Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • . O R A N G E W H I P. I watched The Blues Brothers recently and since I am a musical fan its actually one of my favorite movies. Since I now post drinks on Instagram I noticed that in the movie the state troopers attend the concert in order to arrest the blues brothers, but decided to watch them perform first and order some Orange Whips. With the famous Who wants an orange whip Orange whip Orange whip Three orange whips! line. I didn t know about the drink before, I have never seen it in Germany or didn t pay attention to it. So I looked it up online. I found out that it seems to be a quite popular drink especially because of the movie and repeatedly coming up in different pop culture subjects. I really like this drink, it s creamy, orangy and delicious. RECIPE: 4oz/ 120ml Orange juice 2oz/ 60ml Cream 1/2oz/ 15ml Triple Sec 1oz/ 30ml White Rum 1oz/ 30ml Vodka()(Since I am not the biggest vodka fan, because of its lack of flavor I like to use a 100 Rye one. It does at least add a little bit of spice.). Put everything in a blender with about 180ml of crushed ice. Blend for a couple of seconds, pour in a glass and garnish with an orange slice.

  • Dropdead Gorgeous Green! Green-edge Pinkgill Fungi The Green-edge Pinkgill(Entoloma sp.) is one of the very attractive fungi of the southwest WA. As seen in the 1st photo, these native fungi prefer sandy soil and often grow among moss and carnivorous plant Scented Sundews(Drosera sp.) on the forest floor. One of the noticeable features is the dimpled cap which can be up to 5 cm wide and the stem can be up to 6 cm tall. As seen in the 2nd photo, these fungi are dark green in the upper part but yellow nearer the base.   • Tough Cinnamon Fungi(featuring Bee Orchid and Blue Fairy Orchid) Australian terrestrial orchids maintain symbiotic relations with fungi species for germination and growth. Some of such relations are more obvious than others- as I have often observed that a few orchid species in the southwest usually appear around clusters of the Tough Cinnamon Fungi(Coltricia sp.). The Tough Cinnamon Fungi are leathery and have a dark brown stem with a cap of up to 5cm wide(as seen in the 2nd photo). These fungi magically erupt from the sandy soil, usually right after the heavy winter rain- and as they age, the whitish outer ring becomes more visible. The 1st photo shows the cluster of fungi next to the Bee Orchid(Diuris sp.)- a member of donkey orchids family. The 3rd photo shows another cluster next to the Blue Fairy Orchid(Pheladenia sp.) aka Bearded Orchid. Over the years, I have made a habit of geotagging/remembering the exact location of fungi early in the winter so that I can return to the same spot for photographing orchids later in the wildflower season These photographs were taken within the Brixton St Nature Reserve in Kenwick the City of Gosnells.

  • A Curious Praying Mantis on Lilac Bracket Fungi! The Lilac Bracket Fungi(Rhodofomitopsis lilacinogilva) grow on dead wood, often on fallen trees in the Marri forest(1st photo). These fungi are highly variable in terms of shape and size, and brackets can be about a foot wide( 30 cm). The fruit bodies are tough and almost rubbery like(2nd photo) with orangish to lilac coloration. I have often observed stick insects such as Praying Mantis(Mantodea sp.) around large bracket fungi, probably because of the availability of prey species e.g. small insects.   • Have you ever tried a tiramisù with pistachio. Whenever I have guests I spent some time looking for a new dessert. I often get inspiration on some food blogs, but then adapt the recipes with my taste or limiting the ingredients at what I can find here. For example in this recipe I was supposed to use pistachio cream, use white chocolate and use chocolate cookies. I couldn t find pistachio cream so I made myself avoiding dairy, white chocolate it s just not chocolate for me and since I forgot to buy cookies I had to use some healthy oats bars. Low carb Biscuit Boden:-3 Eier(trennen und Eiweiß steif schlagen)-Xylit nach belieben(30g zb)-3 EL kochendes Wasser-1/2 Tüte Backpulver sowie eine Messerspitze Natron-1 gehäufter EL Mandelmehl oder Kokosmehl-30g Casein Vanille Manhattan Creme:- 400g Frischkäse(light) 2 Eier 50 g Xylit(oder mehr) Flavordrops Cheesecake oder Butterkeks(aber ist kein muss) Joghurt-Frucht-Schicht:- 250g Joghurt(hier selbstgemachter Kokosjoghurt) 30g Himbeeren(oder etwas mehr) 30g Xylit 1-2 Blatt Gelatine oder 1-2 TL Fischkollagen(geschmacks-neutral)(je nach Konsistenz) ZUBEREITUNG! Eier, Xylit und Wasser schaumig mixen. Dann das Mehl, Backpulver, Natron und Casein drunter rühren und anschließend das Eischnee vorsichtig unterheben. Teig in einer entsprechende Form Füllen und für 10 Minuten bei 180 Grad backen. Kurz abkühlen lassen. Nun die Manhattan Creme zubereiten. Alle Zutaten der Creme kurz mixen und auf den Boden in der Form geben und weitere 15-20 Minuten bei 160 Grad backen. 15-20 Minuten abkühlen lassen. Himbeeren erhitzen und anschließend pürieren. Not vegan but very sustainable used that Gorgonzola I had left from December and made a little sauce, with a little truffle. Do you feel like the food winter is offering you is monotone There is lack of color on the plate I kinda like white food, as long as I can remember! I always thought it had somthing to do with it being heavy and indulging in a good way. Purée, cheese, pasta, cream, soft eggs, butter etc. it s kind of a guilty pleasure list right. Going for a little more heavy, savory/salty(and maybe a little non-plantbasted when vegan) is what your body asks for in winter. Just act on it and be kind. Our body s were not made to eat frozen bowls and smoothies during winter. And the only salad that s good right now are the ones with roasted veggies or fried cheese.if you d ask me. Besides the creamy dairy, there is a variety of foods in season now that are mostly white and cán be creamy. Celeriac, parsnip, salsify, burdock root, Jerusalem artichokes, parsley root etc. They grow slowly and underground, that way you ll get a slow downward energy too. So these veggies are made for taking it slow, cocooning and all that. Mother Earth got it all figured out it s just that we are so full of our selves to get all season foods from all over the world and ignore our seasons and cravings. If you wanna live a little more sustainable; just start buying more local, seasonal and don t waste but be creative. Keeping this in mind sure does more then having one sober or meatless month.

