  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.

  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.

  • SALAD& DATES VINEGAR. Sounds pretty appealing right Isn t better than just salad. Yesterday I received dates I have won on. Obviously today, the first thing I did after my breakfast was a delicious recipe with these dates. I will share this recipe in a few days. This recipe is composed of a dates caramel among others. So I mixed 2 tbsp of the leftover caramel with apple cider vinegar in order to replace the vinaigrette. I may not have this idea if I had not tried the dates vinegar from with at the Paris vegan festival. This dressing makes my salad soooo delicious yet it was just oak leaf, cucumber and fresh turmeric. After I ate 2 bowl of quinoa with my favorite raw crackers from.   • When I started this project about a year ago, I did not imagine adding a specific filter for type of company or professional, another for products/services/resources, or the one to know cocoa bean origin countries in the world. As I also did not imagine a couple of special filters collecting the dates of the main events and courses around the fine chocolate sector.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This map is the result of a consistent data collection in the specialty cocoa and chocolate industry that lasted about 6 months, remembering with affection especially the days when there was no desire or concentration to get organized and try to find a link making sense of an immense amount of data. If I found the strength to carry out this project, it was only the idea that I had and I still have to connect as many actors as possible in this complex chain of fine cocoa and chocolate, delineating a sort of big picture of the current state of the industry.   • When we think of a chocolate bar, we associate it with a relatively short gourmet history, redeemed only in the last 10-20 years. To be a product born in the heart of the industrial revolution of the 19th century, chocolate is often believed to be a mass product without any peculiarity based on the quality of the ingredients and the processes upstream. If the American bean-to-bar movement has put the good chocolate back in the spotlight of the global consumer, there are prestigious small companies in Europe that have inherited, from generation to generation, the choice and responsibility of producing excellent chocolate for the generations to come. One of these realities is located in the south-east of France and is called Chocolaterie Morin. Franck Morin, artisan chocolatier torréfacteur and couverturier(respectively, craft maker of chocolate from the cacao bean and maker of couverture chocolate for professional use), possesses both sensitivity and know-how in producing chocolate, inherited from father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, all in turn masters of chocolate. An incredibly variegated selection of chocolate declined in a wide range of single-origins, all interpreted with one obsession: the mission of turning every micro-origin of cacao beans into chocolate, respecting its distinctive aromatic characteristics as much as possible. The cocoa fragrance that emanates every tablet from the wrapping is inebriating and gives an exclusive feeling. Each tablet truly demonstrates a well-marked aromatic profile, result of a gentle roasting and a long enough conching process to delight our palate with different layers of flavors revealing the unique identity of each origin.

  • I ll make you a confession. Over a period of three years, I had the opportunity to taste different brands of craft/fine chocolate, most of which were American, while a small percentage was made in Latin America or Asia. Paradoxically, for being Italian, I tasted almost nothing made in Europe, the continent cradle of the most substantial gastronomic diversity in the world. I have to admit that there are non-made-in-Europe chocolate bars deserving great respect regarding quality, but, until a few days ago, I wondered where I lived as a chocolate lover! One of the best tastings I ve enjoyed so far comes from France(and no, this is not one of those names with a large distribution worldwide.) This chocolate from Chocolaterie A. Morin is perhaps la crème de la crème that not only a consumer, but also a maker, should allow themselves to try and understand what terms like terroir and tags like single-origin mean for chocolate. My problem with Morin chocolate was the selection process: the first time I visited his site, I was confused by the myriad of single-origins that this artisan chocolatier torréfacteur makes.(All the purest single-origin products, hardcore micro-origins for advanced tasters.) So, I gave up and I directly asked Franck Morin to help me select the chocolate origins to be initiated to! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This first tasting included Yvan 70, one of the three bars all made from cacao sourced in central Peru. This chocolate offers a blend of floral and citrus fruits flavors before finishing with a touch of walnuts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As I will discuss the second chocolate I tasted next week, just the way each of Morin chocolate bars smells from the packaging and evolves in the palate is so well-defined and bright that is really like unlearning what you have tasted so far! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Have you tried Chocolaterie A.
