Instagram hashtags for breast, cancer

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Explanations

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

This photo has been brought up in or home many many times and we ve spoke many times about how much we hope that someday we will be able to be old and still this in love. This will framed above our bed from now until forever! Thank you so much for your kindness! It made me cry the happiest of tears.

  • I m rooting for this young woman like I ve never known. She d no doubt appreciate some encouragement from you guys The bond I have with my children is remarkable. From the moment each of them was born I spent hours staring at their little faces and holding their tiny hands. Over time I ve watched those faces change and age and those hands get big enough to hold mine back. I ve been completely honest with them through this journey and let them know about every step. From the moment we found the first lump until the moment the doctor told me I had cancer, they have known it all. They have cried with me when I am weak and smiled with me when I am strong. I couldn t have picked a better set of tiny hands to help me take something that meant so much to me. My daughter held my hand like a warrior while my son shaved part of my head and in that moment I felt peace instead of fear.:.

  • Cancer cells can be destroyed more effectively and selectively with a unique new reusable treatment, activated with a substance found in stinging nettles and ants. Led by Professor Peter J. Sadler from Warwick s Department of Chemistry, researchers have developed a new line of attack against cancer: an organic-osmium compound, which is triggered using a non-toxic dose of sodium formate, a natural product found in many organisms. Named JPC11, it targets a metabolic process which cancer cells rely on to survive and multiply. It does this by converting a key substance used by cancer cells to provide the energy they need for rapid division(pyruvate) into an unnatural lactate leading to the cells destruction. Uniquely, this chemo-catalyst treatment can be recycled and reused within a cancer cell to attack it repeatedly. This unprecedented functional ability to recycle and reuse the compound within cancer cells could lead to future anticancer drugs being administered in smaller, more effective doses. The treatment could lessen side-effects of chemotherapy and overcome increasing resistance of cancer cells to existing drugs. Per year over 3.000 die because of it. Thats 9 a day! My story is that i didn t had any lumps at all! I had calcifications filled with cancer. I found out by luck that i had cancer. I went for my left boob, which turned out to be a cyste(which i already knew), but my right boob, which felt normal, no lumps, symptoms or anything was filled with cancer. ☆I am still very gratefull for that person who kept nagging me to go see a doctor. • You hold your breathe subconsciously but what about consciously- has the world record for the longest breath hold of 17 minutes.- I learned how to purge.- Purging is basically hyperventilating.- You are riding your body of CO2 so that when you hold your breathe it is infinitely easier.- This is very much related to the method.- Both of them have talks about this.

  • As far back as I can remember, I was heavy, made poor nutrition choices and had a talent for cheating myself into believing this was not the case and that I was, in fact, healthy. My deception of being a healthy individual came to a head almost exactly 7 years ago when I was diagnosed with a rare form of T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma that required intensive chemotherapy and radiation treatment. After several weeks of intense treatment, my body broke down and I suffered life-threatening reactions to the treatment, which required me to be hospitalized in the ICU for several months. During these months, I was clinically deceased on two separate occasions and needed to be resuscitated. I had to dig deep to find motivation to fight through this dire time. In those dark and lonely moments, I told myself that WHEN I made it through this ordeal, I would be a better version of myself, in as many aspects as I could. My time in the ICU/hospital caused me to develop critical illness neuropathy. In fact, I was told that I would no longer be able to walk on my own and that I would require a wheel chair to be mobile. I disagreed!. I progressed from a wheelchair to a walker, then to a walking cane and then to an ankle brace. My doctors told me that I should be happy to be alive and that being able to walk should be considered a cherry on top. That being said, I was not satisfied nor could I be satisfied as I was still not the best version of myself. During Christmas of 2016, I weighed 310 pounds and I began to feel my body breaking down. I decided a transformation must happen and so my journey began. 8 months later, I have lost 130 pounds through diet, exercise and inspired determination!. My page is about my journey and how the positive habits and inspiration I have picked up and absorbed are now a way of life for me!.

