Instagram hashtags for baking, powder

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • I thought since this chocolate cake s calorie is so high, people won t be interested in the recipe. I was so wrong as within minutes I posted the picture I had several DMs asking for the recipe. Sorry couldn t post it asap as I m busy with my daughter during her school break. So here it is: CHOCOLATE CAKE with CHOCOLATE GANACHE(make 10-14 slices) Ingredients: 6 eggs 390 g butter(room temperature) 360 g caster sugar 240 g self raising flour/cake flour 75 g good quality cocoa powder For Chocolate Ganache 500 g butter(room temperature) 300 g fine icing/powder sugar 300 g good quality cooking chocolate(minimum cocoa solid 70) Method: 1. Preheat oven to 140 C/Gas mark 1  2. Line three 8/21cm round cake tin with baking paper and grease it lightly with butter 3. Using electric whisk, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Add eggs and beat again until well combine.  5. Sift self raising flour and cocoa powder into the mixture, beat using low speed 6. Once all combine, pour into the 3 cake tins evenly. 5. Bake all three cakes for approx 30-35 mins or until cooked. Insert the skewer into the centre of the cake, right down to the bottom. It is cooked when the skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool on a wire cooling rack.  6. Make sure all cakes are cool. Beat whipping cream and fine icing until it is stiff. Don t over beat it or it will. split.  7. Melt butter and cooking chocolate. Add the fine icing/powder sugar and mix well. 8. Spread the ganache in each cake layer and use it cover the whole cake too.  Enjoy PS: If the ganache is too soft and runny especially in hot weather after you spread it on the first cake, put it in the fridge for approx 10 mins, repeat with the other layer. don t put the whole ganache in the fridge though as you can t spread a hard ganache.

  • I have whipping cream and chopped hazelnut that near their expiry dates. I also have over ripe bananas which almost turn black. Since I like the taste and the soft cottony texture of the Banana Ogura Cake(recipe is on my previous post) I have decided to make it again this time and add 60ml of milk which makes it really moist. I was interested in finding the origin of Ogura cake after talking to my friend Takako so I went on the search.  According to https:/cornercafe.wordpress.com/2012/08/26/vanilla-ogura-love-cake/  Ogura cake comes from a bakery chain named Family Bakery 芳鄰西點蛋糕 in the town of Batu Pahat in Johor, a southern Malaysian state just north of Singapore. The cake is called Ogura Cake in English/Japanese but in Chinese it is known as 相思蛋糕 which literally translates as Pining4U or Lovesickness Cake How romantic is that If you created a dish or cake what would you call it PS:I didn t know how to write or read Chinese character, I just copy paste the info

  • Yay. today is a Cupcake Day. So here is my giant cupcake recipe and you can decorate it as you like, either with buttercream or sugarpaste/fondant icing. As for Giant cupcake tin, I prefer the metal tin(swipe left) as it is sturdier than the silicone one. The silicone one is quite wobbly when it is filled and I almost topple it over when I put it on a baking tray before putting it in the oven. You don t need to put the metal giant cupcake tin on a baking tray. GIANT VANILLA CUPCAKE Ingredients:* 6 eggs* 375 gr butter/margarine(room temperature)* 315 gr self raising flour* 35 gr corn flour* 360 gr caster sugar* 2 tsp vanilla extract* 3 tbsp milk Method: 1. Preheat oven to 140 C/Gas mark 1  2. Grease both cupcake tins in all the folds and cut a round baking paper for the bottom of the base section  3. Using electric whisk, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Add eggs vanilla extract  and beat again until well combine.  5. Sift self raising flour, corn flour and add milk into the mixture, beat using low speed 6. Once all combine, pour into the 2 giant cupcake tins, filling it to about 2-2.5cm short of the rim of the tin 7. Bake for approx 1 hour- 1 hour 10 mins(depending on your oven) or until cooked. Insert the skewer into the centre of the cake, right down to the bottom. It is cooked when the skewer comes out clean.  8. Turn them out on a cooling rack and give a sharp tap to release the cake. Leave to cool on a wire cooling rack. 9. Make sure all cakes are cool before putting in the filling. I put vanilla buttercream filling with raspberry jam.  10. Now it is ready to be decorated with cream orsugarpaste/fondant icing.

Learning a new skill as an adult can be challenging at times. But our bodies and minds are capable of more than we think. This is my 21st day EVER on the slopes and somehow even when I end up face first in the powder(2 times today mind you), I still fall more in love with this sport.

Do whatever makes you happy can be so difficult when you have a master s degree and have to deal with other people s judgments, guilt, fear of the unknown. However terrifying it is, I can t hide that smile! I have to follow my baker s heart! Which is why I have recently started studying to become a pastry chef, and began sharing my work on this page. I gotta say, all the love and encouraging words I ve gotten from all of you mean the world to me and make it so much less scary to make this big change! Thank you!. • Small poppy eve biscuits. Traditional Lithuanian Christmas cookies. KŪČIUKAI Christmas is a time for tradition. What s fascinating to me is how much those traditions vary from country to country and even from family to family. Some children post their letter to Santa up the chimney, some through the regular mail. In Lithuania, the main celebration is on Christmas Eve. The meal, known as Kūčios, consists of 12 meatless dishes and typically includes herring, sauerkraut, potatoes, mushrooms, beetroot, carrots and stuffed eggs. For dessert there is a stodgy cranberry drink known as kisielius and bite-sized biscuits called kūčiukai(koo-chuck-ay) made with poppy seeds. Kūčiukai are typically served with a glass of milk. Old traditions dictated that no animal products, including dairy products, should be consumed on Christmas Eve and so poppy seed milk was used in place of dairy milk. In many regions this custom has now petered out and dairy milk is used. In some homes the biscuits are soaked in milk before eating, in others the milk is served as a drink on the side. Kūčiukai are widely available in the supermarkets, but they are generally mass-produced and full of unnecessary ingredients. They are incredibly simple to make and only require a small number of ingredients so this year I decided to make my own. I always feel that the tradition of making the food is as important as the food itself. ideas-food.com

The bread is usually made with chopped candied fruit and/or dried fruit, nuts and spices. Stollen is a traditional German bread usually eaten during the Christmas season, when it is called Weihnachtsstollen (after Weihnachten, the German word for Christmas) or Christstollen (after Christ)

Dry Ingredients: 1.5 cups whole wheat or all purpose flour 3/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder Pinch of cinnamon Pinch of salt Wet ingredients: 3/4 cup(plant-based) milk(I used soy milk) 1/2 cup sunflower oil or another neutral oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice(or vinegar) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Streusel topping: 1/4 whole wheat or all purpose flour 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons melted(plant-based) butter Pinch of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of water Fruit: 1.5 cups of frozen blueberries and raspberries(or whatever berries you are feeling up to). Instructions: Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, add them together and stir until no streaks remain. Add in the berries carefully. Divide the mixture over a muffin pan. Make the Streusel topping in a bowl and sprinkle the topping over the 12 muffins. Bake for approximately 24 minutes on 200 C(or 400 F).

I ve baked many desserts, pies, cakes and cookies. So it was time to make a tiramisu for Xmas. Guardian posted a delicious variant with red wine and cranberries, by Ottolenghi. • The pic doesn t entirely capture the magic of that day: surreal light filtered by the snow through the trees, crystals of powder sparkling in the air, like in a Disney movie, gently touching your face, and making you blinking, the warmth of the sun in the cold frozen air(paradoxally, I know). The sound of fresh frozen snow under my skiis. Feeling my body full of life, strangely naturally tensed, flowing along with the gravity.
