How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • INCREASE YOUR BENCH PRESS! The one thing I have learned while trying to increase my bench is to do push ups all the time, even on non chest days. I superset 10 push ups with every exercise I do and try to get 100 of them at the gym. Also I realized how much stronger I feel when I do 50 before I go to bed. If you can t do that many or you feel like you need to do more then do what s necessary for you. Other than that try out this technique and let me know how it works for you!.

  • The stretch at the beginning is key before I bench. Loosing up my chest& delts in the range of where the exercise is designed to go helps prevent those tight muscle injuries. The Sling Shot is a simple incredible plus when looking for a stronger bench. This provides a little momentum on the way pass that sticking point when attempting heavier weight. Normally I would go 10-20 pounds over my max when I wear it. Today I stuck with close to my max for reps to get my body use to that weight for an extended period. Prides this on proper technique as well. Keeping you elbows tight& away from swinging out putting tension on the shoulders. If you don t have one and looking to increase your bench this is a great tool! Stay Safe, Stay Positive!

  • Last Saturday around 50 lifters got together at a small venue and put on a display that felt just as good as any show I ve been to. The crowd packed the small space and for nearly 8 hours screamed at us as we gave it our all. The energy in there was overwhelming. As cheesy as it sounds, it was an honor to share the platform and stand shoulder to shoulder with everyone. 10/10 would do it again. This was a pretty good meet.   • Hit 275 on Bench Press this week. It s been a while since I ve trained for strength. My workouts are usually just a ton of volume done as quickly as possible. Lots and lots of reps and sets with little rest in between. My progress became stagnant so I knew I had to change something. So I started lofting much heavier and cutting down on the volume. Needless to say my strength has jump significantly with this adjustment. Especially considering I took nearly a year off from bench pressing due to some muscle symmetry issues. Two months ago I started back up and am pleased with the results and to continue my progress!.

He makes me confident to add this kind of picture. which before nobody never could see. He admire my body. I keep my diet and I lift every week heavier then before. Most of the time I m  in muscle gain pain. And really tired after each gym session. But I love it. And for you it might seems to be boring. We are not going out every weekend. We dont party like most people. We don t need people attention at all. We love our life. We love our long hours at gym on Saturday evening instead of going for clubbing. We love to cooking our diet and healthy meals. We love to taking rest together after exercise. We love to relax in good restaurant on Saturday nigh having a small cheat meal. This is our life.
