Instagram hashtags for aip

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Explanations

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Finding a balance has never been easy. My moods, my pain, my weight have all been fluctuating from skyhigh to quite low. Struggling with the reality of a body that I did not have control over was super hard for me. I tried to compensate with excessive amounts of sport, the adrenalin pumping kind. I would feel super depleted after but so proud of myself thinking that for once I had controlled the state of my body. When it came to my weight though, I could not have been more wrong as my body did nothing that seemed logic to me. Having been around the bloc for a few times on my health journey, I ve realized the importance of nourishing the body not only through nutrition but also nourishing the mind and soul.

  • My 3 year old, husband and I made these gluten-free tigernut flour banana chocolate chip zuchinni muffins together on this very cold, snowy spring day. ⠀ I just love tigernut flour. It s a tuber, not a grain or nut, so you re getting an extra boost of veggies in your diet by using tigernut flour. It s an especially great flour to cook with if you re on or have an autoimmune disease of any kind. And it s great for kids- to get an extra whack of nutrition and fibre into their diets. ⠀ It s great for your hubby s too because tigernut flour has been shown to boost testosterone levels,(and a lot of men suffer from estrogen dominance, which can set them up for prostate cancer). ⠀ This recipe is going to go into the special project I ve been working on. Stay tuned! If you don t know already, you ll know on Wednesdsay. ⠀ ⠀

  • Exactly 1 year ago from today, on 1 May 2017 I started my AIP journey. It has definitely brought my life& health to new heights: steady bloodsugar, reduced antibodies(this took about 10 months though), healthy gut& digestion, improved bloodwork(from cholesterine to vitamins), healthier eating routine leading to a stronger, more stable& overall better day, better sleeping routine and more sleep(didn t sleep much before)- all of this leading to less/ no sickness(colds/flu etc), regular workout(started with fitness club and after 8 months changed to a daily yoga practice, which leads to more strength and flexibility(body& mind). There is so much reward and motivation for the effort I have been putting into this. I am really thankful to.alt and to all of you in this Insta community for your support and inspiration By the way: this breakfast is a coconut& fruit porridge. Delicious!

  • and going for a double shift of barre& yoga I m flying out on holidays today and love getting a workout in before being stuck on a plane for a long time. When I had bad flareups, they d leave me lethargic&the opposite of fun. Even moving from the sofa to the bed seemed too much of an effort. I kept thinking that this is just me, you know slothing it out. SPOILER ALERT: It is not! Deep down I knew that but if your gut fogs your brain there is little you can do. So byebye to sloth times(even though they are the cutest!). But now: off to the airport

  • Our family has been on an eye opening and habit changing journey over the last year, all because of Trout s or because of this and hormonal issues I was experiencing, we ditched all the chemicals for cleaning, changed over all our personal care items, and drastically modified how we eat! The Autoimmune Protocol is a way of eating that eliminates all inflammatory foods. This means that we do not eat: dairy, grains and gluten, soy products, refined sugar, legumes, peanuts, corn, seeds or seed spices, eggs, or any processed foods. The Bug and I will eat dairy, eggs, and oatmeal here and there, but primarily, we are in this together! And since starting Trout s symptoms are reduced by almost 100, my hormones have balanced out and my cycles are significantly less painful, we don t get sick as often, and overall feel better as a family. We are in this for the long haul, it is not a quick fix or a phase, it is a necessary lifestyle change so that Trout especially can live life to the fullest. I have grown to be excited about this change, and am always eager to share why we made the changes we did and how we made them! Always feel free to ask questions! That is how I learned In the mean time, introduce yourself below for Have you ever restricted your diet or changed the products in your home for your overall health I d love to hear what you have done!

  • Happy since going on AIP, my bloating symptoms have significantly decreased and I can see a hint of what was underneath. When i was at my worst, i was looking 7 month pregnant and at some point, defeatedly accepted this as my normal. Feeling uncomfortable, in pain and not at home in your own skin is a terrible feeling but resigning and accepting this for there are seemingly no solutions just drove me down a darker lane. With my changes in nutrition, finally getting the right supplements, supporting my body and soul through movement and tools like enemas, I am finally seeing some light there and I am just so happy.