  • Cancer One Book The fact is, if you follow- The Enzyme Factor Diet and Lifestyle,- your stomach and intestinal characteristics will improve in about six months, and some of the unpleasant odor of gas and stool will be alleviated. Dr. Hiromi Shinya- Page 7 and- Dr. Hiromi Shinya s 7 Golden Keys for Good Health.- 1- A Good Diet.- 90 Plant-based foods because of enzymes from raw vegan food.- An enzyme is a generic term for a protein catalyst that is made within the cells of living things. Wherever there is life, whether in plants or animals, enzymes always exist. Enzymes take part in all actions necessary to maintain life, such as synthesis and decomposition, transportation, excretion, detoxification and supply of energy. Living things would not be able to sustain life without enzymes.- 2- Good Water.- Drink water with strong reduction power that has not been polluted with chemical substances. Drinking good water such as(bioavailable) mineral water, which has much calcium and magnesium, keeps your body at an optimal alkaline pH.- 3- Regular Elimination.- Do not take laxatives. A coffee enema is better for colon detox and for full body detox because it does not release free radicals into the blood stream, as do some dietary detox methods.- 4- Moderate Exercise.- Exercise appropriate for your age and physical condition is necessary for good health but excessive exercise can release free radicals and harm your body.- 5- Adequate Rest.- Get 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. If you are hungry or thirsty a small piece of fruit may be eaten one hour before retiring as it will digest quickly.- 6- Breathing and Meditation.- Practice meditation. Practice positive thinking. The exhale should be twice as long as the inhale. Deep breaths help to rid the body of toxins and free radicals. Wear loose clothing that does not restrict your breath.- 7- Joy and Love.- Joy and love will boost your body s enzyme factor sometimes in miraculous ways. Take time every day for an attitude of appreciation. Laugh. Sing. Dance. Live passionately and engage your life, your work, and the ones you love with your full heart.

  • I really debated on if I should share this. But there s a saying in the BC community. And it s that someone else s SCARS are someone else s HOPE. I went in for my lat flap surgery Dec 26. I was met with my team of surgeons and assured that the lat flap procedure was routine and simple. They would make an incision in my back and slide the back muscle into my right breast sewing it into place. Im somewhat healthy and would recover well because of my age and size. Coming out of surgery I knew something wasn t right, I was crying in pain and spent far longer in recovery before making it to my room. I spent most the day out of it until night when I started feeling faint. My husband called for help and they administered oxygen and fluids. That s when they realized my drains were filling with blood faster than normal. My surgeon was called immediately and I was sent back in for emergency surgery the next morning. Luckily, my surgeon found the source of the bleeding. But that meant I still had to be monitored and given 2 pints of blood. I went home dec 29. At home, the recovery has been hard. Imagine trying to sleep with tubes sticking out of your back. Or not being able to lift your arm over your head to do the simplest things. Or not being to shower and to depend on someone else doing it for you. Luckily, I have amazing support. Today my last drain came out! And I m slowly feeling like myself again. The pain is still there. The range of motion is limited. But I got through it. And to be quite honest my scars are kinda BADASS. All praise and thanks to GOD for showering me with MERCY and for getting me through this time. But can we just appreciate the human body and its ability to heal! I m only 10 days post op and my skin is looking great. The swelling is going down and the bruising is subsiding. I still have another surgery in the spring but in the meantime, I plan to HEAL, RECOVER, and LOVE myself.

Today I got to cross off a life long dream(and a post cancer priority) of just literally hanging out with them. The first sloth had to use the bathroom, and you know they have to come down for that. We got to experience the whole thing, a pee in the water, and it remains the best moment of my life. It was also cool to just experience them in their natural habitat. No feeding, coaxing, touching. Just watching the universe be awesome. And ugly crying the whole time( I get it). Shoutout to my friends for being happier for me than anything else. For taking pictures as I fan girled hard for Pepe the sloth(as per our guide) and for the Panamanian people who took my obsession literally. And promising me a 150 chance of seeing. No matter how silly it is, go smile until your face hurts.

