Instagram hashtags for alternative, medicine, doctors, com, url, http

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • What happened recently in Las Vegas was nothing short of a tragedy. My thoughts and prayer are with all the families and friends of all the fallen. The saddest I felt was the reports of Sonny Melton, a 29 year old nurse who was at the festival with his wife. He grabbed his wife and started running, effectively shielding her from an attack. His wife felt the moment he was shot in the back, a blow that would latter take his life. Sonny is an example of protecting others even to your final heartbeat, that s why he was a fine nurse, his time and future were cut far to short. There were many great men and women who s lives ended far to soon, I want to remember them all. Thank you Sonny for your service to the health care community, you shall not be forgotten in my lifetime.

  • I use to be told that it was bad to be emotional.- I use to be told that being emotional was a weakness.- I use to be told that my emotions would get the best of me.- Years later, I use my emotions to my advantage.- My emotions are my strength. I use my emotions to connect with my patients and be empathetic to where they are at in their life.- Yes, I may be a bleeding heart. I leave the hospital in tears after long shifts, rough days, and tragic stories about patients who never should have left this earth.- I break down between patients, and I am not afraid to hold hands with someone given a terminal illness.- But in the end, I know I am being the best physician I can for my patients. I am not burnt out. I am not emotionally spent. I am not overwhelmed by how hard this profession can be. I still walk into work loving the patients I see and being the one person who can meet my patients at their most vulnerable moments.

  • Hello y all. Weeks ago I added a post about things you need to know before you apply for medschool. In case you have missed that or taken the exam already or you are in any situation where you think things didn t go the way they should have. Don t worry because there is a reason and a lesson. Life wants to give you a break. You re in rush. And you are not thinking clearly. Or something like it. Before you totally throw yourself into depression or before people start coming at you with the sympathies or anger that you ve let them down. Think about all the possibilities and options you can still go. Because it wasn t about passing that one exam. It s about choosing a life. So before you let that pressure suffocate you. Think of all the possibilities. Maybe you are meant for something else. Or maybe you re not ready yet. It s your life and you are allowed to take breaks. You are who has to decide what to do with their years. Don t let your or anybody s expectations drag your confidence down. Life isn t about proving who you are. It s about becoming who you are. So become it. It s a process. Understand it. And give yourself the time to understand it. Live it the way you re meant to be.

  • Cancer cells can be destroyed more effectively and selectively with a unique new reusable treatment, activated with a substance found in stinging nettles and ants. Led by Professor Peter J. Sadler from Warwick s Department of Chemistry, researchers have developed a new line of attack against cancer: an organic-osmium compound, which is triggered using a non-toxic dose of sodium formate, a natural product found in many organisms. Named JPC11, it targets a metabolic process which cancer cells rely on to survive and multiply. It does this by converting a key substance used by cancer cells to provide the energy they need for rapid division(pyruvate) into an unnatural lactate leading to the cells destruction. Uniquely, this chemo-catalyst treatment can be recycled and reused within a cancer cell to attack it repeatedly. This unprecedented functional ability to recycle and reuse the compound within cancer cells could lead to future anticancer drugs being administered in smaller, more effective doses. The treatment could lessen side-effects of chemotherapy and overcome increasing resistance of cancer cells to existing drugs. • Hearing impairment is currently treated surgically by replacing the bones with tiny prostheses, which leads to failure in as many as 25 to 50 percent of cases. To address this, researchers from the University of Maryland Medical Centre had employed 3D printing technology to manufacture custom-fitted ear bones(the smallest bones in the human body). The authors hope to run experiments with animal models and human cadavers in the foreseeable future. The main difficulties will be designing bones based on actual patients and finding biocompatible materials to minimise the risk of rejection. 3D printing is probably going to become a standard of care whenever there s a need for a prosthesis, whether it be a joint or a middle ear. The standard of care will not be an off-the-shelf component, but a component that s custom designed for that specific patient.

