How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • 2 and a half years ago I was 25 years old and completely lost in life. I just left my job to be speaker full time and after 3 months full time I was back broke. This was the second time I quit my job to follow my dreams. I lost all hope.(pic taken en route to china buss when I had balances on all cards outside of my card that I received for my plasma donations)- I emailed my friend because my phone was off and she gave me 100 to get a RT bus pass to New York. My goal was to find a job as a waiter and start over. 2 weeks went by and there was no job. On day 15 I got an interview for a admin job but on the way there I got a email for a position paying 12 an hour grading papers in Durham. I tucked in my pride and graded papers for 4 months with no clue what would happen with my life. People see the tour. They see the books. They see the podcast, conference and the stages. But it s all about what they don t see.- I still needed a anonymous donation to fund my tour, to buy flights, to afford merch. I Still drive the 02 Altima with no AC that overheard. Yet, Pound for pound I am one of the best speakers under 30 in the US. Host of one of the best in the country. Author of 2 books. Dropping first next month, 3rd book in December, and in March.   • I m so excited and I just can t hide it!. or not really! As November rains are present almost every day now, I find myself scrolling my photo gallery searching for joy and sun beams.   • I m a control freak. Not when it comes to other people- I m a big believer in the live and let live philosophy- but for mySELF and my LIFE, oh yea, major control freak. In fact, when I don t feel like I have TOTAL control over my life(reality check: we always do), my anxiety shoots through the roof and makes it seem as though I have no control at all- whichhhh in turn sends my mind into a crazy tailspin of worst case scenarios. It s really freaking exhausting. ⠀ ⠀ I wish I had a really profound life lesson/solution to share here but the reality is that I struggle with this on a daily basis. Exercise and nutrition help- they give me CONTROL over my health and a RELEASE for anxiety. But I can t workout all day long just to feel control. That would be insane. And counterproductive.   • It was a day, I know I forget the camera battery and couldn t take photos, but that is life, nothing is perfect. Sometimes things aren t going to happen as you have planned.   • Here is a little for you. the first time I ever tried was in when I was 30years old. I had spent about an hour practicing on the baby slope with an incline of around 2 degrees.Once I felt ready for the actual I take the lift and get to the top of the slope. I look down and I freeze! The steepness, the realization that there is only one way down, the. Then I see this group of 5 year olds whizzing down the slope with such ease and casualness it blew my mind. I was jealous I didn t get to to ski when I was their age, but I was also and by them. They gave me the to go for it and oh my was it worth it.   • by continues Lately I ve not been feeling well. I m overwhelmed with emotions, feel incredibly fragile and feel a small relapse. And even though I ve never been alone with my disorder(doctors, family, friends) now I have an extra person for whom I gotta and want to try more and fight. I don t want to come into details because it s a very private part of my life still, but apart from being not my best self I am also feeling very happy and loved and feel it back so much(which is also very very scary because it s new and my disorders want to fight against this new feeling. I feel these are the last tries of my mind to not let me feel safe). I feel understood, I feel at home. This is new and I have to come to terms with it(with professional help and there s nothing wrong with it- sometimes you need it). I need to let myself feel safe. I need to let myself not ache for perfection because it s impossible and I ve been told many times already that I am enough and accepted for who I am. And now getting help from my psychologist and psychiatrist has a new meaning: wanting to learn to be strong enough for someone as much as I can. Not because I have to, but because I want to. Remember that it s going to be better even though it may feel impossible right now. Rememberthat you re not alone. Remember it s nothing shameful to get help. The colder the winter the warmer the spring.

  • Yesterday I had the privilege of attending a mindfulness day-long retreat on Freedom from Anxiety with Diana Winston, a renowned mindfulness teacher, author, and director of mindfulness education at MARC(at UCLA). I ve had a lot of ups and downs in my journey with anxiety. Everyday I learn more about myself and what anxiety really is. I wanted to share some helpful tips that we talked about yesterday that I ve implemented in my life(sorry it s so long lol I just have a lot to share!):⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Anxiety is a NATURAL human response to stress. We are all hardwired to feel it because it saved our ancestors from being eaten by tigers and stuff. You don t have to feel shame for feeling anxious. That being said, when anxiety is chronic and interferes with your day to day wellbeing, it should be addressed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Anxiety stems from not being present; your mind is either replaying old memories or predicting the future, usually the worst outcome. HOWEVER, Diana shared a statistic that 85 of the things we worry about don t come true! The things that do happen, 79 of people said they handled it better than they could have imagined! Just hearing that was super comforting for me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. It s very hard to THINK your way out of the trance of fear. We often just end up with obsessive thinking, unhealthy addictions/distractions, or blaming ourselves for feeling these feelings(). That s where mindfulness comes in. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ She defined mindfulness as: paying attention to the present moment experience with openness, curiosity, and willingness to be with what is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ That s the key! Not trying to resist or run or reject your anxious feelings. JUST BE WITH THE FEELING. It can be uncomfortable and scary to feel the anxiety/ bodily sensations but that s how you get to a place of peace! Anxious thoughts are like clouds that float through the sky and will always pass. You don t have to get caught in the story or thought. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have tons of more tips but I don t want to make this post too long, so let me know if you want me to make a part 2 on dealing with anxiety.

