  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.

  • To a picture of last year s, I can exactly remember the day, because I had an incredible pump in my pecs. Leute das Wochenende ist in Sicht, genau wie das Ende meines aktuellen Mesozykluses. Aktuell besteht ein Mesozyklus bei mir übrigens aus 6 Mikrozyklen die wiederum jeweils 7 Tage lang sind und 5 unterschiedliche Workouts(3x Oberkörper und 2x Unterkörper) beinhalten. Heute morgen habe ich bereits das letzte von 5 Overreachingworkouts absolviert, heißt der Körper wurde ordentlich überladen und nach dem morgigen Restday geht s für mich in den Deload. Ich glaube das erste Mal in meiner Trainingslaufbahn freue ich mich richtig darauf. Die letzten 5 Trainingswochen waren zwar sehr erfolgreich und ich habe einiges an Kraft aufgebaut, wodurch ich das Kraftniveau von vor der Wettkampfdiät wieder erreicht, bzw. beim Unterkörper sogar überschritten habe, aber auch sehr anstrengend und die kumulative Erschöpfung ist spürbar am Limit. Das äußert sich bei mir mit einer anhaltenden Müdigkeit und dem Nachlassen der Motivation. Auch die Gelenke und Bänder zwicken hier und da mal ein bisschen und freuen sich auf 1 Woche leichteres Training! Das Training im Deload ist zwar meist etwas langweilig, ich freue mich aber, danach wieder richtig frisch zu sein und voller Energie in den nächsten Mesozyklus zu starten! Ich bin mir sicher, dass dort dann einige PR´s aufgestellt werden und evtl. auch wieder mehr Trainingsvideos mit Erklärungen kommen. Falls dazu Interesse besteht, gerne in die Comments Da die Workouts im Deload auch kürzer sind, werde ich einen Teil der gewonnen Zeit dafür nutzen um noch mehr als sonst zu integrieren, umso die Regeneration hoffentlich noch weiter zu verstärken. Wie sieht eure Trainingsplanung aus Geht ihr auch gezielt ins Overreaching und gleicht das mit einem Deload aus um die maximalen zu saven

  • Some days in the gym are great and you hit prs while others are horrendous and weight you can normally rip off the floor won t even budge. Yesterday was one of the latter days. I went in hoping to possibly hit 340 or 345 for a set of 5 on deadlift but as I was warming up I couldn t even get 315 off the ground. I tried 3 times but failed. So I scrapped deadlifts for the day and anything else that was back focused as I had previously done a 3x5 on squat with 275 and my back didn t feel up to par.   • Updated: This is the aftermath of Micks, a male great white shark(Carcharodon carcharias), partially breaching after attempting to grab a piece of tuna and instead getting a mouthful of seaweed. You might have seen the square-version of this shot before. I ve posted it a few times, and I ve seen posted elsewhere. I thought some of you might enjoy a wider wider view of this moment. I had originally posted that there didn t seem to be any tuna near the seaweed, based on looking at frames taken before and after this shot. Upon looking at an uncropped earlier shot, it appears there was a chunk of tuna that had been pulled out of the water right before this. That was what Micks efforts were almost certainly focused on.