  • HAIR WHAT- Last Tuesday my oncologist was pretty impressed with my hair growth through treatment, but he told me it would more than likely come out again. I was like hey don t steal my thunder MR BUT the guy knows what he s talking about which is a bloomin good thing- Anywho.he was right 2 days later there s short black hairs appearing all over the house, I once again am shedding. I must admit a little part got excited when I seen it growing back quick. I had a little moment to once again adjust, it s not the hair loss it s the thought oh yea I m still having this chemo- Not sure if anyone feels the same with hair loss For me it s a reminder of what my body is fighting and the extreme side effects from it all. That sometimes leaves me holding my breath for a couple seconds whilst I think to myself WTF.- On the other side the treatment is doing its job I can feel my lump shrinking that keeps this smile on my face!- This Thursday will be round 9 only 7 remain. The chemo finish line is in sight. Take some more hair I don t care.be kind to my tiredness and let s get to the finish line with a smile. Biggest fight and winning.-

  • HOORAY for small victories!. 1. I showered for the first time in 11 days.(I ve had a few baths but those don t count) 2. I put this sweater on. over my head. by myself.(Those who have had these surgeries know how difficult raising your arm above your head is. I ve literally been living in button ups and zip ups.) 3. I m wearing makeup!. For those of you that are new to following me, I feel like I ve never really shared my story. So here s a quick introduction! Sheliza is my middle name because I actually prefer it over my first name! I was diagnosed with IDC stage 2 a couple weeks before my 29th birthday in 2016. It was through a self exam in the shower. That was followed by a ultrasound, mammogram, and biopsy. I started chemo less than a month later from DX. 4 rounds AC, 12 taxol. Then I healed for a month and had my bilateral mastectomy with full lymph-node removal.(23 removed, 4 positive). After healing from that I started radiation. 25 treatments, 5 boosters. I blistered and fried from that. My skin really took a beating. I m currently on tamoxifen for the next 10 years because my cancer was hormone positive. I m still in the reconstruction stages with my expanders. I ve been a sahm for almost 5 years. And I LOVE it. Being a mom is hard. Being a mom with cancer. HARD AF. But, moms are resilient. I struggle, daily, and I know it s normal. I allow myself a few minutes each day to have my moment. Then, I put my mom panties on and do what I got to do. Because the world doesn t stop for me. Keep fighting, keep PRAYING, and keep LOVING.

  • I can t. I can t truly describe just how wonderful today was for me. I ve joined this amazing group of women to celebrate the warriors that are still fighting, the Previvors who are saying hell no, and survivors who are saying hear us roar! Today I got to meet some of these women that I ve been connecting with on here face to face. I was able to thank the many women who have given me hope, power, and helped heal me throughout this journey! This community has transformed me as a human being. It has changed the way I now think and speak about cancer. I ve found my voice, my power, my passion, and my people. I m proud to be a! I m proud to be a Previvor! I m proud to be a warrior! I m proud of every single woman I came in contact with tonight!()().

