Instagram hashtags for armagh, belfast, derry, lisburn, newry, cork, dublin, galway

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Left my heart(and my phone) in Ireland So many remarkable things happened in Belfast this Spring Break. We talked about Jesus and brokenness at multiple universities, witnessed a strike and a protest, learned about a history of war and strife, saw breathtaking sites, and made incredible friends to last a lifetime. My time in Belfast, Northern Ireland is far from over, and I cannot wait to see what the Lord will continue to do! I ll be sharing more about what God did in the days to come! This journey is just beginning

  • 1 banana 1 egg= 4 pancakes(small, but still!) now that I m back to Dublin for the next 10 days or so, I m planning on making a conscious effort to be more healthy and THINK about what I m eating.I might regret saying that so openly I made the batter for these by using a handheld blender rather then just mashing it all together with a fork and it honestly made a huge difference! They were so sweet and I topped them with some strawberries, raspberries and honey I will definitely make these again! They d also be perfect as a dessert as they re naturally sweeter than normal pancakes(the ones I make anyways)

I have a love/hate relationship with Wagamama.I either like what I ordered and the person I m with doesn t like what they ordered or vice versa! I ordered the prawn itame which was a spicy soup with lots of lemongrass, chilli, coriander and rice noodles which was exactly what I needed not to mention the chilli squid which I ALWAYS get because it s deeelish I would definitely recommend this dish to anyone looking for some heat and refuge from the chills

  • Hello friends! I am SO excited to officially announce that this Spring Break, March 3rd-10th, I will be one of 15 UF students to go with Cru at UF on a mission trip to Belfast, Northern Ireland to share the good news of Jesus Christ! I am BURSTING with joy as God is finally answering a desire of eight years to travel to Ireland! I m excited to share in a country rich with beauty and extensive religious-history, yet with a people of brokenness and spiritual barrenness! My heart is with Belfast, and I would be so thankful if y all would help me financially get there! More than anything I need prayers for the trip! I ve made a video to explain more about our purpose and my heart behind traveling to Belfast so if you want to know more check out the link in my bio(the support link is also in the video s description!). Thanks guys

Well I can tell you first hand that they work very well. I haven t lifted heavier than 192.5k throughout the cycle, and in fact my last heaviest record was 210k a load of months back. Today I hit 240k sitting at 80k bodyweight, and the achievement of a lifetime goal of triple bodyweight. • Single Arm Chin-Up. Delighted to hit almost 2 clean reps today. Considering I ve only been working negatives for the past 2 months, it s always great to be reminded that taking your time to make the nasty shit feel easier, helps bridge the gap everytime. It takes dedication and serious willpower to continually work a progression that for most of the time, feels like it s going nowhere and bores the lift clean out of you. But like I always say, if you consistently tick the sessions off, no matter what the goal, eventually you will overcome all the obstacles in front of you. All you go to do is finish what you started. If you need help with your skill game, then give us a shout and email contact.uk to receive a full information pack on how to get started with Movement Evolution.

  • Workshop. Today was definitely something new for me. I spent two hours teaching a bunch of very talented, young dancers about the importance of gaining control of their bodies, and how improving their strength, would help improve their overall capacity to be better dancers. I was honestly shocked at how quickly some of the kids picked things up, and how genuinely talented they all were. No matter what the age, you can always start gaining more control of your body. Anyways today was a pleasure to coach the kids and I can t wait for the next one. Big thanks to for organising the workshop, her studio is quality, I can t wait to call down for a free flow session sometime.

  • Mobility, How Do I Get Started 21st century life basically has us all fucked in the hips, shoulders, and back. For that reason, literally every person can benefit from including these 3 moves into their mobility routine.(If you don t have a mobility routine, WHY THE HELL NOT) 1)Hip CARs 2)Shoulder CARs 3)Spinal Segmentation How to get started 1)Pain free movement, regardless of how beneficial a move can be, if your moving through pain it s sending the wrong signals between the brain, CNS, and the body part, telling you to stop the movement. If you strip everything back to a pain free standpoint, and build from here, you can expect to make great progress. 2)Daily Movement. You must tell the body what you want it to do on a regular basis. Now not everyday needs to be max effort. Some days hard, some days light, just listen to the body, and feed it daily movement, it will quickly start to thrive. 3)Keeping things active when possible. One of the biggest mistakes I made in the earlier stages of my mobility journey, was being too passive through the movements. Now not that I have a problem with passive movements/stretches, for me they just take too damn long. I don t know about you guys and girls, but having to hold a stretch for 2:00 before getting any joy, bored the life clean out of me. Adding the active element, or the brace has literally changed the game for me, taking me into the deepest positions after 1 set, rather than 5 or 6 with the passive approach. 4)Don t blankly copy others, understand& incorporate what you see into your routine, but at your own pace. Use what you see on social media to motivate and inspire you, but try understand why people are doing these things first. Don t rush, and don t expect your version to look as good as the ones on Facebook or Insta, this is often how injuries come about. Failing all of that, email contact.uk and we will do our very best to help you out.

