  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.

  • Slow roasted flat ribs Grassfed, pasteur-raised, organic polish beef that was slathered with sea salt and rested overnight-thats how you make the best of one of the cheapest and underrated cut of beef.   • The other night I made ribs in the oven and totally forgot to post the photo. I ve been having a rib obsession lately. I only just recently started eating them so I m extra obsessed. Dry rub: smoked salt, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder. Bake 2 hours 300 in sealed foil for 2.5 hours. Remove from foil, brush with bbq sauce, and broil for 2 minutes on each side.!

  • First time alert! Made some ribs and they were awesome, fun to make, and fun to eat. Great food for first dates If you can watch someone shred a rib from across the table and want to see that person again-that relationship has got legs* Even though I sing the Chilis jingle regularly,(does everyone still sing it) we went with spare ribs which are cheaper and meatier. My decided process was pretty simple. Smoke em low and slow for a few hours, then wrap them and cook them slow to finish them.* Thanks to and his AMAZING book, along with the esteemed Aaron Franklin s BBQ manifesto, I had the necessary guidance to bang out these smoky, tender ribs. We made Meathead s KC sauce and his meat dust rub which were both top notch, restaurant quality recipes.* Since it was my first time making ribs, I went with the endorsed technique of wrapping, after they ve absorbed enough smoky goodness. With the slow n sear, wrapping them might have been overkill, but still mighty tasty* The only 2 things I would have done differently would be to let the ribs cook unwrapped for an even longer time so that a bit more fat would have rendered, and then letting the ribs exteriors dry off after unwrapping(I was too excited/hungry-excitegry) but other than that the ribs were top notch.* If you live in the burbs like we do, you might have to make your own BBQ if you want the good stuff. For all my backyard pit masters out there, what is the absolute greatest thing you ve cooked low and slow For me it was a beef chuck with a central Texas style rub. Keep on cooking on!
