Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.

  • I m a control freak. Not when it comes to other people- I m a big believer in the live and let live philosophy- but for mySELF and my LIFE, oh yea, major control freak. In fact, when I don t feel like I have TOTAL control over my life(reality check: we always do), my anxiety shoots through the roof and makes it seem as though I have no control at all- whichhhh in turn sends my mind into a crazy tailspin of worst case scenarios. It s really freaking exhausting. ⠀ ⠀ I wish I had a really profound life lesson/solution to share here but the reality is that I struggle with this on a daily basis. Exercise and nutrition help- they give me CONTROL over my health and a RELEASE for anxiety. But I can t workout all day long just to feel control. That would be insane. And counterproductive. Anyway, as I am always in student mode, looking to learn and grow and adapt and shift- I learned today that my desire and need for control stems from my EGO and while I am certain there s a lot more digging and learning to be done around that, I ll leave you(and myself) with this: ⠀ ⠀ EGO says, once everything falls into place, I will find peace. ⠀ ⠀ SPIRIT says, find peace and everything will fall into place. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀

  • I absolutely love weighted blankets. The company that made this one has nice blankets but I reached out to CS 3 times for advice on what to do with the no answers. I hand stitched the area seen in the pic of you swipe to the right but I have 10 other areas I need to hand stitch as well. I m going to have to modify and add two more anchor points because shifting has been a major issue for weighted blankets. The other shell is perfect it s just the inner part. If you get a weighted blanket always measure it first. Mine is a bit shorter both LxW vs. what is advertised but it doesn t bother me. Then take the inner part out and go over every single pouch to check the stitching and make sure they re filling in it. One of my pockets doesn t have filling, only pellets. I m going to have to find a seamstress to help with that fix. I do truly love this blanket and I m thankful to have it. Overall I would recommend it but it will probably need to be sewn so be prepared. Feel free to DM me with pics if you re wondering if yours is going to need to be sewn or not. The issue is if it s not correctly sewn the beads can filter into different pockets and the weight of the blanket will not be evenly distributed which is important.

  • Firework is simply a explosion masked by a cheerfull front that s how humans can be too. Let me explain. Acting happier than you really are, we all do it or have done it. We are scared to lay our hardship out for everyone to see we hide it by acting a different way. On the inside out emotions are bubbling waiting to explode, whatever we may be facing or going through. It s not healthy but here we are a lot of us still do it, so do I. I m trying to change that and the way I feel comfortable doing that is through my passion: make-up. You know make-up always gets viewed as dolling up and being a pretty girl but it s not just that. Make-up is art. It is. A lot of people won t agree It s just make-up, but for me it expresses my emotions. I can use my face as a blank canvas and pour my heart on it. Like I did today. We all have battles and struggles that we go through and finding ways to unload it in a healthy way is a beautiful thing. It s the first time creating a look like this and it felt awesome, I was able to reflect my emotions on my face. The outerlayer looks cheerfull and colourful but the inside is red and hurt. And that s okay to admit. If anyone read this till the end I challenge you to portray your deepest emotions through something you love: makeup, drawing, cooking whatever. You don t even have to share it but just doing it will make you feel a bit better believe me. And the last thing I wanted to add. your emotions are not a joke or not important don t let anyone tell you that please seek help if it is too much for you.   • Many people who contemplate suicide don t realize how much enjoyment they could get out of life if they challenged these feelings. This quote by Richard Bach says that if you are desperate enough for suicide, you should be able to use other extreme methods to overcome problems and cope with life. If there were things that you always wanted to try, you mind as well do those things before you end your life.  Since there are so many fun things to do, you mind as well build up the courage to do them while living rather than permanently ending your life.  This quote should serve as a calling to do the things that you ve always wanted to do, without any fear. When people are stuck in a deep depression or facing any difficult challenge, it is often appealing to give up on life.  If you feel as though you can no longer weather the storm of depressive emotion, this exactly when you need to dig deeper and push yourself to survive this challenge.  Depressive emotion is never permanent feelings of pleasure and happiness will return, and when they do you ll be glad you were strong enough to continue living. Who knows if continuing to live for another year, week, or even day will result in a major scientific advance or emerging technology that radically transforms your mood from doom and gloom to happiness.  With deliberate effort and experimentation to improve your mood such as in the form of: medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle design, biohacking, neurostimulation, or even simply toughing it out    odds are in your favor that you ll experience happiness.   • Yesterday I had the privilege of attending a mindfulness day-long retreat on Freedom from Anxiety with Diana Winston, a renowned mindfulness teacher, author, and director of mindfulness education at MARC(at UCLA). I ve had a lot of ups and downs in my journey with anxiety. Everyday I learn more about myself and what anxiety really is. I wanted to share some helpful tips that we talked about yesterday that I ve implemented in my life(sorry it s so long lol I just have a lot to share!):⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Anxiety is a NATURAL human response to stress. We are all hardwired to feel it because it saved our ancestors from being eaten by tigers and stuff. You don t have to feel shame for feeling anxious. That being said, when anxiety is chronic and interferes with your day to day wellbeing, it should be addressed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Anxiety stems from not being present; your mind is either replaying old memories or predicting the future, usually the worst outcome. HOWEVER, Diana shared a statistic that 85 of the things we worry about don t come true! The things that do happen, 79 of people said they handled it better than they could have imagined! Just hearing that was super comforting for me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. It s very hard to THINK your way out of the trance of fear. We often just end up with obsessive thinking, unhealthy addictions/distractions, or blaming ourselves for feeling these feelings(). That s where mindfulness comes in. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ She defined mindfulness as: paying attention to the present moment experience with openness, curiosity, and willingness to be with what is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ That s the key! Not trying to resist or run or reject your anxious feelings. JUST BE WITH THE FEELING. It can be uncomfortable and scary to feel the anxiety/ bodily sensations but that s how you get to a place of peace! Anxious thoughts are like clouds that float through the sky and will always pass. You don t have to get caught in the story or thought. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have tons of more tips but I don t want to make this post too long, so let me know if you want me to make a part 2 on dealing with anxiety.