  • This little guy is my hero- holding on strong, born at 27 weeks. It is amazing to me how an incredibly gifted team of and give so many infants a completely normal, healthy, happy life thanks to the of modern. Preterm birth is the most common cause of death among infants worldwide. About 15 million babies are preterm each year(5 to 18 of all deliveries). Approximately 0.5 of births are extremely early periviable births, and these account for most of the deaths. In many countries, rates of premature births have increased between the 1990s and 2010s. The chance of survival at 22 weeks is about 6, while at 23 weeks it is 26, 24 weeks 55 and 25 weeks about 72.

  • Happy February February is American Heart Month Every 40 seconds an American dies of cardiovascular disease. The risk of cardiovascular disease can be lowered by 80 through proper diet and exercise. That s why our role as health care providers is so important. Imagine how many people we can help and how much heart disease we can prevent through encouraging lifestyle and diet changes in our patients! I ve learned that patients are more likely to change their habits and be compliant when they understand how it will help them. For example: as a medical student I was seeing a patient recently diagnosed with high cholesterol. I explained to him the different types of cholesterol, their effect on the body if they are too high, and the foods responsible for raising each type. He thanked me for explaining this to him because no one had ever taken the time to educate him! He was excited to modify his diet and be more proactive about his health. All it takes is a few extra minutes but your impact can be powerful and long lasting. Here are a few things I m looking forward to this month: Girls trip to Austin, Tx Taking my ITE exam Celebrating several of my friends birthdays Spending time with family Finishing my first month of ICU What are you looking forward to this month.

  • Speaking of& digestion Let s talk about anesthesia& pre-operative fasting. It s important for patients to fast prior to a scheduled surgery in order to decrease the risk of peri-operative pulmonary aspiration. A full stomach puts the patient at risk for aspirating gastric contents& can change your anesthetic management, increase their risk for aspiration pneumonia, respiratory distress, etc. Trauma patients are automatically considered to have full stomach and are managed as such. The recommendations for older children& adults presenting for elective surgery are as follows: Patients are recommended to fast from a fried or fatty meal for 8 or more hours before the time of their procedure. Patients should fast from a light meal for 6 or more hours prior to their procedure. Patients can have clear liquids(but NOT alcohol) up to 2 hours prior to their procedure. Not sure how many people would be drinking at 4am before their surgery, but hey you never know Make sure to confirm with your patients the last time they ate or drank something during your pre-op evaluation. • Research and Science has motivated me to make a surprise phone call to a girl whose dad and brother are blind. I told her about my mission in trying my best to help the men in her house see for the first time. Yesterday, I visited them& after attaining their medical records, I contacted the company to check whether the electronic glasses would work for them. We all sat in the living room as I called, the phone was on speaker so everyone can hear. Unfortunately, after speaking to the agent, it was determined that the father s blindness level is so severe eliminating his chances to try on the electronic glasses. Sadly, I took a deep breath as I continued with the son s information, as soon as I finished saying his visual acquity is 20/200 We heard the agent say: Okay, good! He is eligible to try on the glasses and there s a chance he will see. I looked at the son who was sitting right next to me on the couch, all I saw was heavy tears running down his cheeks, it made me cry and gave me goosebumps! Suddenly, the entire family was crying. The blind father(65 years old), his blind son(26 years old) along with the mom and sister. Their tears lasted for minutes, it was such a scene filled with happiness, tears, and goosebumps! In the meantime, I will keep this family in my prayers hoping that our road trip on February 1st will be successful as we head to Ohio to try on the magical shades. Be merciful to those on earth and the one above the heavens will have mercy upon you

