Instagram hashtags for plastic, use

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

They all save on plastic, waste, and energy so each one is a great small change!. B U T to contradict my post(lol!) and offer another option, Earth Day earth does NOT have to be about buying a green product, if you re not ready to buy here are ten things you can do without buying anything, that will mostly SAVE you money!. Say no to a to-go coffee cup lid even if you get a to go cup! Or if you do get a lid, recycle it!(Cups can t be, lids usually can!) Do a meatless Monday buy beans and grains in bulk rather than bags carry a real fork/spoon with you and say no to plastic ones load produce straight into the cart, it doesn t need a bag! make your next clothing purchase a used item, or just go without something new Look at what can be recycled in your area and actually recycle it! Recycling bins usually have a list on them. Say no to a plastic water bottle, it s usually ok to be thirsty for a few hours till you have a real glass within reach. Promise. Take a bag to the store. • For the next few days I will be sharing some easy ways to cut down on plastic. Maybe you re not ready to brake up with plastic altogether, but there are some easy ways to reduce it in your life. One of my fave ways to cut down on plastic is to use glass containers instead of ziplock bags in the freezer. Not only does food taste better but less plastic goes into the landfill. So why limit plastic use Plastic pollution is frightening, it pollutes our environment and damages whole ecosystems(just google The Great Pacific Garbage Patch) Chemicals found in plastic are carcinogenic, they leach into our food and drink causing increasing health risks. Watch my stories, I ll be sharing more there.

  • Pack a lunch the eco way! disposable plastic containers, sandwich bags, fruit cups, yogurt cups, plastic water bottles, plastic wrap, plastic spoons, plastic forks and knives. ugh so much plastic! FACT: 100 MILLION pieces of lunchtime trash gets thrown away EVERY 24 HOURS Yikes!. Your child s lunch is the perfect place to cut down on plastic and save money while you re at it too. Here are my tips! Invest in a sustainable lunch box or a bento container. I m a huge fan of its durable, eco friendly and it has a great design Instead of buying yogurt cups or chia pudding cups. Make yogurt cups at home. Use a small mason jar or a tupperware container. Fill it with chia pudding or yogurt, top it with fruit and you re set. instead of wrapping your sandwich in plastic wrap use a reusable sandwich bag like instead of individually packed fruit snacks use real fruit! buy items like nuts, dry fruit, chips and crackers in bulk or large sizes. Simply put a portion in a reusable dish and enjoy instead of buying individually packed granola bars. Bake your own and wrap them in parchment paper. Same goes for cheese strings. Buy a big block of cheese and make your own. say bye-bye to plastic water bottles and invest in a reusable stainless steal water bottle like carry wood or stainless steal silverware so you don t have to use plastic forks and spoons. Hope you can use some of my tips next time you re making lunch.

  • I was so shocked to hear these statistics and so sad, I had to share it with you, just because we can all make this a better statistic and therefore outcome. Over 90 of the damage caused to marine wildlife by human waste is due to plastics. How horrendous is that I love to eat fish, its my protein of choice so the fact that there are globally, about 700 marine species threatened by plastics, of which 17 are listed by IUCN as threatened or critically endangered is horrifying. Even if I am unlikely to eat all these fish, they are eaten by the fish I end up eating. They don t only eat the plastics, they get trapped by them, and contaminated, they swim around infecting more species. These statistics and research is from the amazing WFF. Out of the plastic trap. • We visited a small bay in croatia few years ago. We noticed the beach was a little polluted, no big pieces of plastic(they had been removed by the beach-keeper) but just small sticks. I started to pick them up, making it a sport to remove every stick from the 400 meter bay and noted what these sticks used to be: Q-tips! Later i noticed the same situation at other beaches.yet it s still a mysterie to me.how do Q-tips wash up on beaches About 90 of the Q-tips found that day were white or mint, in the picture you see just the colored ones proving these come from many different brands, era s, places

  • français Guys! I did it! haha! I made my laundry detergent! I didn t get the perfect result on the first try because I took a recipe from a blog and in the end it required an enormous quantity of soap for a little quantity of water, so I ended up with a weird thick and slimy texture that maybe would have caused damage to my washing machine if used it BUT I didn t drive to despair and so I took some of my weird texture and melted it again with boiling water to diluate it and it worked! I think I ll have laundry detergent for at least six month(what u see on the picture is just a sample haha!)! But it is really economical! I tried it and it works really well, even better that the one I used to buy in bulk! Ingredients:- 2 liters of water- 40 g of savon de Marseille(the real green one, 72, not the white one that has palm oil)- 1 tablespoon of baking soda- 1 tablespoon of soda crystal- one cup of white vinegar(not compulsory, it just a softener)- 25 drops of essentiel oil of lavender(also not compulsory choose the fragance you like but only add it when your liquid has cooled down!

