Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

As I ve mentioned in previous posts I m down about 12 pounds as of today since December 2017. This photo really doesn t do justice to just how much 12 pounds has improved my. I started at 138.7 which let s just call it 139 to my current 127lbs this morning. On a 5 2 frame getting up to almost 140lbs this year which wasn t all muscle really took a toll on my. I wasn t in the worst shape ever, but I knew I wasn t happy. I knew I could do better for myself. So yesterday I tried on this romper that last summer was so tight on me. I was pleasantly suprised that I was able to slip in& out of it with no problems.More than that tho I really enjoyed walking around in it. I wasn t hindered or scared that that my jiggly thighs or cellulite would show. YES, is a real thing for men/women and I collected some last year with my weight fluctuation. Tho today I don t carry it the way I used too. That makes me a happier Dez.I still have a ways to go as I continue to lean out so more muscle definition shows, but so far so good. I m going to post a mini transformation hopefully later today with a more side by side comparison for y all. Tho I do want to say that I m not a. I m a geniue person who is just trying to lead an active healthy lifestyle everyday and along the way. Taking my body to another level is not for any specific competition, but rather to be happy with who I see in the mirror everyday.   • If you haven t guessed yet, I went vegan! I chose to eat this way for health and ethical reasons. Do I miss eating meat and animal products, yeah I mean I was raised on it for 32.5 years. Credit-.mamas Recipe below 2 cups diced carrots 1 cup diced celery 1/2 yellow onion 1 cup pecans OR walnuts chopped up in food processor/blender I head of fav lettuce(I like romaine) mix ingredients, prepare lettuce boats DRESSING- 3/4 cup smooth Peanut Butter 2 limes juiced 8 oz pitted MOIST medjool dates 1 inch fresh ginger 1 garlic clove 2/3 cup HOT water blend dressing ingredients until smooth you can either drizzle dressing over prepared boats or I like to mix with enough dressing to coat mixture and have left over dressing for later! make sailing noises to your mouth and enjoy!   • HOW TO GET DEEPER SQUATS!. As you probably know, one of the main reason some people can t get lower into their squats is because they don t have enough ankle dorsiflexion!. Here is a foam roller protocol to help loosen up all the muscles surrounding your ankle in order to help you go dipper in squats. Make sure you go slow and roll out for at least 30 sec per segment.   • Since I m currently in off season and trying to fit in so many calories and carbs I wanted to share a few things that I take or use to help me reach my daily calorie intake! A lot of people might think it s hard or impossible to eat a certain amount or be able to have 5-6 meals a day. The secret is, I keep everything SIMPLE! Majority of my foods consist of rice and chicken really along with smoothies for my first and last meal of the day. Using rice for 4 out of my 6 meals allows me to be able to process food faster and keep my metabolism running efficiently. To get my fats in for the day I always use about 2-3 Tbsp of olive oil ontop of my rice. I was having avocado but the oil is so much more faster and even more lighter on my belly Also I use a powdered carb called Vitargo S2. I use it every morning and evening in my smoothies with a whole banana and one scoop is 35g of carbs! Very easy to add into a protein shake. And last but not least are liquid egg whites! Idk how I haven t done this before but recently I ve just been drinking them straight from the carton. And one carton is 50g of protein. That helps me be able to eat an extra cup of rice or any extra carbs I want for that meal, and I don t have to cook!   • Here is a selection of the top sources of natural, non-synthetic folate that all bodies can readily use(as opposed to folic acid which a significant portion of the population can not; see MTHFR mutation). Folate is a water soluble B vitamin which can not be stored in the body, and therefore we must consume it every day for good health!. Folate has a number of cool jobs in the body. It s most famous for preventing certain birth defects when taken during pregnancy, but it also helps to replicate DNA, increase stem cells which can help keep you young, and acts as a methyl donor which helps your genes better respond to your environment(it s a key aspect of epigenetics). When there s enough folate to go around, it also naturally keeps homocysteine levels low which is because having high homocysteine is a great way to increase your risk for cardiovascular disease, brain shrinkage, and Alzheimer s disease. By eating an appropriate amount of folate(currently set at 400 mcg/day), you actually can help lower your homocysteine and make sure you are not under-methylating. Re: supplementation, I m not a fan of supplementing with folate without the full B-complex so if you choose to supplement for whatever reason, just make sure you consider the full B complex.   • Sometimes we can make really simple dietary substitutions that have big impacts on our health. For example: We can substitute egg whites which are basically just protein for whole eggs which help us attain our daily value for choline, vitamin B12, selenium, and contain lutein and zeaxanthin(particularly in pastured eggs), two carotenoids found to help boost brain processing speed by up to 20. Or swapping out roasted nuts, which usually are roasted in unhealthy oils made doubly unhealthy by the roasting process(unless they are specifically labeled dry roasted).   • Some of the most common questions I get involve weight loss! There is so much confusion when it comes to losing weight. But really, if that s your goal, on the surface, the process should be quite simple. Unfortunately today we are saddled with stress, sleep debt, and a food supply that often seems intent on working against us. I made this simple graphic to highlight some of the less obvious ways you may be holding on to extra lbs. Perhaps the most effective way to lose weight is to*not* go on a diet but to shift your lifestyle toward healthier habits. Yes, cutting out starchy carbs and processed foods which drive your hunger is a great primary strategy. But lifestyle also plays a major role in how our hormones regulate our weight. While any calorie deficit will lead to weight loss, lowering carbs keeps your hunger more stable by allowing your blood sugar to stay consistent. And, it allows you to enjoy higher levels of growth hormone which helps to preserve your muscle. Increasing your protein not only indices greater satiety than fat and carbs but it stimulates muscle protein synthesis and also provides a greater thermic effect which causes your metabolism to ramp up(this may provide low carb, higher protein diets with a slight metabolic advantage over lower protein moderate carb diets, but this is controversial). And finally adding healthy fats to your diet is great for satiety and filling out your calories, but the calories in fat can still add up leading to a hypercaloric(more calories than you are burning though) state!

  • PIANO EMERGENCY The conductor of a well known Orchestra called me on Wednesday looking for a grand piano for Thursday. We were able to supply a 7 8 grand piano and get it to Manchester, Vermont with time to spare. He didn t tell us about the 8 stairs or the 4ft stage that the piano needed to be lifted onto, no problem. We could not find the lights, so we navigated the stairs in the dark.