  • I often get asked by medical student what resources they should be using in preparation for their anesthesia rotations Here are my list of resources based on personal experience& recommendations: Pocket Anesthesia(photographed above) The layout is similar to the rest of the pocket series books. My resource. Really great, high yield facts, to the point. Even as a resident this book is really great to have on hand. I m glad I made this purchase as a medical student. And like it says, fits right in your pocket. I pulled this bad boy out when I had downtime in the OR. Great to have on hand& lots of questions can be sparked while reading this in the OR, giving you and your preceptor more topics to talk about. Stanford Guide to CA-1. This is a FREE resource available online as a PDF. Meant to prepare incoming anesthesia residents for the OR. Serves as a great introduction to basic anesthesia. Perfect for medical students& did someone say FREE! It s around 75 pages of PowerPoints and an easy read. This is a MUST have for medical students rotating in anesthesia. Baby Miller s Basics of Anesthesia. This book serves as an introduction to anesthesia and covers all of the basics. It s easy to understand& doesn t go into extensive detail but just enough for someone who is starting out and creating a foundation for their anethesia knowledge. Keep in mind many residency programs will provide this for you once you start residency. So you may want to hold off, borrow a copy, or buy an older edition until then. Not a necessity but a great resource to reference after work or prior to a particular procedure when you want a little more clarification on anesthesia topics. Duke s Anesthesia Secrets. I haven t personally used this resource but a few of my old classmates brought this one to my attention. The layout looks similar to the other Secrets series books. This book has pretty high reviews, may be worth checking. If you have any questions regarding anesthesia rotations you d like me to cover let me know Who here is interested in applying to anesthesia

  • TRUE STORY: I was on my last month of rotations as a 4th year medical student. One morning as I was standing in line at the coffee cart to grab my daily dose of caffeine, a little girl came up beside me. Noticing my white coat, she excitedly turned to her father and said look daddy, she s a doctor. Nurse*, one of the guys that I was rotating with quickly corrected her and smirked at me. I turned to him and gave him a look of disapproval. His words didn t hurt me, but I could see the look of disappointment on the little girls face when she discovered she had incorrectly assumed I was a physician. Although my friend was only kidding, his joke further perpetuated the stereotype that a woman s role in medicine was not that of a physician. Even now as a resident many patients ask me what my role is in their care, despite me introducing myself as their doctor. I m both inspired& motivated to break down these stereotypes, alongside the many amazing and brilliant women in medicine This post is inspired by story. I m a woman who loves to shop, play with make up, get my hair and nails done, bake, lift weights, read, oh and I also happen to be a physician And to all the other female physicians, med students, and pre-meds out there, it s our time to show the world who doctors are and how diverse we can be PS: I just baked these banana bread muffins& they taste divine Thank you for the tag.

  • Happy Anesthesiologist Week Did you know that the first successful public demonstration of anethesia was actually performed by a Dentist! Prior to this, surgeries were performed using techniques such as vigorous carotid massage until the patient was rendered unconscious, giving patients alcohol, opium, and mixtures of herbals to minimize pain. Everything changed on the crisp Fall morning of October 16th 1846, in the city of Boston, at what is now known as the Ether Dome inside Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. William T. G. Morton proved to the world that the use of ether could provide anesthesia for the excision of a neck mass. It wasn t until 1956 that the modern-day brominated general anesthetic Halothane was introduced by Dr. Michael Johnstone. Since then the field of anesthesia has remarkably progressed and the administration of anesthesia has become exceptionally safer. I m thankful to be a part of the modern era of anesthesia, but am always in awe of the curiosity which lead to the discovery of anesthetics.

  • Applying to residency as a DO: Why I took the USMLE& COMLEX It s that time of year when 2nd year medical students across the nation are preparing& studying diligently for their looming board exams. As a DO student, it can come with the extra stress of taking not only one board exam, but two! The COMLEX must be taken for licensing& graduation requirements but USMLE is optional. Although, I really didn t see it as an option, but instead a requirement for applying in to anesthesia. I knew early on I wanted to apply to ACGME programs. Sure, some ACGME programs may accept the COMLEX, do they really understand how the test is scored, and what numbers are considered competitive I recall seeing programs requiring a minimum USMLE score of 210(20 points below ave) or a COMLEX of 600(50 points above ave) just to qualify for a rotation. Those scores are not comparable at all lol. I decided that I was going to take both exams in order to give myself the best possible shot at matching into a competitive program. Why close any doors on myself I ended up taking both Step 1 and Step 2 prior to applying for the match. Some anesthesia programs won t send out an interview invite unless they have your Step 2 score on file. I urge those planning to apply to anesthesia, or any other competitive field, to take the USMLE. I personally don t know anyone who matched in to anesthesia with just a COMLEX score, so I don t have any experience to share with you if that is your plan unfortunately. However, I have spoken to upperclassmen applying in to other fields who regretted not having taken the USMLE. Good luck to all you 2nd years out there!.