Since my post last week I just wanted to let you know that I have read each and every single one of your comments. I was so very touched by the amount of love I have received and the support! I am feeling so good and much more energy. Even though we are moving I am trying to take it easy on my body and listening to it when it needs to rest. Through the changes I ve been making I have already noticed pain and inflammation leave my body! I had pain that ran for my elbow down to my armpit( probably swollen lymph) that has already disappeared completely! I have my doctors appointment with my Natropathic Doctor on the 25th and look forward to getting more guidance and direction in this journey. If you would like to know more about what I m going through and my plans to heal my body naturally I will post a link in my bio. After being stuck inside my apartment for a few months due to the complications from my DIEP Flap it s feeling pretty fantastic to be out and about. My first trip is exciting for so many reasons. But I m not going to lie the anxiety that came with the idea of traveling by myself was intense. The fears of getting jostled on the plane, getting to and from with my luggage, and just being able to hang while walking the streets of NYC were real. BUT, I m so glad I m here in the city. • Slow down. These two little words have caused angst in my life since October. It s not easy or in my personality to slow down. It s even harder when I m somewhere as exciting as NYC. But, tonight I chose to stay in. Rest my aching body. Give it a bit of time to repair the exhaustion from the last few days. This surgery has slowed me down. It has taken a toll. The fact that I even made it to NYC and have done nothing but been on my feet since Wednesday is amazing. Tonight though, I m fighting the fomo and relaxing. I m not sure you understand how hard that is when I don t get to be in a city very often. I feel at peace and like the best version of myself while walking through the skyscrapers. I miss Philly constantly and every day as we wait for our next billet location I cross my fingers for a city. But, I came for the runway show and tomorrow is the big day. So tonight I prop my feet up, ordered a taste of the city, and I m letting my body rest. It needs it to keep going. Be kind to yourself throughout this process. Take a moment to feel what your body is telling you.()().

  • Nov 1, 2016. My first selfie. Clearly, I was new to the selfie game and hadn t learned the art of not chopping off half your face. My intro to selfies started the day I received the mother of all shitty phone calls. A year prior(38) I felt like crap and didn t know why. On 11/1/2016 at 11:30am I got my answer. The nurse told me not only did I definitely have breast cancer, but there are different types and she would give me a summary of mine. I had no idea what language she was speaking: Er/Pr/Her 2status, grading of 3-3-3, Ki 67 rate of 40 and I m sure there was more, but I stopped writing my notes and just started crying out of the sheer horror for the rest of the phone call. In addition to this, I also was faced with the harsh reality that I was misdiagnosed for almost a full year by a trusted Dr. Trauma came in the form of a 2-pack that day. It wasn t until I was in the bathroom that night that I began to feel my first sense of loss. I took that solemn selfie not really knowing what I was trying to capture. My hair maybe But it wasn t really as much about the hair as it was the potential loss of my identity as I had known it thus far. This past year I was fighting not so I wouldn t lose my hair or even my breasts. It was so I wouldn t lose my life. I am generally a positive person on more days than not, but today I am mourning my old self before that phone call. I will learn to pick up the pieces and find a new normal. I have faith this will happen. But for now, I m going to mark the end of this diagnosis anniversary by going to bed and watching some Outlander. Those Scottish highlands have a way of taking your mind off other worries:).

Zero eyelashes or eyebrows(drawn on) and tiny bit of peach fuzz that the saved(got it at 3rd chemo),& 10lb underweight. Here I m practicing holding my breath that machine holds and stops you from breathing so you can expand your chest and therefore move your away from the waves. For a person w a slight it took awhile and quite a few practices before I was ok w it. That day I opted out of the radiation tattoos, instead I had them place stickers. I ll never forget that moment. She had the tatgun ready and I had a and was saying I m already enough I don t want more marks to remind myself of this shit! Boy am I ever glad I don t have those to look at! but it changed my for the better in a lot of ways. I couldn t give two flying fucks of what anyone thinks of me now. It s very!

  • When everything feels like an uphill struggle just think of the view from the top.- Anonymous Just keep going. It s not an easy path being a Previvor. It s hard to explain to someone that you chose to remove your breasts, amputate. quite literally. The reactions you get when you tell people can vary greatly. But it s your battle. It s your struggle. It s your choice and your healthcare decision. An 87 chance of cancer. Cancer is an even bigger hill, a mountain. Those thriving and surviving are inspirations to me. I m lucky to be able to take this into my own hands. To say NO before having to face that mountain. Everyone has their own hills and struggles. Take the time to recognize those struggles, some that you may never be able to understand. Then get going. Get up that hill. Push yourself. And ultimately be KIND.()().