  • Getting this work space has been one of the best things I ve done in years. Giving me somewhere to focus on my work and grow. Create new friendships and new contacts. As humans we are creatures of habit in order to perform tasks we need to have the right environment. Being someone who isn t the best organised I need to come to a place that is organised. It s the little things we do that make the big changes. I really enjoy what I do and that s what drives me in the day to day. Some business s try to put on a front that everything is always operating at maximum efficiency the truth of the matter is we are all humans behind these business s and we have our ups and downs. We are not robots. The key to everything is to keep growing and evolving. If you want to hire someone who is enthusiastic about what they drop us a mail through the contact forum on our website www.d3rkmatter.com or DM our page.

  • TRUST THE PROCESS. People are too quick to change up what their doing, looking for the next quick fix, the 20 Minute abs, the 7 day beach body, when in reality, nothing great happens that quickly. The idea is that the fault is with the program, or with the diet, or with the coach, when really the problem lies with you, chopping and changing, without ever finishing anything you started. That is the biggest problem. Never letting anything run it s full course, be it the style or diet, the type of programme, or the kind of trainer you got. You ll never be able to truly know if something works or not, if you never finish it and assess things after. Remain consistent, keep showing up, eventually things will fall into place. At the end of the day, you reap what you sow, remember that. Happy humpday movers

  • The Maestro Bowl Every time I post anything from Masons my inbox get hammered with where you get this, what s in that, is that what you eat to look so good So all questions answered, the salad/wraps/soups you see throughout my page are from the one and only Masons on the Andytown Road, trust me when I say the place is epic, that it is. The salad:- Full cajun chicken breast- Few slices of roast beef- Julienn veg mix, peppers, rocket, spinach, lettuce, red onion, beetroot, cucumber, tomato.- Cheese- Dressed in olive oil pesto(can be swopped for hot sauce)- Topped with 3 poached eggs If you re reading this, and live in Belfast, you need to get one today, if you don t, that s just bad luck. Happy hump day, keep on mooooooooovin.

Today was the very last one before Ibiza on Saturday Honestly can t wait to get some time off, feels like I haven t stopped from January. A nice 11 nights on holiday and a couple of days off when I m back stepping back. Breaks are essential, time away allows me to switch off and disengage the brain from all things business related. This also helps get motivation levels back to a high allowing for a big push when I return. 5 days, 10 hours and counting

  • Training Movement Evolution. WHY- Because we understand there is more to training than counting sets and reps, we want you to become a part of our community, where everyone encourages and helps each other push on through.- Because we focus on having fun. As much as we work hard, we laugh even harder. I always say, if you have enjoyment, you have commitment. Who ever stuck something out that they hated- We utilise the barbell, dumbbell& kettlebell to develop conventional strength.- Gymnastic rings& parallel bars for upper body unconventional strength.- Bodyweight skills& primal flows for enjoyment, a sense of achievement, and awesome full body movement.- We keep it random with regards conditioning and fitness work. Some weeks we use prowler, row, assault bike, other weeks we go old school and carry heavy shit for distance, others we just handbalance and throw burpees and ball slams at you until you turn almost green, then we stop and give you a hug- We serve the best nuclear grade americano coffee in Belfast, in the winter when less body conscious, we serve those with buckets of cream- We give mobility homework coupled with the mobility work in the gym. This is to ensure we keep you moving well and injury free, so that you can keep getting the most out of your training. SOOOOOOO, all you gotta do is email contact.uk and we ll send you over a free info pack on how to get started. Cheers folks