  • World Earth Day. So why all this focus on Ocean Plastic Many think Blue Planet 2 was responsible and as incredible as that was, it aired at a time where we had already reached a tipping point. We have allowed Climate Change to keep going on in the background. We really have learnt to look the other way as the polar ice melts and chaotic weather patterns are already being seen. We can get on a plane with enjoyment not realising that each person on a long haul flight has undone the carbon saved by each person living completely off grid. And there aren t that many people doing that. The Ocean won t let us do that. She is spewing up the plastic big and small on our Coastlines. The scientists can tell us anything but if you do a anywhere in the World you can find plastic. It is in our water, it is in our food. It s killing. Now the good news. When I went to the Ocean Plastic Crisis Summit in London a few weeks ago and listened to experts I really understood everything works. Bad news, we need to do everything. Good news, everything makes a difference. So whether you are a child and thinking about writing a letter or an adult who is going to stop buying plastic(polyester/nylon) clothing, just do it. My current struggle is plastic packaging. In the comments let me know what areas you re struggling with and let s help each other. I don t pack all these 7 items at once, but I d recommend you invest in. 1. Teakwood. 750ml(top left). Priced at 30, which is steep-but it s a lifetime investment! Or buy around 10 Evian bottles for the same price. 2.: black tumbler and stainless steel food pot(both far right). Each at 20 and keep liquids very warm! Show these at, you ll get 50p off and make up the twenty in no time! 3. in William Morris pattern. I never leave the house without this! It s lasted me 7 MONTHS, and is still looking fly(and only 9.99). 4. Extraordinary Oil. For those manes that need extra care in the city air! This GLASS product lasts me 3 months and is yours for 9.98. 5. FINALLY, there s my mini coconut oil from and.co toothbrush, for a quick beauty fix(bottom left). Both can be bought together online for under a tenner I ll keep sharing any other products I m testing, to get us on a less polluted(plastic) path

  • I love the feel of liquid through a glass straw as I suck it up. It somehow makes it feel special. I struggled for a while with throwing away or refusing the ubiquitous plastic straw given to me at every bar and club- it felt natural. I now carry around with me a clear glass straw made of borosilicate glass, one of the strongest glass types available. It means that I can drink through a straw with no guilt and know that I am keeping the planet safe too. These sturdy glass straws are suitable for both hot and cold drinks and can be used again and again by cleaning them with the accompanied brush. This duo is available for you on my website for just 3.99(link in bio)

  • This could be a piece of art, but unfortunately it is a telling reminder that the Mediterranean basin is home to 150 million people, who produce among the largest quantities of solid urban waste per capita, at 208-760kg per year. Frightening isn t it And I am sure I have committed endless offences and added to this pile without even realising. Being that it is Summer, you may be going abroad, maybe even to the Med So here is something to concentrate the mind. Over 200 million tourists visit the Mediterranean each year generate a 40 increase in marine litter during Summer. Every year 150,000-500,000 tonnes of macroplastics and 70,000-130,000 tonnes of microplastics enter European seas. The vast majority of these plastics end up in the Mediterranean Sea. These statistics have come from Out of the Plastic Trap, Saving the Mediterranean from plastic pollution WWF.

I love this social connection you can get with zero waste shopping!- Ma semaine a été vraiment intense mais mes courses au marché m ont redonné un peu la pêche! In a business-as-usual scenario, the ocean will contain 1 tonne of plastic for every 3 tonnes of fish by 2025, and by 2050, the oceans may have more plastics than fish(by weight). • Today, our drinks arrived with excessive baggage- TWO straws each. What should you do when catastrophe hits I ll tell you.* Firstly- I take them out! Then they come home with me, where I cut them into tiny pieces before throwing them away(see images 2 and 3). Yes spending a few minutes on this isn t ideal, but did you ever see the video where the sea turtle had a straw up it s nose* believe sea turtles can actually digest straws, which causes them to gag, then throw them back up through their nostrils. The passageways for food and air are connected in a turtle just like they are in people! Which gives us all the more reason to sympathise and help. I d like to add cutting these up is by NO MEANS a long term solution! But for now, it does lower the risk of straws getting digested in full and then dislodged- should they end up in the ocean. Just a bit of food for thought this Sunday*

