Instagram hashtags for bali, travel, rice, terace, guide

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Explanations

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Did you know that the first 10 minutes of your morning after you wake up are the MOST influential on your WHOLE day! If something negative happens to you within your first 10 minutes, it puts you into a negative mindset for the rest of your day! Which in turn is why everything that can go wrong, seems to go wrong. If you take control of your thoughts, feelings and reactions to any negative occurance that may make it s way into your first 10 then you can totally change your mood, your outlook and the outcome of your whole day! Here are some great tips and tricks to help you avoid Negative Nancy; THE 5 SECOND RULE count down from 5 as soon as you wake up with the intention to rocket launch yourself out of bed when you reach 1. This will help you get out of bed, prevent you from hitting snooze and allow you to tackle any tasks or exercise routines you planned to accomplish first thing in the morning. This tiny rule sets you up to succeed for the day. STRETCH Stretching first thing in the morning has several health benefits. Including muscle and joint flexibility, stress relief and improved circulation. Side note: Improved circulation gives you more energy. DRINK A BIG GLASS OF WATER about 60-70 of your body is made up of water, and after sleeping 7-8 hours without it, your body is practically parched and begging for you to appease it, hence the dark coloured pee! Avoid coffee first up and drink water people- it will also give you energy. MUSIC OR MOTIVATIONAL PODCASTS you should start your mornings by feeding your brains with something positive. It may be some upbeat tunes, heavy rock or metal, calming zen sounds or even an awesome motivational podcast(my fave)! Regardless of what your fave is, if you fire it up first thing, it will make you feel good and will positively charge you with good vibes all day. Try to avoid negative Nancy News Reports, it s good to stay informed but maybe watch it at the end of your day instead. Sorry Karl fans. EXERCISE It can be a walk, run, skip, jump, hop or Zumba class Get your bodies moving for at least 20-30 minutes.need I explain why it pretty self explanatory. ENJOY PEEPS

  • Around mid last year I had a very unbalanced life, from working 10 days straight some weeks, to working 1-2 shifts a week and needing to hustle as a singer on my weekends for extra money. My health was affected, I lost motivation, I wasn t working out, I ate out all the tiiiime, I wasn t feeling great, I was always tired and was having 4 coffees a day! I was stuck and I didn t want to feel the stress or anxiety any more, so I made a change! I chose to say no to things that didn t serve me, stopped trying to please everyone, focused on what it was I needed to make me happy and set some pretty large goals. I made some healthy changes, I joined the emporium and don t actually remember the last time I bought a coffee. If you feel like you are feeling a bit like me and needing to make some healthy lifestyle changes or even if you need a work life change! Message me because I would like to help kick start your 2018 and help you to achieve your goals!

  • is an absolute gem of a shop. The old, recovered and the found. You can find items from all types and eras. Even if it s just to have a look around, you ll be amazing at how packed and saturated this shop is of any and all things! There is a sense of repurpose in LaTdM, as old becomes new again. The items go through a rebirth, from dilapidated and unusable, to repurposed and functional. The magic of Macario guides the buyer through a whimsical trip across the ages. This lovely little museum of memories is a great pit stop during the weekend or any day of the week for that matter.

  • When you talk about Japanese food, some might automatically think of sushi, and not even authentic sushi at that(looking at you California/Philadelphia rolls). But Japanese cuisine has a wide variety of dishes and styles, and recently, some of these dishes are becoming more noticed and subsequently adored by the West. Now we re not saying that a Western take on Asian food is bad or shouldn t be praised in its own right, far from it. So much can be done by fusing different foods, and the history they have behind them, when done lovingly and creatively. For this reason we chose to talk about. Steadily making a name for itself in Madrid for any real Ramen Lover, this place is simply great. The food is tasty, the staff is nice, the decor is suave and edgy, and the ramen is faultless. You might want to make a reservation because of the size of Chuka, but it s well worth it.
Check out our page next week for the full review!