  • Happy FriYAY everyone I wanted to discuss a VERY important topic that I think is brushed under the rug a lot of times, MENTAL HEALTH! Starting residency was a very big change: new city, new home, new friends, new environment, new staff, new computer systems, huge responsibilities, very sick patients, the list goes on. It was honestly a lot to adjust to,& extremely stress provoking. Looking around me, other interns seemed comfortable in their new role, which made me feel like something was wrong with me. I felt alone, residency can be very isolating at times. In Med school you have friends, you have an identity, you have time to spend with loved ones. Residency changes all of that, you are forced to make new friends with the little free time you have, you lose the identity you had for 4 years, and you lose touch with family& friends. I started to really miss being a Med student and all of my old friends. After months of stress and anxiety I finally reached out to a professional who recommended the book The Happiness Trap. This book was a GAME CHANGER for me. I cannot even begin to explain how much the techniques in the book helped me get through my extremely tough time. I also purchased Mind Over Mood after seeing recommend it. As I became more comfortable, I began expressing how I felt to my co residents,& to my surprise they were all experiencing the same feelings and concerns! I came to the realization that as health care professionals we are SO good at putting on a front that we are okay even if deep down we are fighting turbulent emotions. We hold ourselves to such high standards. WE take care of the sick, WE are not the sick. It s difficult to accept that sometimes, as hard as you try not to, you are bound to feel anxious, depressed, panic, sadness, etc in life. Just remember, YOU are not alone! If you re having an internal battle and struggling please REACH OUT, start opening up to your peers, mentors, counselors. I promise you the hardest part is reaching out, but once you do, you ll wonder why you let those feelings linger for so long. Please don t neglect your own health& well being have a fabulous weekend

My first week at my job I accidentally violated my institution s social media policy and got called into my boss office I couldn t bring myself to take calc until my senior year in college because I d been so bad at math for so long. In my first clinical in grad school I asked my preceptor too many questions and she was this close to failing me for being rude. I m a workaholic who finds it hard to rest and I m scared of missing time with my family but I don t know how to turn it off. We are not our mistakes. We are what we do after them. What are your 5.

  • Life is extra* sweet when you re on OB& new babies are being born Let s talk about regional anesthesia in pregnancy. Pregnant patients can be a challenge because so many physiological changes occur in a woman s body during pregnancy. Her total blood volume 25-40, plasma volume 40-50, in cardiac output, in O2 consumption, in fibrinogen, along with other changes. The most commonly used regional techniques in labor& delivery include a spinal, epidural, or combined spinal epidural block. The most common complication of these blocks is hypotension due to sympathectomy. For this reason, it s important to assess the volume status of your patient by monitoring their blood pressure closely prior to giving a neuraxial block. Let s talk about the differences between an epidural& a spinal block. Epidural: Injection of med is done in the epi(above) dural space between the ligamentum flavum and the dura mater. requires a higher dose of anesthetic can be done at any level of the vertebral column onset is slower than a spinal you achieve a less dense block so it is less potent than a spinal in terms of neuromuscular blockade. can be dosed multiple times using a catheter Spinal: Injection of med is in the subarachnoid space requires a lower dose of anesthetic must be given below the termination of the spinal cord(L1/2) typically around L4 onset is quicker and the block is more dense pt can only be dosed once. Aside from the baby, the anesthesiologist is probably the 2nd favorite person in the room.

  • TRUST YOUR DREAMS. I ve been playing doctor ever since I was a little girl. The truth is when you re a child you have no idea how things work. You have no idea about the realities of making money, about paying bills, about making sacrifices and about hard work. All you know is you want something. All you know is that you really really want something. Being a child allows you to dream, big. As you grow up TAKE YOUR CHILD SELF with you because he or she is a dreamer and he or she doesn t stress about how things happen, they just trust that they will some day. it s your older self that gives up, it s your older self that tries too hard to calculate*how* to get to the next place. its not always going to be easy but that s only to protect you, every time you meet an obstacle think of it as life saying hey, are you sure you really want this dream to come true You can back out now if you want respond with a big yes! I m sure! it s not your job to figure out how things will work out, takes out the fun. Enjoy the obstacles, One day you will realize that they are just content for the book we are all writing. this is your story to tell.

