Instagram hashtags for healthandfitness

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Today I packed clothes to go to the gym after work and did not go. I can t even tell you how many times this has happened haha. But one thing I can say is my body feels GOOOODD when I stretch, which is so simple. Whether I can get to the gym every day or not, I want to make stretching a PRIORITY. I was watching s instagram stories the past couple weeks and she made it a priority to wake up before the sun, stretch, and walk outside barefoot. I was inspired because I have such a hard time waking up, I m cranky and it takes me foreverrrr. I know I won t do it if I don t post it. So tonight I am deciding to wake up tomorrow at 6am and do so till next Thursday(1 week). Who knows I could love it and want to do it longer, but 1 week is a good test period. I will post and try my best! PS: I hate waking up early. So this should be interesting.

  • Looks like the next couple of weeks I ll just be sitting on my ass! Finally dragged myself back to my physio(who I ve been avoiding for about 3 weeks) because that sprain in my neck is still giving me grief! Turns out running a half marathon injured wasn t the best of ideas. Been told to lay off the gym and running for a while. My jaw dropped when he told me this but my physio said you still ran races with cancer all of last year. I don t think a sprained neck is gonna be the end of you.Touché!

  • We are feeling the burn after our class at.ny today! This incredible full body workout targets slow twitch muscles with controlled motions on a moving weighted platform called the megaformer. We planked, squatted, lunged and rowed for sixty minutes of low impact but high intensity movements that had us shaking after class We re totally hooked now and definitely recommend checking out their studio in Ditmars, especially if you are looking for a way to switch up your usual cardio or weight routine. The best way to see results is to throw something new into the mix, and what better time to kick things into high gear with spring right around the corner!.

  • Guys it s time for my serious-selfie post I often get asked why I m doing what I do. This is seriously personal and it means a LOT to me but I m proud to share it I tried to compile it into my shortest answer possible:- I am here to support those who doubt themselves, to push those having a down day and to encourage those who are feeling the fear to start. I am here because of my own personal experience; I don t want ANYONE feeling the upset, insecurities and self-hatred I felt. It s so cliché but our lives are so precious and to be living it in sadness is not ok. I am here to help people do things they never thought they could; more than just completing a fitness program I m talking about being mentally strong enough to go out and have a good time with friends or being physically able to take their child to school. So many people struggle with weight and I am here to eliminate that. I am here to instil confidence in others because I truly, truly believe that everyone deserves happiness.

  • Headstand(Salamba Shirshasana) Every Day but WHY. Headstands work to increase the function of the Endocrine Glands, especially the pineal and pituitary glands. We know both these glands to be important in regulating growth hormone. In addition, the pineal gland synthesizes the hormone melatonin and secretes it directly into the cerebrospinal fluid which takes it into the blood stream. Melatonin affects reproductive development(great for infertility issues) and daily physiologic cycles(reduces mood swings and helps with our emotional and mental well-being). The pituitary gland regulates all process having to do with primitive reactions such as stress, anger, fear, anxiety. Given that headstands promote an increased function of the pituitary gland, the primitive reactions are calmed, making for a more stress free internal environment. As a direct result of the increased function of the Pituitary Gland, a headstand has a calming effect, helps to stabilize moods, and cultivates emotional stability. Let s face it, I d be a stressed MOODY Bitch without them.

  • I ve been weak recently- my willpower has gone out the window and onto a plane to somewhere far, far away from here.- In this situation I can either beat myself up about it, regret and give up(the old me) OR I can forgive myself, get over it, stay positive and keep pushing for my goals no matter what- and this is exactly what I m doing. Regretting won t get me anywhere so I m just going to keep working out and eating clean. I have exactly ONE WEEK until my weigh/measuring day and I really really don t want to see the number on the scales go up, so big push for me this week!- Starting my day right with 1L of water, a quick motivational read, soon to workout and meal prep then off to work- Have a GREAT day you guys and if you re also stuck on the wretched struggle bus remember WHY you started and that you are a boss and you CAN say NO to temptations!.