  • Hi everyone! So today we have A COCONUT BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP! And it is very thick and perfectly creamy, definitely soup goals. So simple to make, the most exotic ingredient is the butternut squash, so I m pretty sure this is up your alley. Let s get crakin!:- 1 medium butternut squash chopped into small cubes.(heat the squash 3min in microwave, cutting off both end before and poking it with a fork, to make the peeling process easier.)- 1 chopped onion- 5 garlic cloves, chopped or pressed.- 1 tsp of cumin- 1/2 of turmeric- 2 1/2 of yellow curry powder- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes- 1 can of full fat coconut milk- 1/2 can of light canned coconut milk- 3 cups of vegetable broth- salt to taste Put all of your ingredients into a crockpot, heat on low for 6 hours.   • Not ideal for the looks this night time phone snap, while sitting ready to Netflix and chill. but oh SNAP, the cashew yoghurt I found yesterday was a perfect replacement for sour cream and I topped this Hungarian dish with wild onion cashew cheese which was a fabulous replacement for cottage cheese. I fried some seaweed and added bits of marinated smoky tofu. This Túrós Csusza ended up being pretty much off the charts. I would still tweak the seaweed and tofu a bit but I got pretty close to the real deal. Also this millet tagliatelle was the best glutenfree pasta I ve had so far: it has a neutral, subtle taste and great texture. Cooks within 5 minutes.   • Breathtaking. Last night it was all about cleansing and hydrating. This grapefruit started it, followed by Honey Face Wash, enzymatic exfoliator, clay mask and hydrating mask.   • Shabu Shabu is my go to restaurant to get loads and loads of veggies. In Korea Shabu Shabu is a Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese fusion. The star of the show is a pot of hot broth which is kept hot by an element at the table. You load it full of veggies, mushrooms, noodles and fried tofu. Then you can dip paper thin slices of meat into the broth which cook in about 60 seconds. There is also rice paper wraps to make your own summer rolls which we all love doing! We actually leave most of the meat because we re filling up on veggies and trying to eat as plant based as possible in Korea, even though we have to pay for it. They staff come over and make us eat the meat so we have some to please them! We re still trying to work out exactly what the broth is made from so if anyone knows please share!

  • This is not a drawing that I did, unfortunately. This is a vintage print given to me as a Christmas present, by my son!- Isn t it beautiful The mushroom is called a Sweet-Scented Agarie. This was first published in London in 1847 by Reeve Brothers in a book titled Illustrations of British Mycology by Anna Maria Hussey who lived from 1805 to 1853. Mrs. Hussey was a British mycologist, author and illustrator who published the definitive work on British fungi, mushrooms and toadstools.

  • After yesterday s fresh pasta workshop I had at my house, I really felt like having some tagliatelle. I didn t feel like having a heavy sauce so instead I opted for a leeks cream and cavolo Romanesco. The geometry of the Cavolo Romanesco absolutely fascinates me. I always feel bad cooking it because of its beauty, but I also love eating.

  • I have become obsessed with making homemade coconut milk from real coconuts. There is nothing better than the natural dreamy creaminess of the coconut milk in my coffee, in my Müsli, in well.anything! It is super simple: drain the coconut of it s water, open the coconut, cut the meat out, put it in a blender and add water(as much or as little as you d like!). Then drink it all and repeat the process haha!
