  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.

  • Ok.so about this time last week, this shot had a snow-covered background. Still cold(30) but hoth-like conditions have subsided for now. Since I had the day off, I took a boot camp class at, which was amazing. I have zero joint pain! I hope they offer 7pm classes soon for those with day jobs and a commute! Anyway, also included my water jug. I finished one already so here s my next 32 oz. I can definitely feel a difference when I don t get enough water. I mean the coffee frenzied days where I drink no water used to seem cool(im so busy! Im a writer!) But i realize now those days I m sluggish, my skin looks dull and dry, and I feel like my stomach is full of lead. So there s a reason fitness pros and health experts tell you to drink water, even if you have to work your way up. I don t find it too plain so I don t need lemons or limes, but I heard adding fresh citrus is beneficial in other ways. So drink up!

  • Day 5 I ve never been big on gyms, but this is what I needed and I m loving this gym. It started when I was in high school, I was underweight and embarrassed to be seen in a gym, so I never went. I didn t do sports in high school, but once I had my girls I started running and eventually started doing little workouts after a run. Lately though, I have become super burnt out on working out at home and was not finding running in this cold motivating at all. I needed to change things up and I m so glad I did. I can t believe how off track I got during the holidays. When my trainer took my measurements this week, I was sure he screwed up and took my measurements myself. Holy shit, I have almost 10 inches I want to lose in my waist Had I known I was that bad, I would have forced myself to workout a little more often and eat a little bit less. I need to not eat when I m full, and not eat just because everyone around me is eating.