  • No Woman No Bleed Nothing, absolutely nothing. This is my 4th non-consecutive non-period in 15months, with no particular pattern between them. Everything else is there- cramps/flushes/bloats- just no release. I really struggle with these- I don t know they re coming and a bleed usually relieves the PMDD symptoms- they re very painful and very heavy- but the anxiety and panic, rage and excessive self-hatred/body image issues reduce on day one. With these no-bleeds the symptoms merrily continue their little path- I ve no idea whether this is psychological insofar as I don t see a physical end To be classified as in menopause(and at least know where the hell she s at) as opposed to perimenopause a woman has to have 12 consecutive no-bleeds. Oh fucking yay. I really don t want to add any more hormones into the mix and so if anyone has any advice(dietary/natural health etc), please do let me know! Thank you

  • Following up from yesterday s no pain, no gain post, here s one way to deal with tendonitis. We ve all probably heard of the term eccentric training, and if you re unsure of what it means then simply put, means the lengthening of a muscle(the negative movement of an exercise) and is great at fixing tendonitis. So with tendonitis around your biceps, this is how it would look using the TRX. Instead of doing the standard bicep curl(concentric movement), you d let your biceps stretch under tension and this would help fix the tendon degeneration of the collagen fibres in the end of your muscles/tendons- which is the definition of tendonitis There are other ways of replicating these types of exercises, but be careful not to work concentrically and to focus on the eccentric movements otherwise this can cause more injury to the tendon. Class dismissed.

  • This morning I spent time reading Psalm 23. After one of the busiest days yesterday, the first part of verse 3 swallowed up my heart. He restores my soul. Restore is one of my favorite words. It means to repair, re-establish, rebuild, put back together. In my life, I have experienced this word to mean to healing, to redemption. God is the only one that restores your soul. Other things can bring relief or even a time of happiness. But restoration that only comes straight from God through Jesus. Nothing or no one else truly restores- Even though the world might tell you otherwise. Psalm 23 says the Lord is my shepherd. What does that mean That means He cares for you, guides you, and gives you everything you need to live a life full of joy for his glory his purpose. Because He gave you Himself, you don t need to worry or fear in life. He wants you to lean into him for all things. He is in control of your past present and future. So much easier said than done sometimes. But God s grace and love go beyond our shortcomings*

  • Since I ve been on medication, I have been switched 4 times. The first medication caused major depression as a side effect, the second was anxiety, and the third was daily panic attacks and severe depression. As soon as I experienced the daily panic attacks a few days in a row, I dropped the medication. From there my mental state was unpredictable yet again. I would have panic attacks, bouts of anger or crying. The same as I was before, however, less severe. During the time I was off of medication I was hopeful that maybe I would no longer need medication as my coping techniques are getting a little better. However, it was evident that I am not able to, at this point, stop taking medication. And I am surprisingly okay with that. I no longer look down on myself because I need a supplement to have a healthy brain function. The idea that someday I may not have to take medication to be okay is exciting but not the world to me. When my scheduled appointment with my psychiatrist came up, I told her the side effects I was experiencing both on the medication and my time off of the medication. She prescribed me a new medication and asked me that if these have similar side effects to call her immediately. I have only been on this medication for 3 days and I can feel the darkness leaving my mind. I have more energy and I m already smiling more. I m happy and hopeful today.

  • STALKING We all follow someone We are all followed by someone. Social media brought us a culture of stalking. There is nothing wrong with following someone for motivation, inspiration, education. However when following gets out of control- it becomes really dangerous. As a domestic abuse survivor, I experienced stalking for about 3 yrs- as soon as I left my ex. It brought lies, it brought anxiety, everything- you can find in the DARK SIDE. It pulled me into a vicious circle, with no escape. My days were filled with sleepless nights, traps, panic attacks. I was struck by FEAR, FEAR and even more FEAR. I spent all my energy on thinking when will be the next doorbell, the next silent phonecall, the next white lilies with a card to watch my back. Until one day I cried for help so much someone heard me. I was finally believed. Although he was never truly punished for it- I grew, I dared to soar. I finally stood up for myself. I became FREE. Those pictures reflect my journey- the one on the top left- me just when I run away- when I was still a victim of domestic abuse. The rest is just example of my transformation. It feels so good to be FREE. It feels so good to let go of control. It feels amazing to be the true ME.