  • . The Prohibited Menu.- Tempered Spicy Dry Salty Fish Karawala- Milky Pumpkin Curry Wattakka- Bitter Leaves Mallum Agunukola- Hard Boiled Egg- Fried Chilis- Papadums. If you re not Sri Lankan, probably you may ask yourself why I named this menu as the prohibited menu, I m I right!. Well, the answer for that question is that Sri Lankans, more Buddhist people, believes that cooking Salty Dry Fish, locally called karawala, and wattakka which is Pumpkin brings bad luck and curses where is cooked. In sinhala this combo is called the malabatha, as a nice fellow,(), reminded me in a comment below. Thanks!. If your next doubt is why again, please keep reading. In Sri Lanka long time ago, in some rural villages still nowadays, when somebody pass away their loved ones used to pay respect and vigil for the deceased at their own home, usually in the living room. In the house where the mourning take place the first things allowed to cook are dry salty fish and pumpkin curry because some believe that it will satisfy the deceased s love for food so the soul will leave the house. Others believes that dry fish as is preserved in salt is the most appropriate food to be cooked where a deceased is kept until his burial or his cremation. Finally some others believes that the only reason for choosing these specific two curries to be cooked is because of their strong taste and excellent combination so the family members are encouraged to eat a meal even if they do not have the appetite for the pain of their loss. So in simple words this menu is usually cooked where a deceased is kept in then is not a very good idea to attract unnecessary bad energies cooking them. Try to pay attention next time when somebody publishes this type of rice and curry picture, because superstitiously or not it will be rare to find Karawala& Wattakka combo together. instead of Karawala you re more likely to find dry anchovies, fresh fish etc etc.

  • You know how we re supposed to eat more fruits and vegetables daily to improve health Haha well bad news! recent scientific research has shown that we now need to eat way more than previously thought!- As if we weren t struggling enough! 4 in 5 Australians aren t having their daily dose. The updated recommended daily intake of both fruit and veg is now 800g a day to give the best odds of warding off heart attack, stroke, cancer other chronic diseases and early death. If you do take your recommended daily intake; After 2 weeks your energy increases and your sleep is longer and deeper After 3 weeks your cravings reduce and your mood improves After 4 weeks your immune system is roaring and your blood plasma levels increase In between 40-80 days oxidative stress begins to reverse and DNA damage is reduced by 66, cell activity is significantly higher and folate levels are through the roof! Hence why the HSE program is 4 months, it s also why we have structured our nutrition plan the way we have. You no longer need to starve your body of it s most needed nutrients.we have the most convenient way to smash your daily intake

  • Rice pudding topped with homemade caramel. You will need:. 1 liter almond milk 250 g Risotto rice or round grain rice 40 g brown sugar A pinch of salt Cinnamon 1 Vanilla bean(or vanilla extract). Add the rice, milk, salt and vanilla bean(scrape out the seeds and put in the whole bean) and let it heat up. Add sugar(i prefer it not as sweet, maybe you would like to take more the 40g if you like it sweeter). It should simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes. Stir in between. If the rice is to hard for any reason, add more milk or if you like, you can even add some cream. Get creative! You can add so many delicious things to this recipe, i took homemade caramel made out of condensed milk(yes, i will do a posting on how to make delicious homemade caramel, stay tuned) blueberries, cinnamon, raisins and mint. ENJOY with your loved ones.

  • This year we had 2 Christmases actually. Good and kind holiday worth 2 celebrations. So on this photo here is a traditional dish on Orthodox Christmas in. It is called and can work both as a side dish and a desert. Cooking takes as little as 15 min: boil water, add tbsp of butter and rice(I took the one for puddings); soak raisins in the water to make them softer; mix raisins and rice and pour honey on top and let it soak; decorate with fruits and berries. Serve cold. Done. Hope you will like it.