Here are my 4 key takeaways for you(see product info at the bottom): 1. Give yourself a 2 week adjustment period. Your hair does feel the change but quickly starts acclimatising! 2. The pink shampoo bar is a no brainer. The rose scent smells idyllic, the oil really does add shine, and it foams up like a bubble bath. 3. I ve been using far TOO much liquid conditioner! Hair can still come out smooth after a few rubs of solid conditioner. 4. If you have naturally dry hair like me, it can frizz up underneath(see image 2). That s why I recommend adding a few drops of Elvive s glass bottle of Extraordinary oil(image 3) onto hair after washes. This will keep it tame and leave it silky! Want to test for yourself I used products Jason and Argan oil pink shampoo and Jungle green conditioner. From a price point, each bar costs 6.50. I promise it feels amazing being a freer plastic me

  • As the Queen declares war on plastic, can you become the Queen of recycling Here are my Tuesday Tips to help you banish those common myths 1. Plastic bags. Oh SO MANY PROBLEMS. Firstly- Don t. Buy. Them. And please don t throw them into your recycling bin! They can tear up equipment, and most councils require different processing. What can you do Check if your local grocery shop will take them for reuse 2. Plastic bottle caps. TAKE EM OFF! Bottles can go in, but caps are made from a plastic type(polypropylene) that cannot be recycled 3. Takeaway boxes. Yes your pizza may come in cardboard, but that grease counts as contamination! This means it has to go to waste. Save your waistline and the environment from this type of trouble 4. Want a weird fact Most margarine tubs CANNOT be recycled! They are made from a wide range of polymers that require technology outside of the. So skip the tub and buy butter in foil instead. The bottom line is: ALWAYS READ THE LABEL

  • Our whole lives we have been conditioned into living and loving our material world. We gain things fast and dispose of them faster, this in turn creates MASSIVE negative impacts worldwide. Latest statistics have shown earths yearly plastic creation weighs just under the combined weight of ALL humans on earth. Over 8 million tonnes of which end up in our waterways, every, year. Make a positive impact today, invest in good quality products you can use over and over instead of cheap, plastic trash. • *Ever heard of shade grown coffee* It means that the coffee shrubs are grown under trees. If they are grown under trees in a diverse ecosystem, the practice is called agroforestry.*Why is agroforestry coffee important* Because it gives farmers a diverse array of crops to rely on. This is important in the face of climate change as cash crops can fail to produce one year due to erratic weather. A diverse system is much more resilient and provides habitat for wildlife. Such systems can also provide farmers with additional sources of income, in the form of medicine or wood. Shade-grown coffee generally requires fewer inputs, such as pesticides and yields BETTER QUALITY coffee!.

  • Most of the plastic items in our daily lives are used once and then chucked. These bad boys are culprits the Earth can never digest and it s obvious that they are parallel to climate change as a global emergency. So how can we help alleviate this problem Start by weaning yourself off disposable plastics and replace them with reusable versions. I admit it s quite a struggle especially when you re living in the world s third biggest contributor of plastic pollution. But i still believe we are capable of change. And even as simple as using reusable versions of the bad boys in the picture can make a huge impact. Just Care, act and advocate. believe me, it matters.- Awesome artwork by

  • My belief about organization extends beyond simply clearing out the clutter. We need to think about how we consume, how much we discard, and how we can minimize our impact. Every time you repurpose a jar(or any household item), you are also preventing one more item from needing to be made. Think about what else in your home you can repurpose!. Original photo from/

If you feel like treating yourself, Daylesford have released a new range of botanically infused teas- in BIODEGRADABLE crystal bags! This is a huge relief, as we come to learn most UK tea brands make their bags with plastic. Even if you put them into compost, it s likely they won t break down. Until Co-op develop their plastic free alternatives, be spoilt by these eco- friendlies instead. Packets include 15 bags each and range from 4.99 to 6.99 online

  • Our beeswax wraps are a 100 natural alternative to single use plastic wrap. They re simple to use- warm the sheet in between your hands and wrap as you would with cling film(or you might know it as cellophane). No need to get the angle*just right* to tear off a piece as these beeswax wraps come in pre-measured sizes that are reusable. This pack contains 2 wraps: a larger size to cover sandwiches and a smaller size that can be used for on-the-go snacks(which is useful if you have little ones) or preserving leftover vegetable halves(e.g. half a bell pepper). They re pretty as well as kind to the environment: gently wash in cool water with a mild soap in between uses and each sheet can last up to a year This set is 10 and is available from Etsy(see our bio)

