  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.

  • The main cause of ACL injury in a player is the dynamic clearance of the knee(see photo on the right). Dynamic valgus can have different causes, an unsteady ankle, deep dysfunctional hip musculature, wrong foot support, shoulder problem, pelvic floor dysfunction and core etc etc. When training a player it is essential to identify instabilities in dynamics and not to work on a dysfunctional load. A wrong movement made several times(with dysfunctional load) leads to the injury. So, before training strength in a football player, evaluate its functionality that comes first. Strength training does not only mean lifting weights but also having excellent neurodynamic control. Il valgismo dinamico può avere diverse cause, caviglia poco mobile, muscolatura profonda dell anca disfunzionale, appoggio del piede sbagliato, problema alla spalla, disfunzione al pavimento pelvico e al core etc etc. Quando alleniamo un calciatore è indispensabile individuare le instabilità in dinamica e non lavorare su un carico disfunzionale. Un movimento errato fatto più volte(con carico disfunzionale) porta all infortunio. Quindi, prima di allenare la forza in un calciatore, valutate la sua funzionalità che viene prima di tutto. Allenare la forza non vuol dire solo alzare pesi ma anche avere un ottimo controllo neurodinamico.

  • Doing drills for the drills. Legs were in good shape then, both athletically and strength wise. Upper body was very slim, but at this point I was only a few months post blowing the pec off. Legs now skinny, but my upper body is getting closer to normal all the time. Pec ruptures normally take about 6 months to return to training, so I think I did a pretty good job to get It to where it is now. right

  • Yay! Fitness content! 5x5x85kg(again) Fun fact: 85 KG is the Linie where you can t take off All the weight from one side. The barbell is gonna fly through the roof and tries to kill you. After I tore my meniscus in autumn last year I was kinda demotivated and stopped working out. My doc told me to stop squatting and deadlifting and so I did, but I stoppen with everything, didnt eat right, etc. My bench went down from 130 Kilo to about 60ish Kilo and I felt miserable. Till now! I Started again! I m not allowed to Squat or deadlift till end of july(I hope) so I can just bench, row, do pullups, ohp and arms&shoulders. So, kinda like your average gymbro