  • There are some days when I want to feel pretty but don t have the strength to doll myself up- and that is where filters come in. This morning I was feeling kind of crappy: greasy, tired, unmotivated, and overall just bad about myself. I didn t want to move from my couch. I wanted to lie down all morning and just exist. In the past I have fed those thoughts; I have allowed myself to feel that way unabashedly. Obviously this just gave my disorder the okay to control me. So instead of moping all morning I decided to take some photos of myself. Since I had a lack of motivation, that was the most I could muster at the time. So I turned on the filters and started snapping. After looking through some of the photos I started feeling a little better about myself and decided to treat myself to a relaxing bath. I got out and washed my face and slabbed on some make up. I feel mostly better. I still have some negative thoughts pressing on like You re so fat. You re never going to reach your goals. You should just give up. But of course being the fighter that I am, I am taking all of that negative energy and transforming it into something positive: proactivity. I m taking steps to figure out how I can conquer my demons. One small goal by one small goal. I trust that my journey is going to be successful. I have to.

  • these are probably nothing more than bowls of and fruits to y all but the veggies were a BIG DEAL. first of all I had three foods I haven t had in months! strawbs, peas and mushrooms! doesn t sound exciting but for me they were scary and I left them for last. I even forgot what textures they had and it was so strange idk if I like the mushrooms and peas. but the biggest problem was HOW to eat it. with other meals I usually eat the veggies first but in this bowl were only veggies so which one to eat first should I mix them all together or only certain ones which flavours and textures go well together I struggled so much and throwing this together was a spontaneous decision. in the end when I only had peas, chickpeas and tomato left I actually liked the combo of those three things but idk about the rest. I was craving veggies and I want to tell myself that I liked it but idk. I feel so much more adventurous lately when it comes to food. also yeah I finished eating really late bc the fruits and chocolate were sooo filling. I m defs not gonna have anything else tonight

  • Tonight was another rough one. I got to work and witthin an hour started panicking. I am starting a different medication so I had to stop taking my current medication. Having had to stop it so abruptly fucked with my system and my hormones are all out of whack. Hence the uncalled for panic attack. As soon as it happened I immediately thought I should have stayed on my old medication. Even though I know that medication wasn t the right one for me, I immediately wanted to get back on it. I wanted to stop this process and backtrack because it is scary. It is terrifying not knowing how a new medication will react with your chemicals. I know I have to move on from my past and let this process happen naturally. I am trying hard to remember that recovery is a process and that it doesn t happen over night. Staying positive and focusing on why I am doing all of this. I have alreaddy seen that it is worth it. The progress I have made has definitely been worth it. There are times I just want to say I m okay with where I m at so I dont have to risk going back to a panic attack or worse again. Luckily I have the greatest support system a girl could ask for. OMG this felt like the hardest thing ever today I felt so much lighter and doing yoga/workout was no problem at all either I didn t even intend to fast for 29 hrs! I was so scared to even drink tea and eat this and also challenged ocd! I added sauerkraut, a food of my childhood, I haven t eaten that in years! dad and I bought it at an organic store and I wanted to try it and add more fermented foods to my diet. dad wanted to try it too and when we opened it I had the first bite of food since yd! but I didn t feel too bad bc dad was w me. actually having this meal was sooo much harder bc I changed it up and the calories of it even though I only added 8 from the sauerkraut. I actually just finished it and I feel so bad that this was supposed to be lunch. totally forgot how difficult it is to start eating again after a fast and that I feel a lot more guilty than usual even though I watched videos on yt to distract myself. and I wanted to have sth else tonight too yikes

  • I have a thousand thoughts, recoverywins and still a terrible. since I gulped down the pancakes earlier and the fullness just won t go away! actually I think one reason I started eating so late is bc I hope the bloat will go down and I ll feel better but that hardly ever happens. while foodshopping earlier I felt okay-ish bc I was moving and at home I did and a workout but I couldn t avoid eating forever. that just means dinner will be even later even though I don t care about the time anymore but just the thought of eating sth else tonight ugh. but I already didn t have dinner yd. I hope the helps my digestion like Kimchi does. adding sauerkraut to this was actually a BIG DEAL for me bc I have the rule to not eat veggies w lentils/. I already added veggies when I have lentils but this was like a new level and it s only kidney beans idk if I can do that w other types of beans too. these mental illnesses make no sense at all. and the bar was a win too. was about to chicken out but didn t