  • After my second child was born I hit post-partum anxiety like I was slamming on my brakes after going 90 mph. The litmus test I often think of to measure how bad it was, which is only visible in hindsight, is that I would see other people s lovely Instagram photos and admire the beauty, but then think, I just don t have that kind of beauty in my life. I did have beauty. I had so much of it, but I couldn t see it. It s a small, modern metaphor, but the foggy stripes of life are hard to see through when you re standing inside of them. Then one day I tied a little thread around my wrist as a reminder that all I needed to do was hang on by a thread. When I felt super overwhelmed or overstimulated by mothering small children, couldn t see the light at the end of the tunnel I had begun carving out with my new career, I would run my hands along the thread and remind myself I was doing it. I was hanging on. I was moving forward. And for many reasons, among them my newfound belief that things often break to become new, I emerged eventually a different woman. Better. More whole and wise and ready to be honest and quiet the noise as I move forward. And with a new respect for the power of private symbols that carry us through.

  • STALKING We all follow someone We are all followed by someone. Social media brought us a culture of stalking. There is nothing wrong with following someone for motivation, inspiration, education. However when following gets out of control- it becomes really dangerous. As a domestic abuse survivor, I experienced stalking for about 3 yrs- as soon as I left my ex. It brought lies, it brought anxiety, everything- you can find in the DARK SIDE. It pulled me into a vicious circle, with no escape. My days were filled with sleepless nights, traps, panic attacks. I was struck by FEAR, FEAR and even more FEAR. I spent all my energy on thinking when will be the next doorbell, the next silent phonecall, the next white lilies with a card to watch my back. Until one day I cried for help so much someone heard me. I was finally believed. Although he was never truly punished for it- I grew, I dared to soar. I finally stood up for myself. I became FREE. Those pictures reflect my journey- the one on the top left- me just when I run away- when I was still a victim of domestic abuse. The rest is just example of my transformation. It feels so good to be FREE. It feels so good to let go of control. It feels amazing to be the true ME.

  • don t read if easily triggered! if it only was this easy. it s already 4pm and I m just posting this as a filler for my theme bc I almost expected not to have breakie today. wasn t sure if I d actually gp through with it but I slept long and it was nice not jump out of bed w anxiety bc my parents could get mad. dad did get home early though and I m always my parents notice sth but I just finished my yoga sesh, vacuumed the house and bc it would seem too obvious if I made my always late lunch already at 3pm or so I m doing tiny things I ve always planned to do but never actually did. can t believe it s been already 24 hrs that I was so anxious and omw to weigh in I feel like the complete opposite now. TW the last time I ate was yd s early lunch which was 25 hrs ago. I have not not eaten this long in quite some time. 11 hrs at max but never more than that. I feel some effects bc my body isn t used to that anymore. usually I stuff it w food even when I m still bloated but I ve been doing ok. haven t weighed myself yet and idk what to expect TWO can t believe I m still going back to these after all this time

  • these are probably nothing more than bowls of and fruits to y all but the veggies were a BIG DEAL. first of all I had three foods I haven t had in months! strawbs, peas and mushrooms! doesn t sound exciting but for me they were scary and I left them for last. I even forgot what textures they had and it was so strange idk if I like the mushrooms and peas. but the biggest problem was HOW to eat it. with other meals I usually eat the veggies first but in this bowl were only veggies so which one to eat first should I mix them all together or only certain ones which flavours and textures go well together I struggled so much and throwing this together was a spontaneous decision. in the end when I only had peas, chickpeas and tomato left I actually liked the combo of those three things but idk about the rest. I was craving veggies and I want to tell myself that I liked it but idk. I feel so much more adventurous lately when it comes to food. also yeah I finished eating really late bc the fruits and chocolate were sooo filling. I m defs not gonna have anything else tonight

  • well I m on the late side again with posting but I m struggling so hard. idk if it s still bc of the fasting, if it threw my body off so much. I heard/read/watched a lot of videos that say it s actually good and I believe it s good to kinda cleanse the palette of our bodies(if that s just me I m fine with that you can hate all you want) and many people in the past like Ghandi did it too but the way I did was probably completely wrong, unhealthy and it was more for reasons and to compensate. my stomach is still a lil funny idk if that s bc of the sauerkraut I had earlier, maybe gotta get my body used to that again like I did w the Kimchi. anyways yes idk where I m going wih this post so I ll just stop here. let s see how I feel after I got some sleep. if I get some