  • Chicken Bone& Vegetable Broth: during my 1 year of AIP, this has become a standard ingredient of many soups and stews. With my InstantPot, it s so easy to make: just put bones, carrot, onion, celery, water, ACV, little salt in a pot, cook for min. 2 hours(pressure cooker! If not, much longer), drain, use or freeze. Today this will be the base for a new spring stew that is cooking right now. Will post the result later.

  • Yummy homemade Carob spread! Make sure your limit your portion but otherwise tasty like the real thing. Maintenance phase but I think it is also healing phase if you limit your portion and only use the homemade date syrup recipe that I will provide below.(Though to be on the safe side probably best to consider this maintenance for now( 1 whole medium large Hass Avocado 1/3 Cup and 1 tablespoon carob powder(approximate, adjust to preference) 1/3 cup homemade date syrup* Cut avocado and remove put. Throw everything in a blend and blend till smooth. Enjoy! HOMEMADE DATE SYRUP RECIPE 1 cup of dates Enough filtered water to submerge dates with water(covering about 2/3 inch over the dates.) Remove pits from dates. Put water and dates in pot and turn on the heat. Use immersion blender to emulsify the dates and water together. Once the water boils, lower heat to simmer and continue stirring for about 15 minutes. The syrup should have the consistency of grade A maple syrup. Use this recipe for anything that calls for syrup and for the carob spread recipe. Enjoy!

  • Vacay coming up soon Even though I am so looking forward to going away for a few days, I am a bit anxious as to how I will manage my AIP while on the road. As i m still very limited in the things I eat, even the veggies, I feel this could be a bit of a challenge. I wanted to take it really slow with all the introductions to give my body the time it needs. So hopefully I can pull through while away

  • It s fall. I m excited. I made these to celebrate. They re chewy, gooey, and full of protein and healthy fat. PECAN PIE PROTEIN SQUARES Pie base: 1 c coconut flour 1/2 c coconut oil, softened 1/2 c nut butter 2 T Maple syrup(or sweetener of choice). Pie filling: 1.5 c cinnamon apple sauce 2 T bourbon(optional) 2 c vanilla protein powder(I use bone broth powder from) 1/2 c cassava flour 1/2 c ground flaxseed Pinch salt Topping: 1 c crushed pecans 3 t Ceylon cinnamon. Mix base ingredients, spread in log on parchment. Set in freezer Mix filling ingredients, adjust flour amount until pudding consistency Pour over base, press toppings in Freezer until set, slice, store covered in fridge. Bone broth is gut sealing and healing; particularly important when you have increased intestinal permeability that leads to food sensitivities(). The vanilla bone broth powder I get from Thrive is simple to use, easily digested, and provides an array of amino acids and other health benefits. You can also incorporate regular bone broth into your routine.

  • My body is kicking my butt with this cycle thanks to all the sugar and processed food I ate at camp a few weeks ago As a result, food makes me want to puke Enter the smoothie! 2 big handfuls of kale. 1/2 cup blueberries. 1/2 cup ice. 1 TBS baobab powder. 2 TBS flax seed. Protein powder. My last 4 or 5 cycles have been completely painless! This one, not so much and only because of what I ate. I have been reading Woman Code and*highly* suggest it for anyone who struggles with painful, irregular, or infrequent cycles is where it is at!

  • There is only one left But hope it s worth to show it to you beautiful people- wish you all a happy Valentine s day with your beloved These raspberry gums I made out of 8 leafes( better double) gelatine 500g frozen raspberries citron juice from one citron and thick apple juice(around 100 ml) as a sweetener. For real gums you need more gelatine then recommended on the package. For 500g raspberries I used 8 leafes and I think next time I should even double up. Now it s more like a very thick jelly Ahh and btw of course it s compliant because this recipe I was inspired by s Lemon-Raspberry Gelatin Gummies.

  • Working on a new project! I am going to be assembling an It will contain the protocol, our shopping list master(including where I purchase what, and what the average price is), a spot for a med list, and finally, recipes by meal type. What else would you include What would be helpful to you, especially if you do not follow AIP, to have in this binder if you were wanting to learn more about it, or cook for someone who needed to follow the protocol
