Instagram hashtags for aids, elderly

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Explanations

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • This used to be the daily regimen for someone living with HIV. We have come such a long way some only need to take one pill! But we can t forget.() A lot of people think living with AIDS is manageable. But the most common medication used to treat AIDS is antiretrovirals and they can cause harrowing side effects, some of which can be life-threatening. We don t want to accept the state of AIDS today, we want to cure it.

  • Late night musings as I prepare to fly to Austin in just a few hours. In May of 1997, I graduated from(with a much useful degree in Psychology). In October 1999, I moved to Los Angeles from my childhood borough of the Bronx. In between, I took a short, intensive course in film(one of the last to learn to edit on a flatbed, I m sure) at NYU s School of Continuing Education. Not Tisch, the well-renowned School of the Arts, but basically the UCLA Extension version of a film program. I hope the New Yorkers get that. For over two months, I took the subway an hour and a half each way every weekday from my apartment in the Bronx down to the NYU campus encapsulating Washington Square Park. And for a while, I spent those three hours reading this book over and over. This shit was my bible, yo. And I know it might embarrass some of my now colleagues, but I had to mention it. To be honored to be a part of the community that has grown so amazingly from the foundation the pioneers featured in this book built, I- well, I really am just truly touched. The next 6 days are gonna be quite a mindfuck, honestly, and I ll try to share a little of it with you. I m also pretty excited to travel TSA PreCheck and experience Austin- both for the first time- with. now with 400 more in-laws!

  • Walking in the shadow of age 走在年齡的影子 When we talk challenges, we think big things. We expect the extraordinary. But that is not always what life gives us.(English below. Please scroll down to read) When we talk challenges, we think big things. We expect the extraordinary. But sometimes the most incredible are the smallest and the most challenging what nobody notices. I love challenges and often seek them out but I will never forget the challenge which came to find me. Since I was a child I always loved old people. Making friends with the grannies and aunties in my neighborhood, I remember all by myself often stopping to visit on my way home from school, to drink tea, share stories, laugh together. When I went to university an opportunity arose to care for an older lady. I accepted. Nothing special, for me caring for our older folk, related or not, cherishing their rich life experience, this is our responsibility. But I didn t expect this experience to challenge me so much. Seeing the ever increasing incapacities, I learnt to keep a smile while my heart wept tears. Seeing an artist who adored words have the very object of their love stolen from their capacity is of the strongest violence. This is true hardship. We need to stop wasting our energy and our focus on our hardships for what is coming will be incomparably harder. And even more let us not waste the wealth of experience of our older people. We must cherish them, learn from them, and put a smile in their hearts which will never fade with time.

Today I have been visiting a Residential Care Center for elderly persons with dementia near Modena and this nice mobile home was there, in the garden. The temporary house has been brought and left here after the earthquake, during the post-emergency period. Now the Center s staff would like to keep it and use it for occupational therapy activities and ateliers with the elderly. • Dissent(verb) source: dictionary.com 1. To differ in sentiment or opinion, esp. from the majority; without assent; disagree(often followed by from). 2. To disagree with the methods, goals, etc, of a political party or government; take an opposing view. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall on why we must dissent. We must dissent from the indifference. We must dissent from the apathy. We must dissent from the fear, the hatred and the mistrust. We must dissent from a nation that has buried its head in the sand, waiting in vain for the needs of its poor, its elderly, and its sick to disappear and just blow away. We must dissent from a government that has left its young without jobs, education or hope. We must dissent from the poverty of vision and the absence of moral leadership. We must dissent because America can do better, because America has no choice but to do better.

  • Started in 988, World AIDS Day is not just about raising money, but also about increasing awareness, fighting prejudice and improving education. World AIDS Day is important in reminding people that HIV has not gone away, and that there are many things still to be done. Ignorance and prejudice are fuelling the spread of a preventable disease. World AIDS Day, 1 December is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV and AIDS. It s up to you, me and us to stop the spread of HIV and end prejudice.-

I gifted this doll to America over 12 years ago and ever since then, she had it proudly displayed next to the front door. Every time I saw it, I would think about my childhood with America. The plastic doll was a reminder of the inevitable: aging. I outgrew playing dolls, America outgrew being physically adept. She got old, I got old, and the moments of playing with her became nostalgic memories. I took this doll, my last tangible representation of her, on Monday. As I held the Polly Pocket, with its owner now gone, I felt like crying. I didn t resist and I didn t denounce myself for giving in. With the doll in my hand, I wept because of my aunt s death, because of the realities of aging.

  • Her hands in the air and her hips shaking, my ninety three year old great aunt would exclaim, Cuando me muero, pongan música! When I die, play music! It was a weirdly morbid yet extremely Cuban thing to say- celebrate my life with rhythm and dancing. Now, we have been called to celebrate her. On Monday, America passed away at 93 years old. In a way, I feel I mourned the loss of my beautiful aunt earlier this month when she had a stroke and lost her ability to walk, her ability to speak, her ability to be America Lambarri. Still, losing her permanently meant something else entirely. No more domino matches, no more phone calls, no more dancing. I haven t wanted to write about her death, or honestly talk about it, because acknowledging the end means she is not coming back. This is a photo of America s bathroom that I took the day she passed. We went to her apartment- where she lived alone- to pick an outfit for her casket. It was a duty as depressing as it sounds. Yet true to its inhabitant, this room is delicate, sweet, colorful. America was a tiny woman of sayings. Never having learned English, she spoke in Cuban dichos. One of our favorites, one that captures her energy, her heat, her advice, now shines on our kitchen chalkboard: No seas boba, vive tu vida. Don t be dumb, live your life. In honor of my aunt s vivid, happy time on Earth, I choose to live my life in music and color. Te extraño, mi querida Titi.