  • If music be the food of life play on. Music is one of life s greatest pleasures but how does it affect your brain and health Evidence shows that learning to play an instrument can sharpen how the brain processes sound. It s also been linked with improving children s reading and other school skills. A fascinating 2006 paper in International Psychogeriatrics found that music therapy effectively treated agitation and anxiety in patients with Alzheimer s disease. There s also some evidence it can help with anxiety in other situations. There s still more research to be done but for now we can tune in and turn up!(Video from the Christmas window display, music from the legendary Marvin Gaye).

  • This is a special type of scan of the brain called a functional MRI. This not only looks at the structure of the brain, but also maps brain activity. The orange area on the scan is an area called the hippocampus. The hippocampus is small its volume is only 3-4mls and its name is derived from the Greek work for seahorse(as it looks a little like one). This is the part of the brain that regulates memory, both short-term and long-term. It never ceases to amaze me that something so small stores so much of what we ve experienced. Interestingly this is the area of the brain affected in Alzheimer s disease. The human body is truly amazing.

  • My haul of groceries yesterday. Have you ever question why so many people get sick Why we spend more money on health care than ever before Why we take more drugs than ever before, yet we are sick than ever before in history. Here is what pharmaceutical industry came up with why people are sick. FIRST it was bacteria and germs. Super drug of the day was antibiotics. This theory has proved to be wrong. Stronger and stronger antibiotics are developed, yet people continue to get sicker, and sicker, and sicker. THE NEXT THEORY was that viruses were the cause of all illness and disease. Unfortunately, few people know that antibiotics have no effect on viruses. And doctors still prescribe antibiotics at the drop of the hat. People have been brainwashed into thinking that antibiotics are needed whenever you feel sick. In fact the overuse of antibiotics poses a serious health threat. Half of the one hundred million antibiotic prescriptions written each year are totally unnecessary. And people still continue to get more diseases and sicknesses. THE NEW THEORY of making billions of dollars is to come up with genetic defect for every problem a person has. We hear it every day Oh, you are fat because you have a genetic defect. Or Diabetes is genetic disease, so we will work on drug that solve the problem. REMEMBER the drug companies really DO NOT WANT TO CURE disease as they claim. If they came up with a cure, they would be out of business. So why do you get sick Is it germs Is it bacteria Is it viruses Is it genetics Well let s think about it. You don t catch cancer. Your body develops cancer. You don t catch diabetes. Your body develops diabetes. You don t catch obesity. Your body becomes fat and obese. You don t catch heartburn, headaches, back pain, arthritis, pms and etc. These are all medical conditions that are developed in the body. You don t catch them. It s not a germ, virus or bacteria. Drugs are not the answer! You don t have a headache because you have an aspirin deficiency. So why do humans have so much illness than ever before in history

Every week we re asked to help contour jawlines and some celebrity names keep popping up.so we decided to have a look at the most popular and their jawline angles. • The BROW LIFT with We re often asked for an and more specifically to FLARE the ends. What s important to know is that the eyebrows can be lifted in different ways- Our FROWN muscles depress the middle part of our eyebrows, so by relaxing these muscles we get a medial eyebrow lift. The muscle around our eyes, involved in squinting, depresses the outer portion of our eyebrows, so relaxing this muscle helps to lift the tail of the eyebrows.or the so called flared eyebrow. So a brow lift can be tailored to lift both the middle and/or the tail of the eyebrow.something that is very useful to help open up ageing, tired eyes

  • Taking this photo this morning helped me reflect on how amazing the human body is. In order to see this image, light was processed by the eye, which contains around 95 million cells. Our brain doesn t work like a camera, instead it constructs a model of the world from information about light and shade, edges, curvature etc. We have a blind spot in each eye, an area at the back which doesn t have any sensory cells. So the brain uses all the information it has to compensate so we aren t even aware of it! It s common to feel disappointed by our bodies. Whether it s the way we look, our physical abilities or illness. But our bodies are nothing short of miraculous. I m going to appreciate mine today.

