Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • So, I have heard about this before, this is nothing new. But it has been on my mind lately, and last night I thought about making it happen. About two weeks ago I was talking to a couple friends of mine. Two of them are heavy smokers, and smoke about 1 pack a day. I calculated for them that they could have saved about 25,000 since they started smoking. Price of a nice car. Heck, even a down payment on a house. Their only argument was that they would spend that money on something else anyways. I also tease my sister about her daily Starbucks lattes. She always cries about not being able to save. I think those who have their Starbucks lattes per day, might also get other things from Starbucks, which adds up to even more spending. I am not saying we should not enjoy life, and not get the things that we desire, but if we have the money for cigarettes or Starbucks we should be able to save five dollars a day easily. For this reason I will be doing a five dollars a day challenge until this time next year. I will be investing the money saved after the month is done. Daily investments are not possible, since there are charges to buy stocks, bonds, crypto or any type of investments. I will post my January, 155 investment shortly.   • Hollow body extensions. With The idea is to have your body parallel to the floor. The excersize is 8 swing outs keeping your arms next to your ears at all times. Then hold on the 8th rep in an extended hollow body position for 8 seconds the go to a wide hold for 8 seconds and then to a hollow body plank hold for 8 seconds.   • What a difference a red lipstick and freshly washed GHD d hair makes! I managed to scrub up ok for the dinner last night and I d love to tell you this was a 30minute effort.but it wasn t! I ve already covered off some of my favourite, tried and tested can t live without products so I ll add a couple more to that list now. FOUNDATION Luminous Silk Foundation. If I m going out for a night where I want a more glam look I use this iconic foundation. What do I like best about it.It s a lightweight, medium coverage, fluid foundation that is buildable. It improves the look of the texture of my skin. It brightens my skin and creates a radiance with an air-brushed finish. This foundation ticks a lot of boxes for me. PRIMER Foundation Primer- Hydrating. I ALWAYS use a PRIMER and this is my go to product. I use this because it works perfectly for normal to dry skin and I even use it on my oily T-zone. It helps to create a dewy look and certainly helps to create a more flawless foundation finish. I m off out again tonight so I ll be doing this all over again with the challenge of a tired skin and eyes because I didn t get to bed until 1.30am!   • So, I had a long fitness post prepared for today because I had a killer day at the gym but I m feeling like writing about something else. And while planning is good, it s when something is coming from your heart that it is truly quality content. SO, that post will have to wait for another day. Today I was reflecting a lot. It started with reflecting about friendship. I take friendship so seriously; I always have. I don t want superficial friendships, and I certainly don t want destructive ones. Friendship is about connection, trust, and love. I want to be able to not only truly be myself with my friends, but feel comfortable being vulnerable. To be able to let my guard down, to share my dreams, my fears, my truest emotions. And I feel INCREDIBLY blessed to have absolutely beautiful souls in my life that give me the chance to do that. This led into thinking about my age. I am 22 years old, and not only do I have this deep love for and understanding of friendship, but I have had these relationships for many years. And over the years they have developed more and become deeper. HOW did I get that lucky My thoughts regarding my age are not usually positive ones. I sometimes feel like my dreams are too big for my age. Like no one is going to take me seriously. I ve had a bit of coaching on this, and I m working through it. It still comes up though, and it holds me back. And from reflecting today I ve been able to look at it differently. People spend their whole lives trying to find their passion. I m only 22 and I have multiple. When I took my fundamentals coaching course through the Coaches Training Institute, on the last day we had a chance to all go around and say a few closing words. One of the assistant teachers said something that made my heart feel so full. He said in his last words that he is envious of my age. Why Because he wishes that he could have discovered Coaching at my age. I am not my age. My age does not define me or what I am capable of. And that is what I will tell myself from now on when I start thinking but I m only 22. I feel so blessed to have the friends and passions I have. What makes you feel blessed