Yes, it allowed me to have some pretty crazy adventures and fun memories but what a disservice to my future goals! Now I am much more self aware and my perspective is deep. I think long term/legacy. • I can t think of any better representation of beauty than someone who is unafraid to be herself Emma Stone I spent too many years trying to mimic other people and even worse- trying to impress people by acting in a way that was unauthentic to who I am. What a sad and empty way to live. I literally pursued career options just to impress certain people. Can anyone relate to that! Thank god I woke up and decided to start living for me and sharing my passions, gifts and talents. I ve never felt more alive or excited for the future. Don t be afraid to reveal who are you and share yours gifts. We need YOU. Thank you for taking these shots. Love ya girl. Love, Taryn

  • Hope you are all having a lovely Christmas! I m ready for a killer workout fuelled by yesterday s food. Today it s an intense 25 minute HIIT session(high intensity interval training).- This means alternating between resting periods or low intensity and working intervals where you give 90-100 effort- I ll be doing 50 seconds work, 12 seconds rest for 25 rounds. The exercises can be anything, making it suitable for anyone and almost guarantees sweat!- It s a very efficient way to burn fat as the body continues working for hours after the workout- perfect for all the indulgences to follow later today.

  • My favourite flavour combinations for brunch in the form of Danish Smørrebrød(open sandwich)- tasty, nutritious and Instagram worthy- My relationship with food is such a rollercoaster, I tend to go from one extreme to another. So my main focus for this year in terms of nutrition is gaining balance and not punishing myself for having more calorific/less nutrient-dense foods(treats)- All part of the journey- trialling different ratios of foods, making mistakes and learning from them. One thing I do know is that I could never get bored of salmon, avocado and rye bread.

  • So what the hell is this cryotherapy thingo and what should I expect  .- Basically you re in there for 3 minutes and the air around you is cooled to minus 160 degrees celsius.  You will be wearing gloves/ socks and we also give you an extremely comfy robe. When you get inside its obviously really cold. the body is pretty amazing and knows how to look after itself. What it does is vasoconstriction,( which basically means  the body goes, oh wow thats cold. protect the heart.) It brings all of your blood into the centre of your body and circulates around there leaving the extremities to sort of fend for themselves. . In those 3 minutes you ve got some fairly nutrient and oxygen  rich blood thats been circulated in the centre of the body.Once you get out of there the bodies goes, alright. we ve got to get the blood back out. Vasodilation is what they call it. and it it basically pushes this really oxygen and nutrient rich blood back out to the extremities. Normally we wouldn t get that sort of hit. This means Cryotherapy is great for chronic pain, Gut issues, insomnia, weight-loss, enhances muscular endurance, improves resistance to fatigue, and helps with anxiety by activating the sympathetic nervous system Also not to mention, the sheer cold of the cryo alone reduces inflammation. There s more! Norepinephrine- neurotransmitter in your brain goes off so you get quite pumped and excited from the release of endorphins. Hope you guys feel like you know a bit more about cryo therapy now

  • Repost: HAVE YOU EVER DONE FLOAT THERAPY BEFORE For all my friends that are soon off to worlds i highly recommend this! Sports people from various fields use float therapy to optimise the effects of their training routines, manage fatigue and speed-up their recovery from sports injuries. WHY EVERY ATHLETE SHOULD USE A FLOAT TANK. INCREASE RECOVERY While floating, gravity pressures get taken-off the muscles and joints& the entire body is put into a state of physical relaxation. The blood pressure& oxygen intake reduces but the blood flow and distribution of red blood cells increases. These combined effects help my body recover faster and assists in flushing-out cortisol, lactate& adrenaline that might have built up either through my training or performance. PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT Many athletes use floating in combination with visualisation techniques to experience a significant improvement in their performance. Whilst I was in this state I was visualising myself completing my tumbling/flips with perfect technique. This works because while we are floating, our brain transitions into a theta state, while in this state the CNS( Central nervous system) can essentially be trained to produce perfect performance. REDUCE INJURY RISK Floating helped me to loosen my muscles and give me a higher degree of control in my nervous system. As a result, this will help me reduce injury risk during training/ competition. MAGNESIUM Simply floating in all that Magnesium accelerates recovery, increases energy, boots the immune system, aids in facilitated rest, which helps exposure to fatigue and facilitated the reduction of muscle soreness(DOMS) MENTAL CLARITY This sensory isolation helped me reach a whole new level of concentration. Floating assists in developing that perfect synchronicity between body, mind and emotion. Repost via Thanks for sharing your experience with us

  • Our skin is our largest bodily organ and it is constantly sending an abundant amount of information to our brains about pressure, temperature, pain, and where we are in space. When the information being sent from our skin to the brain is faulty, due to a scar, this may result in faulty information being sent from our brain to our fascial and muscular system as well. When faulty information is sent to the fascial and muscular system, posture and movement may be impacted. This may lead to repetitive sports injures, chronic pain, and lack of flexibility.

