  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.

  • The BICEP BLASTER has quite a few perks with it. Teaches good form by keeping your elbows close to the body& eliminating swinging. TENSION- What you want to have on the bicep to overload the muscle when looking for size and strength. Swinging takes that tension away rather it be at the top or bottom of the Rep. SINGLE ARM CABLE PULLS- Another great way to target the bicep. I m adding a slight lean forward to further isolate the bicep and keeping the muscle working by not fully extended at the end. Full extension works as well when addressing ROM(Range of Motion) in the bicep. In this case I m aiming to keep the muscle consistently working or Pump as some of you call it. Try it out.   • How many times did you heard this Eating too many eggs is bad for you! Eating eggs every day is bad for your cholesterol! After all this is not necessarily true, let s see why! The total number of eggs you should eat everyday will depend on the amount of protein and fats you should/want to ingest on that particular day. A whole egg contains roughly 6gr of protein and 5gr of fats(remember that this fat is actually good for your health and it s really tasty,at least for me) it also has numerous vitamins and minerals: A,E,D,K, folic acid, B12,B6,B2,B1,iron,phosphorus and zync,BUT IN FACT, all of the eggs vitamins ARE FOUND IN THE YOLK,this leads me to a question i get asked frequently. SHOULD I EAT THE WHOLE EGG OR JUST THE EGG WHITES My answer is always the same,YOU SHOULD EAT IT WHOLE! That s because of what i said above,all of the vitamins are in the yolk! Some people eat 2 per day, others 5, other like myself eat 8! THERE IS NO IDEAL NUMBER OF EGGS you should eat everyday, but there s different contexts and different proteins and fats needs for each individual or athlete! WHAT ABOUT THE CHOLESTEROL Well there s a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition that showed consuming a lot of eggs per day doesn t have a negative impact on cholesterol levels,AND MORE, there was another study published in the British Journal of Nutrition that showed eggs can even improve your lipid Profile! So if cholesterol was your concern just stay cool about it! As a final note,AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, i want to tell you guys that no matter how many studies i may show you,if you find yourself having low energy,digestive issues,or taking too much time to digest eggs, then reduce the amount you are eating or even stop eating them completly!