  • FRESH TAMARIND TEA! IRON SUPERFOOD RECIPE BELOW!. Those of us who battle due to or gut-related issues, suffer more in the cold-weather because the drop in temperatures slows down our circulation causing us to experience more symptoms associated with a low blood-count(which include fatigue, shortness of breath, tightness of chest and more). • . BLACK TURTLE BEAN& PURPLE SWEET POTATO STEW with DANDELION OVER RED QUINOA!. STEP 1: Soak 1 to 2 cups of Black Turtle Beans in spring water for 48 hours. STEP 2: Drain& rinse them in spring water and pour into a large pot with 1/2 gallon of water. STEP 3: Season your water to taste. I used FRESH Rosemary, Thyme(I used plenty of it because it helps boost my Iron), Black Lava Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Onion Powder(you can also used diced fresh red onions). STEP 4: Stir and boil on medium fire for about 30 minutes and then let simmer on lowest setting for another hour or hour and a half until the beans are soft to mash. STEP 5: At the same time, rinse and scrub one large Organic Purple Sweet Potato in a large bowl with Spring water and natural Baking Soda and a veggie brush. STEP 6: Place the potato on a baking sheet and bake it at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until you can easily stick a fork through it with no residue. STEP 7: Peel the potato and cut it up into 1/8 cylinder slices. STEP 8: Pour 3/4 of the Black Turtle Beans with the liquid into the blender and add half of the Purple Sweet Potato. Blend all contents. STEP 9: Pour ALL contents back into the large pot, stir. STEP 10: Cut up 6 to 8 leaves of Organic Fresh Dandelion and mix it into the pot. STEP 11: Let summer and add additional seasoning to taste. STEP 12: Enjoy over Red/Black Quinoa or Wild Rice!. UNLEASH OUR POWER TO HEAL! • Whatever your age, size or shape, it s important to be breast aware and check your breasts regularly. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in America, so it s important to look after your breasts by checking them regularly. Getting to know how your breasts look and feel will help you know what is normal for you. You will then be more confident about noticing any unusual changes that might be a symptom of breast cancer and reporting them to your doctor.

You ll wonder what the future holds for your kids and family. But you won t question HIM. You ll have bad days and good days. When it s all over, you ll be filled with gratitude for what he s put you through. Don t fall back into your old ways. You are stronger than that. Open your heart to HIM. Pain will be your biggest ally in search for love and wisdom. The wound is the place where the LIGHT enters you.-Rumi

  • PHENOMENAL day connecting in-person with one of our HBFE PLATINUM Hope Sisters today from the Elimination Program!. I m so encouraged by the progress she s made on her journey of healing from the inside out!. A HUGE part of eliminating Fibroids and healing our bodies of inflammatory diseases is eliminating stress and healing from the emotional and mental traumas we have suffered that help drive our health issues. Converting to an Plant-based Diet, while continuing to allow STRESS to ravage our lives is like pouring medicine into bottomless cup useless. This is because the stress pumps our bodies with Cortisol that upregulates, exponentially multiplies, the effects of the inflammation driving toxins in our bodies. This is why a CRITICAL part of our program is helping you ELIMINATE the stressors you can and better process the ones you can t. I m so proud of the Hope Sister I met with today. She is establishing healthy boundaries in prioritizing herself(including her health), retiring the cape of trying to be a superhero to everyone in her life and embracing the limits of her reality so that she can stand and live from the authentic power of RESTING in and TRUSTING in GOD!. This is how we have worked to eliminate and rewire the way she processed the stress that has been driving the exponential growth of her& other health issues. And, now we can focus on healing her body!. I am SO proud of her and blessed and honored to be her&.amsu and I are here for you too!. Start your journey of healing today by downloading& listening to our free teleseminar MP3 at www.thedetoxnow.com/gift!. Also, blessed to receive these beautiful earrings from today! After a while, I picked-up cues and patterns that my body was telling me and adapted accordingly. The human body is genius!.

