties(mainly anti-inflammatory) are due to triterpenoids, particularly faradiol monoester. I have attached some articles/studies about calendula which I found interesting- I ve tried to find research since 2014 so it s more up to date. While I have always know about this plant from my family, I have never read about it myself, so in preparation for my placement next week, I did some reading!- Before using any herbal supplement, make sure you check with a doctor or pharmacist that it is safe to take.-

Tightening up the reigns over here.anyone else feel me!. So I went to my happy place and cooked us a delish breakfast! This is another take on overnight oats recipe and it s soooo good! I made warm oats this morning loosely based on her blueberry muffin recipe. Here s what I did for 2: 1 cup GF oats 1&1/2- 2 cups water pinch of pink/sea salt 1 banana chopped 2 tbsp coconut butter 2 scoops collagen(optional) 1 tsp cinnamon zest of small lemon blueberries(making a pretty ring around your bowl is optional) Make oats on stove by combing oats& banana with boiling water and salt then simmer until oats are tender. Stir in collagen, coconut butter& cinnamon until combined. Stir in zest Spoon into bowls, tops with bloobs& more zest Drizzle with honey if more sweetness is desired.

  • Bodybuilding is the toughest, most mentally challenging sport there is. It s more than that, it s a lifestyle. To be successful you almost have to be selfish. You lose and sacrifice so much, you constantly fight against your own mind and thoughts. Constantly judging yourself. Comparing yourself to others, whether it be others out on the street or your idols on social media. Constantly I find myself doing this. Being unhealthily obsessed with your own image, although people outside the fitness world see it as being arrogant or obnoxious, we need to keep that state of mind to keep us in the game. Keep us hungry. The day we are 100 happy and satisfied with our body is the day we lose. Never be satisfied, there is ALWAYS more work to be done, more to grow, more to perfect. We never get anything without some time or effort and we should remember this. I wish you a wonderful Happy New Year!. I can t complain about 2017 to be honest. I had great opportunities in various areas of my life, I met wonderful people, changed things for the best and could travel more than I ve done in any year of my life so far. I plan on continuing like this. As positive and all good at this may seem, it was also a very hard year the highlights were high but the low were the lowest they ve ever been and I ll need to focus on that next year because it s a poison of my existence creeping in my head in the brightest moments and making them less of a positive experience as they truly are. Goal for 2018 is keeping the highs and getting rid of as many lows as I can Invest in your life, take a deep breath, go on adventures(no matter if it s small ones, I swear they are for good) and most of all, take care of yourself.-

  • We ve survived this crazy, dark, though often wonderful year. Lucky us for the challenges we face because it is through them that we are given the opportunity to grow. Let s be grateful for the lessons we learned in 2017, we did make it out alive after all and hopefully are better people for it:) I have a good feeling about the adventures 2018 has in store for us, lucky us for having the opportunity to experience them.