  • Today s is bought to you by the doctors office. This is our twenty-fifth outfit. This morning once again Braelyn didn t really wanted to eat. I thought ok let s hope you don t have the flu. She slept most of the day so I thought ok maybe she just recovering from Monday. When she woke up from her nap at 4 she felt warm. Well she had a fever again. I had a feeling she must have an ear ache. So at 6:15 we went to the pediatricians office. The Dr wasn t able to see in her ears because of the wax. He couldn t see if she had an ear infection. So we(he) cleaned the wax out of her ear. During that whole process of cleaning her ears, she cried that hurt cry. You know that cry that just makes you want to cry. Its so hard to hear and made this mama s heart brake. You know that sound. Some will only hear it a few times. Others hear it quite often. We are one of those families that hear it more than most. It s hard no matter how often you hear it.

Eakins depicted Dr. David Hayes Agnew lecturing during an operation before an audience of medical students, along with his assistants, including nurse Mary Clymer(who was an 1889 graduate of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania). Eakins original painting is in the collection of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • I had to say good bye to a very good friend of mine tonight. In the medical field you grow a thick skin and never show emotions. Shit I even find joy in being the last pages in that persons bookof life and I have come to find satisfaction in being frank with the situation as most people are fucked around with and bullshitted in the end. But this Man was my coworkers husband, and she passed before him, so I felt it was my responsibility to be emotionally available for him. My bro was a Man of integrity and results, a mechanic by trade. He was the kind of Man that you would look forward to seeing and sharing your Man experiences with, and getting his input. I cry cause I am starting to realize as a Man it is a lone road, that you face, and that the only companion that never leaves your side is your accountability and your punk card. I don t know how much time these genetics of mine will allow me to enjoy in this life. But I live fearless because I ve come to understand that all you take with you to the next dimension is your personality, and shit buddy just like mine his was larger than this life.

  • Did you know cannabis has only been illegal 1 of it s time on earth!Honestly though. Cannabis 0 deaths per year, but helps thousands per year. Can you say that about alcohol and prescription drugs, which are constantly abused, causing addiction and health problems. Which would you rather A flower that grows out of the ground, or a man made compound created in a lab. You know exactly what s going into the plant, you don t when taking pharmaceuticals. Thousands are jailed and taken away from their families each year for selling cannabis, which we then have to pay taxes to feed, house, and clothe. Legalizing this flower can not only generate billions in tax dollars, but it also creates thousands of job opportunities for upcoming dispensaries, growers, and scientists. Some might even go back to college to get a degree in this field, does that sound dangerous to you Especially when compared to alcohol or other drugs Opinions

  • Hair color and melanin.pictures with Hair color is the pigmentation of hair follicles due to two types of melanin: eumelanin and pheomelanin. Generally, if more eumelanin is present, the color of the hair is darker; if less eumelanin is present, the hair is lighter. The darker a person s natural hair color is, the more individual hair follicles they have on their scalp. Levels of melanin can vary over time causing a person s hair color to change, and it is possible to have hair follicles of more than one color on the same person. Particular hair colors are associated with ethnic groups. Gray or white hair is associated with age. The Fischer Saller scale, named after Eugen Fischer and Karl Saller (de), is used in physical anthropology and medicine to determine the shades of hair color. The scale uses the following designations: A(very light blond), B to E(light blond), F to L(blond), M to O(dark blond), P to T(light brown to brown), U to Y(dark brown/black) and Roman numerals I to IV(red) and V to VI(red blond).

  • I got the NEW today! I really wanted to LOVE them, I truly did.- They re cut a*little* narrow, so my wide platypus paws didn t fit as well as I would have hoped- The midsole is REALLY thick! Like you feel like you re an inch taller wearing these things. I guess I could get used to that.- They fit my perfectly I must say, so bonus points on that front.- They DO have some wicked cool Bluetooth fitness stuff built in, I didn t try IRL though.- All in all, they re going back to today. No hard feelings!-