In April 2017, she was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome(MDS), a type of bone marrow. After chemotherapy, a failed bone marrow transplant, damage to her liver from chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant, she now shows no signs of the cancer in her body. Eakins depicted Dr. David Hayes Agnew lecturing during an operation before an audience of medical students, along with his assistants, including nurse Mary Clymer(who was an 1889 graduate of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania). • Along this transformation journey, I have had help and inspiration in many forms. I would like to send a special shout out to Felipe. The single most important contribution that my trainer, Felipe, had on my transformation was holding me accountable to the aspects of my personal fitness that I can control. This specifically included the commitment that I can make to CHOOSE to visit the gym, the commitment I can make to CHOOSE to be present during our personal training sessions and the commitment I can make to CHOOSE to make healthier nutrition decisions. It is too common and easy to attribute an unhealthy lifestyle to genetics or the abundance of poor-nutrition alternatives that do not promote a healthy lifestyle. It is much more uncommon and difficult to recognize that if you commit first and foremost to yourself, anything is possible. Felipe supported me in instilling this level of accountability and commitment, which has been paramount to my transformation.

  • If you haven t read Joseph Campbell, you are missing out on some spiritual depth. Hitting bottom is where real growth begins and where the eyes are opened to the magic. It is the place where you decide whether you give into the challenge and let it end you or you fight to change and become something even grander than what you thought you were. There is nothing like a cancer diagnosis to knock you to the dark bottom. I know because I climbed back out. Link in bio.

I had 4 rounds of the Red Devil chemo over an 11 month period. Any bit of hair growth between treatments would disappear. I was so worried my hair would not grow back& in fact it grew slowly and was ultra thin and wispy until I started using the system.

  • Can you imagine being that patient who is perfectly fine but the doctor still shove his hard cold hand inside your private part and impregnate you with a strange semen, resultant ejaculation of another sexual exploit And then after 9 months, he prescribe oxytocin( the love hormone) to his lactating patient so her milk production would be more, primarily beneficial to the doctor s client in sucking more of the white discharge out of his patient. Veterinary medicine is a boon and a curse too. Artificial insemination is not a veterinary procedure but a rape, from the doctors to his silenced patients. If a vet can look into a cow s eyes with a true doctor nature, artificial insemination would be considered a major crime just like an organ trafficking or a prenatal sex discernment in India. Please be the doctor, your patient thinks you are. Sometimes un-following the syllabus of a twisted ethically corrupted institution can make you a better healer in lives. We are the younger generation of hopes and bravery, to the billions of vulnerable beings who are victims of our passiveness. For the love of mother and child, please say no to cows milk and liberate the unimaginable sufferings caused to the dairy cows and their calves because you choose to not mind your daily cuppa. Dairy cows end up in beef and leather, incase if you are vegeterian. SILENCE IS FORM OF ACCEPTANCE. COWS MILK IS BABY CALF GROWTH FOOD.

As little as 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon daily can have positive effects on blood sugar, digestion, immunity and more. Stronger doses can have an even higher positive impact on you health including: improving heart disease risk, and cutting your risk of diabetes, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Studies have shown that cinnamons powerful anti-fungal properties may be effective in stopping or cutting Candida overgrowth in the digestive tract.

Can you imagine how much that would add up to for 2 people to drink on a monthly basis How about a family of four A Kangen water device is a much greener and more economical choice. Kangen water is superior to Voss water in that it is restructured into alkaline, anti-oxidant, super hydrating water.(Voss water is an oxidant, having a positive electrical charge.) You can make three different pH levels of Kangen water for drinking and cooking at the touch of a button! In addition, you also can make three other waters for skin care, non-toxic disinfecting and non-toxic cleaning, including removing pesticides from your fruits and vegetables!
