Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.

  • Pretty cool variation of machine dips that I tried last night. Face the machine while standing, switch hand placement on the bars so fingers are facing in, elbows flared out slightly. This movement reminds me of a combo of cable press downs/diamond push-ups/close grip bench press. A full extension/squeeze of the triceps while arms are locked out allows for ultimate contraction of the triceps too. If you need to go heavier, have a partner stand behind you and hold your shoulders down.

  • Some days in the gym are great and you hit prs while others are horrendous and weight you can normally rip off the floor won t even budge. Yesterday was one of the latter days.   • The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you! I ve really been practicing self care the last 6 months& WOW what a difference it has made. My body is less stressed out, my mind is in a better headspace& I just feel a whole lot better about life in general as I navigate creating my future!   • Tonight s bicep/tricep workout was short, sweet, and to the point. You can still get an effective workout without spending hours in the gym. I utilize SUPERSETS when I have a busy schedule and I have some where to be and I can t spend a lot of time in the gym. Reducing the rest interval between two exercises allows you to increase the intensity of your workout, increase neuromuscular efficiency and strength endurance. I think of supersets as the best bang for your buck- Today I super setted barbell tricep-press with close grip plate press. I love incorporating compound movements into my supersets. It is challenging and kicks up your workout to the next level and enhances proprioception

  • How many times did you heard this Eating too many eggs is bad for you! Eating eggs every day is bad for your cholesterol! After all this is not necessarily true, let s see why! The total number of eggs you should eat everyday will depend on the amount of protein and fats you should/want to ingest on that particular day. A whole egg contains roughly 6gr of protein and 5gr of fats(remember that this fat is actually good for your health and it s really tasty,at least for me) it also has numerous vitamins and minerals: A,E,D,K, folic acid, B12,B6,B2,B1,iron,phosphorus and zync,BUT IN FACT, all of the eggs vitamins ARE FOUND IN THE YOLK,this leads me to a question i get asked frequently. SHOULD I EAT THE WHOLE EGG OR JUST THE EGG WHITES My answer is always the same,YOU SHOULD EAT IT WHOLE! That s because of what i said above,all of the vitamins are in the yolk! Some people eat 2 per day, others 5, other like myself eat 8! THERE IS NO IDEAL NUMBER OF EGGS you should eat everyday, but there s different contexts and different proteins and fats needs for each individual or athlete! I got asked What is the right weight, so I want to answer this: I often see people in the gym looking at the dumbbells for minutes- It seems like they are studying weights. I see the big question marks and how they ask themselves what is too heavy what is too light But who defines what is right Nobody, but yourself. It is all about your feeling. The feeling you get in your muscle while you are doing reps. When you have a good contraction and hit the muscle you were targeting, everything is fine.   • Heavy Dips with four plates. Used to always do heavy dips as my primary chest movement back in 2016. Got put off by a colleague that injured his shoulder doing this movement. Personally I never experienced any discomfort and I actually feel relatively safe going heavy with the movement. What brought the movement back was my curiosity of how the movement can possibly help expand ones rib cage but from articles I read that opportunity is only open when your under 30 of age because after thirty, your rib cage is no longer malleable.   • Not sure what s more dusty, this mirror or my Instagram, apologies for being away for so long, I plan on posting more on here. Just decided to go for a little Easter Sunday cardio session doing a little bag work, good lighting paired with a mini pump can make my bloated physique look decent. Sitting pretty at 176lbs, strength is going up, planning on hitting 225 bench and a 315 squat by the end of the year. Will keep you posted on here.

  • It s been a while since I used this Instagram and that s mainly because I have nothing interesting to post. So a quick update, I have cutting in for the last 10 weeks and have dropped 30 lbs coming from my bulk. Currently weighing 170ish lbs I m shooting for 162/160 depending on how I look. This photo was taken today with no pump just after a few ab exercises and vacuums and I feel pretty happy with how I look at this weight. Last time I was 168(close to but slightly less than what I am now) and much fatter so progress has been made. Borderline 5 pack right now, it s weird my 5th ab is visible before all 6 This is giving me motivation to get as shredded as I can in the next 6 weeks before beginning my lean bulk. I will do my best to post more often on this Instagram, hopefully once a week so I can show my progress in my cut and lean bulk steadily. This is my passion and I can t wait to step on stage and show the hard work of over 5 years of training.