  • I ve traveled quite a bit in my lifetime. After graduating in 2012 I took a gap year. I turned 23 and in stead of pursuing a career in photography I just let go and experienced life without expectations. If you don t know where you re going to sleep the next night, why should you worry about the future, right Sometimes it feels like I m behind of other people and their success. That they re so talented and do so well at age 22. They rise to the top, make big money and have a million followers on here(haha). I feel like a late bloomer. I need more time to figure out what I want and how I want it. This morning I read the interview of done by.owen.longfellow. They talk about how women over 30 are looked at as if they should have everything worked out or have to have their entire to do list checked. Well, fek that. There is plenty of time! Life isn t a race. I can still be a successful photographer at age 50, 78 or 119!(Yes, I plan to become really old). I really liked reading the interview.   • I don t like water. Is this weird I know. I know. I need to drink my 8 glasses each day but I honestly struggle and we all know the wonderful benefits water has on the body and the skin. It s also come up in a chat that I m definitely not a sugar fiend and I avoid processed foods at all costs I ve admited to enjoying a glass of red wine but I have to now put my hand up about not liking water. Especially ice cold water! As we all find as we get older, ANY neglect of the body s balance shows very quickly on the face. So what do I do to get those 8 glasses down in a day in order to maintain a healthy glowing skin- If I must drink plain water I drink it at room temperature.- In winter I drink warm water with a squeeze of lemon.- My favourite way to drink water is to make up a jug of water with slices of orange and cucumber. The hint of flavour means I can easily drink my quota. So if there are any other non-water-lovers out there I hope this helps OR maybe its just a ME thing!

  • Ok in your 40s and 50s the mirror can be cruel some days! You have that AGH! WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN moment as previously unnoticed lines, pigmentation etc seem to have appeared overnight. We all know that in the Digital world filters(long may they reign), good lighting and great makeup hide a multitude of real or perceived imperfections especially when iPhone pics can be so harsh. But what about in real life Here are some more pictures of what I look like at 53.according to my iPhone Very minimal makeup. Imperfect lighting, angle and hair! Heavier/more makeup can hide lots of flaws when used correctly(hallelujah to that btw) but unfortunately we are not all MUAs. The GOAL: to have the BEST SKIN you can possibly have and then everything looks better. My skincare routine is fairly extensive. More about that in following posts.   • I didn t know if I could do it! The 5:2 Diet. Here s my fast day breakfast.Black coffee with cinnamon and greek yogurt with berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon Also known as The Fast Diet as in fasting and not as in a fast quick fix diet. You ve heard of this particular eating pattern for WEIGHTLOSS right I don t like the word diet. It sounds so restrictive and punishing. Instead with THIS EATING PATTERN there are no requirements about which foods to eat but rather WHEN you should eat them with a simple calorie intake reduction on 2 days(not consecutive) and normal eating for the other 5 days. Clearly you don t blow everything out of the water on the normal eating days but eat normally and sensibly which often includes for me a glass of. My husband has been doing the 5:2 for 3weeks and is already showing great results. In wifely support I thought I d give it a crack too especially as the 5:2 reduces fat but not muscle mass. Super important. Unexpectedly, on the fasting days I feel incredibly energetic and focused. I sleep well and bounce out of bed. The down side. I miss my lattes on the 2 fasting days but instead I have an espresso with cinnamon. There is excellent information available about the 5:2 which lists all the health benefits of this eating pattern. As with any dietary change though be sure to read information carefully and seek professional advice if in doubt.