He intoduced me to graphic design as soon as I hit highschool. He put me on dope artists like Kehinde Wiley, with our frequent gallery visits. Now I m grateful to return the favor to his students. I gave the seniors some advice on life after graduation, entrepreneurship, and building a brand. The students were taught well already but I m glad I could be an example to them and help them step in the right direction.

Being a Parallel Worlds Being means my base gifts are creating a safe world within each moment, so that limitless possibility can be stepped into, created and available in the 3D and 5D dimensional realms God I just have to pinch myself some days because I truly love my life, my commitment to the soul mission that I chose before I came here and having done the work to honor that. It has been hard work and let me tell you it takes the masculine energy and ALSO the feminine energy together because let s face it, it takes BOTH and I am so grateful that I can walk in both realms with GRACE. This is what heart consciousness and activation looks like, I d love to hear your thoughts from the entrepreneurs who are on here on how the masculine and feminine play into your work and creations. • SPIRIT. The transmission that was being channeled here was to LET GO. Of expectations, to stop blaming others and to step into FULL TRUST of the divine spirit that moves through us ALL. After this channeling of energy and light code activations I literally broke down with tears because there was so much energy being moved through me and it needed to be moved. Music is a major part of my healing practice and medicine. If you feel any messages coming through from this transmission please comment in below, drop an emoji, where you re tuning in from and tag a friend who needs a reminder that we are ALL one. The other message that came through was that spirit moves through us all in different ways and that there is no right or wrong way or better or worse way. Most of my life spirit has been moving through me in the form of channeling, psychic abilities, singing, music and through facilitating healing for others by teaching them how THEY have can tap into their magical ability to heal themselves. It all starts with remembering who we are, what our essence is and surrendering to our higher power. I have decided it s time to start sharing the transmissions that are coming through and that I can t be afraid of being judged but rather, if there is judgment I am happy for it because it means what I am allowing to channel through me is bringing forth awakening and activations that WILL spark discomfort from the illusion that most are lost in. YOU are worthy, you are loved and you are incredibly beautiful INSIDE and OUT and we all need you to shine so that others may remember the way back home, to SELF. Jah With Joshua

  • Classics(3)- Creamy rice. 1.- The dish. Method: 2.- Cook the meat using a deep pot or casserole and then add spices such as black peppercorn, cloves and/or a couple of bay leaves.*Use olive oil mate, there is nothing more spaniard than that.*Fry and stir constantly till the meat turns golden. 3.- Chop some vegetables and do not worry about their size/cut as we will need them to elaborate our chicken stock.*Carrots, onions, leeks and red pepper, for instance.*Again, stir till everything looks slightly cooked. 4.- Add cold water and a pinch of table salt. Then leave it for about hour and a half(low-medium intensity).*Remove any dirtiness on top of the broth using a spoon. Filter the soup and keep the meat/vegetables(once cooked) aside.*Add some saffron to the broth and leave it to infusionate. 5.- In a non-stick saucepan, grate one tomato and then add a pinch of some great pimentón de la Vera, along with the olive oil(yes, a bit more Sir). Stir it and keep an eye on it as pimenton would make the preparation bitter if you burnt the mix. 6.- Gently add the rice. 7.- Stir it all for the first 3 minutes.*Low/medium intensity. 8.- Star pouring your chicken stock and increase the intensity for about 3 minutes more. Add salt if needed.*For creamy rice, you will need to stir the mix until the end, as per the italians with risotto.*In case you prefer it dry(some kind of paella), proportion is 3 glasses of water per glass of rice but it may differ depending on varieties and the water itself. 9.- After 18 minutes, you should try it and check whether the grain is done already. I quite like rice durito but of course it is completely up to you. 10.- Detail of the variety/brand I used for this specific recipe. Arroz de Calasparra. Keep yourself away of basmati and this sort of stuff when approaching your local It is worth it spending a couple more of bucks and do it properly.london