  • Wonder why I choose to use cello bags to package Earth Dough in Because it is the only product I have found that is truly compostable. I ve spent countless hours researching and learning about compostable packaging. There are many products that are labelled as being compostable, but this is usually only in a specific industrial facility. Many council areas don t have this type of resource, so all that compostable packaging ends up in landfill. They also often cannot be recycled Does your council area have the facilities to compost bio plastics Mine doesn t! The cello bags I use will decompose within 90 days in a home compost! If kept in the fridge they will last longer. I encourage my customers to transfer their Earth Dough to their own sustainable container once the cello bag is opened. This could be recycled jars, food containers, re-useable food bags and wraps(such as), beeswax wraps etc. What do you use So, for the sake of the Earth, the cello bags are here to stay

  • Plastic Free 12. POSTAGE& PACKAGING/ It was really important to me that our candle packaging was as waste free as possible, so I set myself a plastic free guideline, and ensured all our packaging could be recycled or reused. Even the tape to seal our postal boxes is paper! In addition to being plastic free, our packaging can be reused. The candle jars make great storage, and the tissue paper used to protect your candles in transit can easily be used again when you next send a parcel. With a great supplier like, making eco friendly choices without compromising on the quality and aesthetic of our packaging was easy.

  • Repost from This statistic is from a study released on February 5th, 2018 by a team of researchers at the University of Exeter in the UK. While countries around the world(Canada, Europe, some U.S. states) have taken some steps to ban BPA in products destined for children, this endocrine-disrupting chemical is still widespread in the packaging of food we consume on a daily basis. It is found in large plastic 5-gallon water jugs, but also in the lining of food cans. BPA is not a chemical that should get mixed into the cocktail of natural hormones flooding the bodies of teenagers during their crucial growth phase. Find the study here: http:/bit.ly/exeter-study-2018. We have a detailed section on BPA in our new book Life Without Plastic: The Practical Step-by-Step Guide to Avoiding Plastic to Keep Your Family and the Planet Healthy available where books are sold.

  • PVC( 3)- polyvinyl chloride, plastic is very peculiar: In non-food industry, it is even good and important, it is heat-resistant(burns worse than, polyethylene) and durable. Insulation for electric needs, air ducts and curtains for the shower. And here it s positive qualities end Food packaging made from PVC is dangerous. Contact with food, especially greasy and hot is very dangerous and very toxic for our health. Given that it is often used as a package for fatty cakes and as a cover films on sour cream jars or yogurts. And of course PVC strongly pollutes the environment. For those who like to get to the bottom, I ll give you a little more details below: Final disposal of PVC is a serious environmental problem. It contains chlorine(Cl), which is poisonous both in its free form and in most compounds. For example, when burning polyvinylchloride a dangerous dioxin is formed. If you watched movies about the war in Vietnam, then remember that dioxins were part of Agent Orange- a powerful chemical weapon. PVC is the only type of plastic used in the food industry, which has been assigned to hazard class(all others belong to the less dangerous-). ⠀ What to do Try not to buy or carry home the products made out of PVC. Search for alternatives. Contact the manufacturer of your favorite product and suggest that they replace PVC with a more environmentally friendly material(PP or at least PET) ⠀ I hope we saved you from future harm. Give like and share for safe packaging. Tag family and friends in comments, just in case, they don t know bout the harm of PVC.

  • I love these people! And I ve never met them. I initially bought this box of popcorn because it seemed to be a healthy, no-nasties brand(I m wary of even the simplest foods these days). At home, I kept the box out on the kitchen counter because the design is really cute, and deserved to be looked at. Later I noticed the packet inside the box is compostable. Which made me feel very happy, and also prompted me to read the rest of the box. Which is when I fell in love with these people who I ve never met. Everything about their WHY is wonderful! Their packaging is entirely biodegradable, which costs a company rather a lot, and their rather serious message has been written in a quirky lighthearted way. Because why should doom and gloom messages about the future of our planet be delivered in a doom and gloom way It just gets us all down, really, and makes no one want to bother. Well, they have really bothered. And inspired me. I wonder what other products they make. P.S. The popcorn was delicious! As good, if not better, than movie popcorn.

  • PET- polyethylene terephthalate. Marking 1 PET, PET, PETE, PET-R. Check the bottom of your bottles from soda, water or your Iced drink cup from a Starbucks/cafe and you will see the marking. ⠀ For us, this is a controversial polymer. On one hand- it is super convenient, on the other hand- there is a big chance to get a dose of toxins. PET may release phthalic acid, ethylene glycol or acetaldehyde or may not. But knowing this information makes me paranoid And of course everyone makes there own choices.! DO NOT USE IT SECOND TIME! The chance to get something bad from the bottle or the cup increases at times. ⠀ What is packed in PET Water and soda Yoghurts and Kefir Ketchup, mayonnaise and butter Cosmetics Fruit and vegetables Equipment, gadgets, toothbrushes, etc. Always check for markings and be concious about choices you make.

