Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Since I was a child I always wanted to learn to play the piano. I also wanted to take dance lessons, learn gymnastics, and play sports in school, but unfortunately none of that happened. I was raised to focus on academics first and foremost! The only sports or activities my parents encouraged was to play outside. So in my 30s I learned gymnastics from my 13 year old, I m learning how to dance from my 10 year old and now in my 40 s I ve learned to play the piano from my 16 year old and YouTube and you can too!   • 1000 Rep Challenge! My friend(aka- energizer bunny) challenged me to this workout and I m starting to think she is a trained asassin and her mission is to kill me.well I survived, but my arms are officially dead! They are currently shaking as I try to type this and it was a few hours ago that I completed it. So.definitely modify it whatever ways you need too! Mix it around and break it up! Go for time so you can improve on it later! My time was 48:18 and I started by doing the 25 reps of each for 3 rounds and then I had to break it down even more for the last 25 of everything and did a round of 15 reps and then 10. The easiest way would definitely be 10 rounds of 10 reps.*I will post this on my You Tube channel(Fitness Underground) as well so you can watch it easier! 100 burpees 100 rows(inverted on equizer or bent over with dbs) 100 dips(on bars or bench) 100 bicep curls(I only used 10 lbs and 8 lbs after a few rounds and those were killing me because of the rows!) 100 jacks 100 hip thrusts 100 frog pumps 100 squats 100 walking lunges 100 V ups or modification.   • Bodyweight Blast! This one is a little bit more advanced of a Bodyweight Workout so modify if needed and I don t recommend the shrimp to pistol squat if you have bad knees! That one took some major focus! It is a good one for mobility and strength! This was more of a mess around workout but ended up exhausting me so give some or all of these moves a try!*3-5 rounds: 10x crow to dolphin plyo combo 5 each leg- shrimp to pistol squat 5x- 5 plank jacks to 5 push up hold jacks( you can modify by doing in forearm plank instead of push up) 10x each side-forward and back skipping lunges.   • Table and Chair Workout! No fancy equipment needed! This was a full body workout but definitely had an emphasis on the booty and hamstrings! If you give this a try then make sure your table is nice and sturdy!   • Cardio Crush! I m visiting family so it will be mostly Bodyweight workouts for the next week! I really need to work on my cardio anyway so it works out perfect. The first move is from and it was so much fun, you guys need to try it! My niece did a modified version by walking up and down from forearm to hands instead of doing the plyo from forearms to push up. This was a quick and intense workout at around 15-20 Min so you can increase the rounds to add time!*3 rounds for time: 10x stop drop and roll push up 10x lateral donkey kick to forward and back lunge push off 10x 3 scissor toe taps and 3 v position bicycle toe taps 10x but kick jumps to burpee with knee tuck jump ins.   • Torches! This is a great mobility exercise to prep our wrists for hand balancing, climbing, jiu jitsu, and life in general. We use our hands so much in day to day life, so it s important that they are resilient. If this is new to you, do yourself a favour and start from your knees. Exercise is all about dosage. Too little and you won t get the right stimulus, too much and you can injure yourself. Start from your knees until you become familiar and confidant with the movement. Add this to your warmup and you will level up your armour in no time:D

  • Train your ankles and all of your wildest dreams will come true- Abraham Lincoln I m pretty sure it was Abe that said that. Today we build our armour. Stop and think how many activities rely on having strong, mobile, and resilient feet and ankles. Jiu jitsu, rock climbing, kickboxing, sprinting and weightlifting to just name a few. It makes sense then that we strengthen our feet/ankles to prepare for the physical demands of these sports. How to get started: 1. Rock up onto your tippy toes( All of them), hold for a second or two, and then rock back to heels,holding again. 2. Shift your weight to the outside edge of your feet, and then onto the inside edge. Briefly pause and hold in each position. 3. From here the possibilities are endless. You can do circles, walk around on the edges of your feet, squat from the different foot positions. Play and explore. 4. These can be done anywhere. Waiting in line at the grocery store, sitting at your desk, washing the dishes. You don t need a designated time, you just need to do it.

  • The best kind of gains are when you get double for the price of one. Enter the Cossack squat. Not only will this movement increase lower body mobility, but it s also a nice progression for pistol squats 1. Heel Down- when shifting your weight side to side, keep your heel down. By doing this, you will level up on ankle/calf flexibility, which is hugely important in. 2. Toes up= Hamstrings- Pointing the toes up on the straight leg will hit the hamstrings. This will carry over into gains. 3. Toes down= adductors- this places the emphasis on the inside of your leg and has nice carry over to the 4. Stay low- when transitioning side to side, try to keeps the hips low. This will keep the muscles under tension, and the more tension= more gains. If you like mobility and strength, the Cossack squat is your friend. Plus you look like a badass ninja when doing it.

  • Australian Pull-ups(back rows): A perfect exercise in helping you strengthen your pull-up game! This is a workout/training method that I learned from(one of my favorite training sites, check him out on YouTube). I used this workout as a burn out in my 100 rep pull-up workout the other day and never posted but my good friend.fitness is about to start her pull-up journey and I felt this could help aid her in her journey! Hopefully others will find this as effective as I have. 1. Start with a bar waist high. 2. Stay straight from your heals to your shoulders and pull up to your chest. Stay tight. 3. Adjust the angle of your body until you are able to pull up from the bottom. 4. Work on all 3 grips. Wide grip, shoulder width and closed grip. These different grips will target and strengthen different muscles in the back. 5. Pulling is a technique and when you learn that you can do more reps which in turn makes you stronger. 6. Try one rep at each grip until you can add more reps. No rest between reps. Give this a try and be sure to check out the master of

  • Hey there So I felt really good today during my workout and had every intention of videoing more than just two clips, but honestly got too shy after this to do it! I tried to have perfect form during my first set of pull-ups but at rep 5.I hit my chin and it totally got me rattled! I wanted to do more and be like but not there yet!   • Simple Calisthenics Workout 20 Minute AMRAP: 5 Banded Pull Ups(each arm) 30 second One Leg Wall Squats(each leg) 5 Plank Walkouts The Banded Pull Ups are great for building strength in the isolated arm. These are great for progressing towards the one handed pull up. If you don t have a resistance band, use a towel for a similar effect. When doing the One Leg Wall Squats, keep your foot firmly planted on the ground, the supporting leg at a 90 angle, the straight leg as straight and horizontal as possible, and your shoulders pressed back into the wall. For the Walkout Planks, keep your core tight and in a hollow body position. Start from the push up position and walk your hands out gradually until as extended as possible.
