Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.

Why.- It was so cold, we could not sleep and had to put the dogs in our sleeping bags to prevent them from freezing. Besides the cold, wet clothes and headwinds were demotivating.   • Fixed Crit Training. Tonight was the first of three Fixed Crit Training Sessions organised by at Lee Valley Velopark. The turnout was good with men and women riders practicing their crit-lean and cornering skills and finishing with a one on one sprint. Dopamine is also important for movement control and targeted thinking and acting. And this comes in handy during your work-out. Have you finally found the right music, your headphones or your ears are so bad that you can not fully enjoy them. Or what about them shifting their time during sports or even falling off your head. You should not want to! The sporty headphones from ensure that you always listen to your favorite music in the best quality. The headphones do not shift and sit comfortably on your head.   • *Ain t Nothing Gonna Stop Me* 20 miles, 2000 feet of elevation, Rain, Hail and Wind. And I m still smiling! I accidentally deleted the run from my Garmin watch,(for those of you who can t relate that s like deleting a paper you worked really hard on it and the file is gone). But the good news is that thankfully this doesn t mean the work is gone. And it s a good reminder for me that it s not always about the accomplishments we can show to the world, but it s more about what we re doing to change ourselves! The progress and changes we make are just for us. And it doesn t matter if we get kudos or not, likes or loves. At the end of the day it s between you and no one else! I was feeling super unmotivated and lazy tonight and after cleaning up vomit, a carton of spilled milk and several dirty diapers I just wanted to lay on the couch with my feet up. Heute gab es 8x 1000m in 3:40/km(400m 4:30-5:00/km zur Erholung) bei 29 C. Ich mag die warmen Temperaturen lieber als die Kälte. Auch wenn es bei 18 Grad sicherlich einfacher ist, Bestzeiten zu erreichen. Sonntag ist dann endlich Saisonstart in Vierlanden!.

  • Last night s track run was harrrrddd! After a fast run the night before, and strength training in the morning, my quads and hamstrings were really feeling it, with every step. I also joined a group for the first time and we did longer intervals, which made it even more challenging. But as I was feeling the pain and that slow burn in my legs, I reminded myself that this is what we re here for. To push, change and grow. In all areas. We can only expand and become our best self through this pain.   • 10K EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS!- Day 10.  I m done.bye! Hahah but really.this was intense!. Today I gave it all and squeezed out a third best time! With today s 10K I run a total of 105 km in 10 days! I probably gonna feel that in the next couple of days! Maybe I m gonna do some biceps/chest tomorrow.not sure. But I don t gonna run for two days. And pick up my good old schedule on tuesday!  Although my legs were tired and getting heaver by the day, the last couple days weren t the most tough ones. Probably because I was finally used to run every day 10K and knowing it s just a couple more days always gives you a extra boost! I expected that the first and last couple days were going to be my best runs and the middle ones the hardest. In a way that was the case, but also not. My best day and second best time on the 10K ever was the 6th day so that was unexpected! I think how good I slept and how many hours, and if I had to work or not had also a big impact on my runs. Sometimes even more than al the runs I did in the days before. Although it was hard on some days and it fucks up your schedule I really enjoyed it. I though it was going to be a bit harder so the next time I probably gonna do every day 12K but not anytime soon!

  • Oh yeah. what a weekend with the Triathlon squad in Belgium. We joined the triathlon with four relays and two single starters. even though i did not feel 100 well on sunday, i improved my old PB by 4mins which is now 1:44:41 for the. Training pays off I really went to the Limit and pushed myself as hard as possible. But i think my family had even a bigger impact on my performance. with the kids supported on the most difficult climb of the track and this helped me to achieve this awesome time.   • RACE REPORT CHICAGO ROCK N ROLL HALF MARATHON Together with more than 8900 other runners I made it to the starting line in the early morning. Simultaneously with the gun the rain began pouring down on us, which made the roads slippery and all the potholes invisible. Plus, keep in mind that Chicago is called the Windy City. Despite the weather there were plenty of bands, DJs, dancer, and party people along the course and made this run an unforgettable one. Being my longest run since my injury, and not knowing what to expect, I was quite happy to finish in 1:22:10. That was enough for place 7 in my age group and place 35 overall. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain and my conference attendance I couldn t enjoy the post-race party including a live band. I can totally recommend this race. Perfectly organized, great people and a lot of give-aways.

  • 10K EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS!- Day 4. Today was a good day! Clear blue sky but it was cold asf! It was that kind of run that everyting went my way! Just seconds after I crossed the bridge it went up, and seconds after the railway crossing it went down for 2 trains. Had a nice backwind on my second half. Expected to run a steady but slow pace but had really good legs today. That s why I did a longer endsprint than expected so ended up running 11k today!

Today was a sort of easy day, besides that it was yet again cold asf!  I did a slow but steady pace because I wanted to save up for tomorrow, the last day of my 10k10days challenge! Tomorrow I gonna give it al! And even if I wanted to run a higher pace it would not be that much higher. Since day 7 my legs are getting heavier by every km I run.   • 10K EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS!- Day 7. A decent late night run! I don t run that often in the night but it s nice for a chance. I still prefer a run in the morning/afternoon. It s pretty quiet at night and way less traffic, wich is nice. Although it was a bit boring because I did a couple of laps in my neighbourhood. My normal 10K route isn t a save option at night.   • 10K EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS!- Day 2. Had a flying start! Thought I was going to be way faster than yesterday, especially with those heavy winds yesterday. But in the end I was 2 sec/km slower. Had a bit more luck with the weather today.just a bit. No heavy winds or rain.for the most of the run that is. The last 3KM it came pouring down so that was refreshing.   • More in www.run40s.com Most of the runners start as distance runners as they probably want to get in shape, to lose some kilos or to refresh their minds. So it is very normal that most of the runners buy their first shoe from well-known brands(depending on geographies) considering mainly price(opportunistic), cushioning capabilities and style. And depending on runner target(age, income etc.) they will focus more on style or price. With this in mind, most of the distance runners they will tend to buy 50-120 EUR pairs, some with excellent style, but in my opinion heavy and not flexible enough shoes(I am a time runner) from different brands. As they grow up as runners they start to discover new brands and models and adapt their needs( feet, surface, weight, km p week etc.) This is accelerating with a well shaped word of mouth community and digital channels with plenty of information. As runners become more pro some start to consider new ways of running and go for zero drop and minimalist or maximalist running. Those runners end up in my opinion transforming into experience runners and look for new challenges e.g triatlon, ultra etc