Soddisfare i bisogni. • High Density Polyethylene(HDPE) This plastic is commonly found in: Milk jugs Plastic bottles Hard hats Water pipes Plastic lumber HDPE is one of the types of plastics that does NOT contain BPA(bisphenol A) or other commonly found toxic compounds. Because of this and its durability its a much safer plastic in terms of health risks. It is still derived from petroleum, and so secondary health and environmental risks from production of HDPE, as well as the limited amount that gets recycle, are still a big consideration. Because of its widespread use and primary safety, it is a hard one to avoid.

  • I do love a good review from a cocoloco lover! cocoloco no-bo-deo COMING SOON(Unedited) I have been using cocoloco classic for the past 2 years now, and absaloutly love it! It s perfect for once I wake up and just before I go to sleep to rehydrate my skin for day and stay glowing. In the past 3 weeks Iv have been trailing cocoloco s new idea of deodorant in a stick! And I m in love! It s perfect! I put some on in the morningjust before I leave. Dependent on my activity depends on how much I would apply. It leaves no yucky smell like normal spray or roll on when the day is over( BO mixed with fragrance) and is easy to apply. All to my convience it s size is great for the hand bag for just in case!:) I will never go back to any other brand! Thanks cocoloco my BO is no longer a problem.

  • Whale sharks are the the biggest fish and shark of the seas. The gentle giants are filter feeders that feed on plankton with its massively wide mouth. This means that any floating debris like plastic can get stuck in the digestive system causing death.

  • Never refuse to reuse Plastic straws are made in 10 minutes, used in 20 minutes and remain on the earth forever. They are non-recyclable, so, along with other plastic waste, can end up floating in our oceans, a hazard to marine life. Let s all be mindful of our plastic consumption in 2018. Every little counts. At OsanaCafe you can use our cool metal straws and takeaway glass jars or bring your own. We serve free filtered water so please help yourself to it rather then ordering bottled water. Let s leap in and get the whole family involved. What other ideas can we put into action Let s make 2018 as plastic-free as it can be!

  • Just one of the ways I continue to cut back on my plastic use- get rid of plastic toothbrushes. According to Almost 50 million pounds of plastic toothbrushes make it to our landfills every year. This bamboo set includes four- one for each quarter(and each brush is numbered making it easy to know when to change it out). What will you do this year to reduce your plastic impact

  • It is a family tradition for us to have on Christmas Eve. So I brought my containers 3 hours ahead of time at the sushi place. They prepared my order and it was ready to be picked up in my own containers 3 hours later. Thank you FujiSushi in Gatineau, Québec, Canada, for accepting with a big smile to do this important favour. There was no questions asked, no weird eyes just plain understanding and cooperation. It helps that FujiSushi is a family owned place and not a chain I guess. Happy plastic-free holidays!.

  • We are so incredibly honored to share this picture of Captain Charles Moore reading our book. He s been an inspiration since the very beginning. He s legendary and the one who started the awareness about plastic pollution over a decade ago when he discovered huge quantities of plastic accumulating in the oceanic gyres.: book finally came out yesterday! It s filled with great info and practical ways to avoid plastic. Find their book on smile.amazon.com and anywhere books are sold.

  • Today I went to the second hand store to find a warm sweater because it s getting really cold. I couldn t find a sweater made of 100 wool. They all seemed to contain acrylic. Acrylic can be manufactured to look a lot like wool and even be softer to the skin than wool. You might think that it would be okay to buy this plastic sweater because it is not new plastic and reusing is a good thing, right Well, no. It s best to pass and keep looking for the 100 natural sweater made of wool(or any other natural fibre such as cotton or hemp). Why Here s an excerpt from our book: The ocean microplastic pollution problem is directly impacted by plastic textiles and fabrics. As these textiles are used and washed, tiny pieces of synthetic microplastic debris are released into the air or the wash water. We may breathe them or they may settle in house dust or outside in the environment, but also they go down the drain with the wash water and eventually end up in rivers and oceans because they are too small to be caught by municipal wastewater systems. Researchers estimate that a single garment can produce more than 1900 microplastic fibers per wash and in areas that receive sewage discharges they have found polyester and acrylic fibers resembling those in clothing.(p. 47- You can find a link to our book in the bio.)-Chantal
