Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?

  • Bicep Exercises- Hammer Curls Over Head Cable Curls Preacher Curls Incline Bicep Curls- Your bicep is split into three different muscles(biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis). Different exercises hit different parts of the bicep. Bicep exercises tend to be done wrong. A lot of the times people use their body for momentum instead of really isolating the bicep muscle. Properly isolating the bicep can really be effective at growing the muscle. Try a weight that you can perform for 8-12 reps. It should be difficult and you will most likely need to use a lower weight.   • One of my favorite finishers lately, though I prefer doing it bilaterally. Do you guys know about the advantage of working with cables Constant tension is the main one. When working with free weights, the tension completely goes away at some points during the movement. However when used correctly, cables allow for constant tension, which also allows for constant stimulation of the muscle.   • Following up from yesterday s no pain, no gain post, here s one way to deal with tendonitis. We ve all probably heard of the term eccentric training, and if you re unsure of what it means then simply put, means the lengthening of a muscle(the negative movement of an exercise) and is great at fixing tendonitis. So with tendonitis around your biceps, this is how it would look using the TRX. Instead of doing the standard bicep curl(concentric movement), you d let your biceps stretch under tension and this would help fix the tendon degeneration of the collagen fibres in the end of your muscles/tendons- which is the definition of tendonitis There are other ways of replicating these types of exercises, but be careful not to work concentrically and to focus on the eccentric movements otherwise this can cause more injury to the tendon. Class dismissed.

  • Welcome June Can t belive it s already middle of the. Time is flying. running so fast. As you can see- we are still fine Actually we are really good! Training going perfect(x6 per week x1 rest day). Beasts weights growing up& my muscles slowly slowly showing up. Diet. I m actually surprised of my determination and motivation to this diet.   • My big, exceptionally stupid secret(if I met you after high school, anyway) is that I have, what the kids used to call, poodle hair or mop head, or some blatantly racist things I will not repeat. I was teased for it growing up. Boys saying I should straighten it more because I looked prettier, older, or more mature& girls telling me they didn t blame me for hating it. There were zillions of compliments as well! But I made the mistake of focusing on the negative. That caused a ton of insecurity& shyness in little me& a rather robotic need to never reveal it at college I ve blow-dried my curls straight almost exclusively for 5 years. Only took me 10 min, I was so well practiced. But even that seems like WAYYY too much time wasted from my life& spent on HAIR. I just don t give a damn anymore Heck, I m gradually starting to kinda love it. Since I ve stopped using so much heat on it, it s getting healthier, bouncier, softer. So no, I didn t get a perm. I got asked What is the right weight, so I want to answer this: I often see people in the gym looking at the dumbbells for minutes- It seems like they are studying weights. I see the big question marks and how they ask themselves what is too heavy what is too light But who defines what is right Nobody, but yourself. It is all about your feeling. The feeling you get in your muscle while you are doing reps. When you have a good contraction and hit the muscle you were targeting, everything is fine. So, first of all, learn the right movement and the correct execution of the exercise in order to hit the muscle- and I mean only your trageted muscle. After that, begin to raise up the weights slowly but don t forget. FEELING OVER WEIGHT. We are Bodybuilders, not Strongman.-

The first 6mos-1yr of this journey was the hardest, the pic on the left was way before I considered putting down the flat iron, my hair is full of gel and I thought it was curly When I finally decide to stop using heat, I too dealt with Frizz, stringy areas and straight areas and dryness but I knew I had a goal to reach. For those of you who use a product once or twice and don t get the results you expect then say the product doesn t work. I also assume you re the one looking for abs and a JLo ass after a week at the gym This process takes time, a long time. Your hairs health needs to be restored and that takes a lot of time and good hair care. Just decided to go for a little Easter Sunday cardio session doing a little bag work, good lighting paired with a mini pump can make my bloated physique look decent.   • It s been a while since I used this Instagram and that s mainly because I have nothing interesting to post. So a quick update, I have cutting in for the last 10 weeks and have dropped 30 lbs coming from my bulk. Currently weighing 170ish lbs I m shooting for 162/160 depending on how I look. This photo was taken today with no pump just after a few ab exercises and vacuums and I feel pretty happy with how I look at this weight. Last time I was 168(close to but slightly less than what I am now) and much fatter so progress has been made. Borderline 5 pack right now, it s weird my 5th ab is visible before all 6 This is giving me motivation to get as shredded as I can in the next 6 weeks before beginning my lean bulk. I will do my best to post more often on this Instagram, hopefully once a week so I can show my progress in my cut and lean bulk steadily. This is my passion and I can t wait to step on stage and show the hard work of over 5 years of training.