  • again, DON T read if easily triggered! OMG this felt like the hardest thing ever today I felt so much lighter and doing yoga/workout was no problem at all either I didn t even intend to fast for 29 hrs! I was so scared to even drink tea and eat this and also challenged ocd! I added sauerkraut, a food of my childhood, I haven t eaten that in years! dad and I bought it at an organic store and I wanted to try it and add more fermented foods to my diet. dad wanted to try it too and when we opened it I had the first bite of food since yd! but I didn t feel too bad bc dad was w me. actually having this meal was sooo much harder bc I changed it up and the calories of it even though I only added 8 from the sauerkraut. I actually just finished it and I feel so bad that this was supposed to be lunch. totally forgot how difficult it is to start eating again after a fast and that I feel a lot more guilty than usual even though I watched videos on yt to distract myself. and I wanted to have sth else tonight too yikes

  • How do you reset when things go not quite as planned.Today my morning was bumpy starting with a work related attack, tears, and. I have been away all week from the store that I manage full-time, taking care of my ill daughter, and, it has not been easy trying to cover my hours and manage my team from afar. Next a glass fell from the cupboard and smashed and shards went everywhere including into my untouched cup of coffee. The girls were fighting, I was almost out of cream, the sink was full of dishes and the house was a mess. Now. the way I chose to react framed the rest of my day. I had a good cry, released those emotions and then wiped away my tears. I grabbed my current favourite coffee, ground some beans and got my favourite cup and started fresh. Once I made time to sit, enjoy that fresh cup of coffee, and reframe my day and my mindset, things went better from there. The house got tidied, the kids got settled and the day went smoother.

  • I have a thousand thoughts, recoverywins and still a terrible. since I gulped down the pancakes earlier and the fullness just won t go away! actually I think one reason I started eating so late is bc I hope the bloat will go down and I ll feel better but that hardly ever happens. while foodshopping earlier I felt okay-ish bc I was moving and at home I did and a workout but I couldn t avoid eating forever. that just means dinner will be even later even though I don t care about the time anymore but just the thought of eating sth else tonight ugh. but I already didn t have dinner yd. I hope the helps my digestion like Kimchi does. adding sauerkraut to this was actually a BIG DEAL for me bc I have the rule to not eat veggies w lentils/.   • Robin Williams once said; I think the saddest people always try their hardest to make people happy because they know what it s like to feel absolutely worthless and they don t want anyone else to feel like that. I agree with him on so many levels. But as most things are hard to put into words. Let s try a hastily composed kinda poem. Thank you for smiling I don t do it on purpose. It happens by accident. There are some days that I get so depressed that those thoughts stay. On those days they haunt me, lingering torturing me and social interactions helps them stay away. A simple joke, a kind smile. It s allowed me to get even complete strangers to come chat and stay awhile. They tell me of their lives and loves or their ambitions and dreams. I listen intently getting lost in their stories like a living book I just have to read. I get lost in their stories, smile, and stare in their eyes. Conversations, connections, new friendships arise. Some days interactions, smiles, or jokes may seemed forced. Forgive me as those habits would annoy most of course. If you smile and laugh and I caused it you see. Our interaction is all the medicine I need. Yes I try to hard. I smile. I make jokes. I unknowingly grab attention. Which may come off arrogant, narcissistic or like I think I m the best. But that s all just to hide my anxieties and fears. But most of all to hide that I m depressed.-Fin I associate existence with happiness. If I make you smile, make you laugh, help you with a problem, help you push a car, learn something new, motivate you, create with you, dance with you, or anything. That interaction by its very nature requires you to acknowledge that I exist. That I am alive. That I am needed. And because of that I have all the motivation in the universe to stay alive, to help out, and to exist. So thank you all for smiling.

  • Life is like a constant battle between the light guiding me and the dark trying to take over me. Having bipolar isn t like what many people think they have. Truly bipolar people have manic episodes where we don t sleep for days or a week or more at a time. At all. Not one blink. In these times we do abnormal things like go on ridiculous spending sprees, some would write bad checks, others might think they are literally the president of the United States and your energy is endless to the point you drive others around you crazy. When you come out of the episode your life is in shambles. Then there s the downside and those, compared to the highs, are the worst for me. I m one of the lucky who don t get major hypomanic anymore(knock on wood that continues), but my lows, my depression days, seem to drag out immeasurably. Once in awhile like now I m okay. Just okay. Well minus the ptsd but that s always present. This morning I can t decide if it s the light that s winning or the dark next but I m praying it s the light cuz I could use some energy and positivity.   • Trying an updated version of my morning. getting up earlier than the girls to enjoy my in quiet, gather my thoughts and just be. I then wake them a little early so less stress and less rushing them(because we know how fast little kids move) to be out the door somewhat on time for daycare and school. This leaves me more time to breathe, less, more with my children, and I feel more centred before I get to work. What is your morning like I would love to hear below in the comments