  • Reclining Hero Pose is a supine(lying-down) variation of Hero Pose(Virasana), which provides an even deeper stretch to the thighs, hip flexors, and ankles than the upright version. If you spend a lot of time sitting, you might be familiar with tight hip flexors and quadriceps(your top thigh muscles). This tightness can lead to an over-arching of your low back, resulting in poor posture and possible back pain. Reclining Hero Pose stretches out these leg and hip muscles, which restores balance and equilibrium to your back. This pose stretches the abdominal organs and the pelvic region. In effect, it improves digestion and relieves digestive problems, such as gas, acidity, and diarrhea. It is one of the only yoga poses that is beneficial to practice after eating!. Depending on your flexibility, it might take a long time for you to comfortably access the full version of Hero, with the buttocks fully on the floor!. With time, Reclining Hero can become a restful and restorative pose, used to deeply renew the entire body.

And sometimes that s all we need to carry on. Hopefully, you smiled a bit. Feel free to tonight if needed. I fully support that! On another note. As many of you know, the owners of Pop Physique have decided to close the 3rd and Fairfax location. The last day for classes will be tomorrow. This means I will not get to say a proper goodbye to any of you. This is sad for me because I ve been teaching at that location for 4 years and have grown to love each and every one of you. When I heard about the closure sadness filled my heart because something special to me was ending. However, I ve come to realize that when one door closes it does so for a reason. In my experience, a door closing, paves the way for another door to open. So often we block change, when in reality, the thing that is changing is bringing us closer to the goal. Okay This is not the end my time with Pop. I will still be around to sub classes at Larchmont. And you can always find me at Cycle House or Equinox. So many amazing things are happening and I hope you ll stay with me on this journey. Check out and stay up date in all things nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle by signing up for the newsletter. At a first glance aromatherapy might seem not related to physical therapy. However, the traditional path never has worked for me. Throughout my life I have learned from some really amazing teachers, and it seemed only natural to combine it all together. • Fat Tuesday/ While I m not a fan of calling anything fat, I do appreciate the significance of this day. Whether you know it as the day to celebrate Mardi Gras, or as Shrove Tuesday the day before Ash Wednesday, this day can be very impactful for your life. Tomorrow begins a fasting period of 40 days for Christians culminating with Easter. Most people think of this period as a time of giving something up. I m going to give up chocolate or alcohol or coffee. But it can be more than than. Outside of being a religious practice, it can be a time of reflection. You can use the next 40 days to grow deeper in your relationship with your self. Being mindful, practicing meditation, journaling your thoughts are all amazing ways to help you regain self control and settle into self acceptance, inspiration and appreciation. Sounds wonderful right!/ Don t forget it s also the day where we eat lots of pancakes! So batter up, get flippin and enjoy your Tuesday.- For all things nutrition, fitness, and wellness head to the website for some amazing content. Don t forget to sign up for the monthly newsletter which is going on for the first time March 1st!-

I love GoldynGlow s superfood blends because they contain ingredients which have a host of health benefits including promoting digestion and liver detoxification. If you d like to try this product make sure you join us for Ride Run with and on March 2nd 6 pm. GoldynGlow will be there providing tastings and also gifting one lucky participant a pack of each product! • I woke up real excited this morning because I thought it was Friday. Got up to go for a workout and everything./ Then as the realization set it that it was Thursday, two things happened: 1.) Saddness followed by complete panic as I realized I was late for school 2.) Then almost immediately I was lifted by the fact its National Margarita Day!/ Now while I m not drinking right now, I can live in the space of tacos which are a natural partner to margaritas. Someone once asked me why I love tacos so much and I have to say as a nutritionist, they can provide optimal nutrition if loaded up right- fresh veggies/- lean meats blue corn tortilla spicy salsa=. My go to tortilla- blue corn tortillas. So if you re like me and running late, make yourself a few breakfast or lunch tacos and wrap them up in foil and take them to go. Don t have time to make some Grab a few at your local taqueria. My favorite. Quick, fresh and delicious. I m hungry now, but alas I m in class. Better focus! lol!- For all things fitness, nutrition, and wellness check out Carter Hall Lifestyle(link in profile). Make sure to sign up of for the monthly newsletter to stay up to date!-