  • From high heels to! Quite the contrast over the weekend. New Zealand s Horse of the Year Equestrian Event demands practicality so these particular heels got left in Auckland as did unfortunately my iPad Pro and jewellery which gave me minor heart palpitations as I was wearing LARGE HOOPS for the road trip.as you do.so I was the ONLY person over the entire 4days of the event that was sporting hoops. Something more subtle would have been more appropriate but I drew in a breath of horror when hubby suggested I don t wear any earrings! WHAT! I haven t not worn earrings since I got my ears pierced when I was 10. The other dilemma was how to pack lightly when my toiletries virtually need an entire bag of their own And I don t mean a small bag especially when at these times the skin gets hammered with sun, lack of water, hotel air-conditioning, alcohol and not my normal food choices. That means I have to have my can t live without products at hand to keep the glow glowing! Two emergency products I never travel without are:- Beauty Flash Balm(Face): For Instant Radiance and it s fantastic under makeup to help give a luminous glow.- Eye Revive Beauty Flash: refreshes, tightens and brightens. Perfect! Do you have a go to Radiance Product that always gives your skin a glow boost NOTE: The second picture shows the event at the end of a day that s why there are no crowds in the stand. You can just see my hoops and the Hunter Boots weren t needed on this day. There is quite a lot more to add to this story including my White Tail Spider bite on my shoulder which hubby suggested looked like I was growing another shoulder but I ll cover the other things off in a later post.   • 18 Makeup Products! That s how many I m wearing in this photo! On a natural makeup day I can whittle this down to 12.at a push! On a NO makeup day though this actually doesn t exist for me if I m going out.BUT if I m doing an early breakfast and I m in appropriate no makeup attire(athleisure/ active wear) I can cut the 12 down to 7. Shudder! Sorry but I am a makeup kinda gal! Anyway to get to the point.The number of products we use each day on our skin can be extraordinary. Keep in mind my count does not even include skincare or sun care. So you can see why there is always so much chatter around DOULBE CLEANSING. I m a double cleanser and have been since I was 18 when I was lucky enough to come across a smart lady working on a counter who tsk tsk d in perfectly made-up horror when she realised that I was not double cleansing. I promptly took her advice and blew my meagre wages on 2 cleansers. One to remove my makeup and one to cleanse my skin after the makeup removal. People often ask my secrets to maintaining my skin at 53. This is not a but I would have to say THIS is a super important part of my. Think about all of those expensive skincare products you invest in that need to be able to melt into a beautifully prepared and cleansed skin so they can work their magic at night while you rest. Here s what I use: STEP 1 Advanced Night Repair Night Cleansing Balm. Quite a mouthful but this works a treat at properly removing my makeup and lets face it, these days it can be hard to remove some products. The balm melts into a cleansing oil on the skin and then transforms into a milky emulsion when you add water. Why is this a favourite- It s great at removing makeup- It easily rinses off though I always use a micro fibre cloth rather than water alone- It leaves my skin feeling soft yet clean. STEP 2 Currently I m using Skin Perfection Gel-cream Wash- Soap Free. Fragrance Free.- Rinses easily- And hydrates the skin at the same time. Perfect! NEXT Next some toner and my skin is perfectly cleansed and prepped ready for my skincare products.

  • We ve been having such strange weather lately, so I decided to come up with a salad to represent the mixed bag of temps! November was amazing, hottest on record apparently. Then we plummeted straight back to Winter for a couple of days- oh and torrential rain Anyway, this is my hot& cold salad: simple and tasty. There s a mix of spinach and iceberg lettuce for the base, then I added some oven roasted potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, beetroot and green peppers, along with fresh cucumber and tomatoes and topped it off with some crumbled feta and a simple dressing of olive oil, lemon juice& honey. I hope everyone s having a great week, can t believe we re halfway through already.

  • Different kind of progress pictures. Consulted an orthopedic surgeon yesterday and was told I have bone bruising which I didn t even know was a thing until now. He recommended 2 months rest. No legs or glutes at the gym, no long periods on my feet, no stairs. He did say the bike was OK when I started to feel better. He even encouraged me to ride when I am up to it. I told him I already have, and he told me to give it a few more days. I hate being still. I hate the elevator, especially at work. It s going to be a struggle for me to not do what I always do. 10000 steps is my minimum. 15 flights of stairs is a light day. That s just a typical day at work for me. So this is my progress program. Healing takes priority. Gym will be arms, shoulders, back and chest for 2 months. Biking for cardio for January and February. Listen to my body and respect the pain. Wish me luck

  • Strength Training is the Fountain of Youth. 2009, before kids, in Kakadu National Park near Darwin Australia(another place to add to your bucketlist) to 2016, 3 kids, in Hawaii. I just took a NASM certification class from a 67 year old man. He was in phenomenal shape! Could run a marathon at a moments notice and lifts weights everyday. This guy was amazing! He also would teach us muscle names by showing us muscles in his legs, back, abdomen and arms- so ya there s that. Haha! I am speaking the truth right. Anywho, he said all the time that strength training is the fountain of youth and I m a believer!. Side note: I ve become anti-tanning beds(can you see how tan I was) and PRO sunscreen. I take such good care of my skin now and have for the last 8 years. I wish I would have been smarter in my youth. I sound so old!. Double Side Note: My birthday is coming up in 2 weeks. How old do you think I ll be I m dying to know!. Age is definitely a state of mind. Be good to yourself. Love yourself. Smile more often and surround yourself with positivity. And go lift weights!.