  • I have to credit my friend Clarissa for this dish. I put quinoa under mine vs rice. Chicken and Coconut Green Curry  2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil  1 yellow onion, cut into 1/2-inch dice  2 medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced  1 tablespoon minced ginger  2 tablespoons Thai green curry paste(Mae Ploy recommended)  2(14-ounce) cans unsweetened coconut milk  1 cup chicken broth, low-sodium 2 kaffir lime leaves or the zest of 1 lime 1 stalk lemongrass, peeled and white part smashed 8(4-ounce) chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, sliced into 1/2-inch strips  2 cups of mixed vegetables(peppers, zucchini, green beans mushrooms etc) cut into 1/4-inch strips  2 tablespoons minced basil, preferably Thai  2 tablespoons minced cilantro 2 tablespoons fish sauce  1 tablespoon lime juice, more if desired Place in a large skillet over a moderate-high heat and add oil. Add the onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook about 1 min. Add curry paste and cook about 2 minutes. Pour in coconut milk and broth and bring to a simmer, but do not boil. Stir in the kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass. If using lime zest add it at the end with the lime juice. Cook over a moderately high heat until the liquid has reduced and slightly thickened, about 8 minutes. Stir in chicken and veggies and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Remove the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves and then stir in the basil and cilantro and continue to cook, about 4 minutes. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice (and zest), adding more flavorings according to taste. To serve: Divide the chicken and coconut curry between 4 warmed serving bowls. Serve immediately on own or with optional jasmine rice.

Then strain it and you get all that extra meat to pick off the bone.(yes, its a messy job) Throw in onion, celery, carrot and my favorite, peas. Add brown rice or quinoa. I used Farro here but thats not so thats off my menu now. Add salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and let it simmer till its soup!.

  • I did 30 minutes of bear crawl intervals on the stair climber today. It was actually a lot of fun and I was drenched! I laid off cardio over the winter to take bulking seriously. I wanted to see how strong and muscular I could get. I am happy with my results but I m happy to be back in a more varied routine. So what I ve learned this winter. lifting really heavy(after lifting at a moderate weight range for a long period of time) will initially melt off body fat. The number on the scale dropped a lot at first; and that s why I was comfortable going into a bulk. By increasing my calories by almost a thousand a day and not doing cardio, I was able to make leaps in strength gains. I began to gain muscle mass and yes, body fat. The extra nutrients and size pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. However, when it was time to change my goals to cut, I was ready. As soon as I began to my lower calories, my strength began to drop. While it s nice to feel super strong, feeling strong and fit are more important to me. Regular running for distance and longer cardio sweat sessions just make me feel more athletic. At this point, I don t think I ll ever do a serious bulk again unless I began to do competitions. I don t regret it and I learned a lot however I m ready to be lean again.*

  • Stuffed Avocado with Prawns and Mango Salsa By Ingredients:-2 Hass Avocados halved& destoned-12 Prawns cooked/thawed as necessary-50 ml(3-4 tbsp) Sweet Chilli Sauce-1 Fresh Mango destoned& finely diced-1 Red Onion finely diced-1 Red Chilli deseeded& finely diced-2 tbsp Fresh Coriander finely diced-Juice of 1 Lime-Good drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil-Salt& Black Pepper to taste Directions: Before you get started on chopping your ingredients, pop your Prawns and Sweet Chilli Sauce in a bowl, coat well and leave to marinate whilst preparing the salsa. Carefully scoop out some of the Avocado from the pitted area, finely dice and combine in a bowl with your Mango, Onion, Chilli, Coriander, Lime Juice, Olive Oil and Seasoning. Scoop back in to your Avocado skins and top with 3 Prawns per Avocado half. Recipe Notes a) Aim to get slightly firmer Avocados and Mango than your usual. This will help hold shape and ensure the salad doesn t turn mushy when combined. b) If you like a little less heat to replace the Red Chilli with Capsicum.

  • When I was younger I had a diary that I would write in when I felt alone. It was the only place I could share my thoughts and feelings which were mainly about boys and insecurities. I mean what else was I worried about at that age! Now it s less of a diary and more of a journal/todo list. I try and plan out new ideas, long term goals, and just figure out where I m heading, but sometimes I will find myself needing that diary. On those days, I end up grabbing my journal and randomly go back to writing about the same things I did as a young girl, my relationships and insecurities. Do we really ever grow up!

  • Why do I think movement is so important in our lives Because our bodies allow us to create it in walking, jumping, or dancing etc. In order for us to keep these abilities we must work them just like in our careers and relationships. But we not only move our bodies, but our thoughts and actions. We are what we think and what we think moves us. Being able to stimulate our minds through learning, growing, and positivity motivates our movement. Moving is so simple, the hard part is doing it. Exercise highlight: Step-ups- a lower body exercise that helps with stability and easy on your lower back.
