  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.

  • Here is a great move to use in a close out situation if your defender is quick enough to stay in front of you after the pump fake. Stay low and react as your defender cuts you off, use the spin move(that is mostly used to get to the basket) directly into your step back jump shot to creat space and knock the shot down! The 2nd option shown in the video is the fake spin and attack the basket and the 3rd option is the fake spin right into your step back pull up jump shot. This is a great move and options to use when you are in a 1 on 1 situation and your side of the floor is cleared out for you to make a play and for my college/pro guys when the shot clock is running down and you need separation to get off a good shot!   • This is proof that what I teach my clients works on every level. Here is Jordan Clarkson, CP3 and Dragic utilizing my favorite move to use and teach my guys, the pullback dribble! We do numerous drills working on this same move to start out every single workout. This is a must for a guard. You have to make yourself a threat to the basket by driving hard, using that pullback dribble(using your defenders pressure against them) to create space and set your feet quick into your pull up or various different options as you read and react to your opponent! All my guys will perfect this move and be able to use it like the NBA guys here! All you need as a scorer is a solid base of 5/6 base moves that you have mastered and 5 or more counters as you read your defender and react. Scoring the basketball is all about reads, not fancy moves. Knowing what moves to use in which situation is key as well!

  • Here are some of my guys working on the pullback series in one of my drills that gives you more of an in game feel! In this drill the offensive player makes his move first and defender responds by trying to get back in front of the ball(simulating having a half step on your defender/nearly shoulder to shoulder)and as soon as you see his chest it s time to use the pull back dribble(while defenders momentum is still going in one direction), change directions and attack the basket or get into other counters out of this same base move!   • How do you keep in shape for the whole year even though you eat so many bad things- i get a lot of that. If you ask what is the best way to keep in shape for the whole year I d say mixed weight-functional, interval workouts and propper mindset. Worst thing you can do is to limit yourself with one type of workout. Benefits: Weights- you get the power and a proper strength. By strong lifts your hormones get leveled and metabolism speeds up by 300. Fat burns faster. Functional/mobility- have you ever seen a guy who could bench press 150kg but when his phone rang he had to ask his friend for help to hold if by his head Don t be that guy. Basic movements, resistance band excersises(I ll soon post some) and roll. High intensity Intervals- probably the most tiring thing you ever try but the benefit of getting your metabolism set for the next 48hours is worth of it. Rowing machine, airbike or just treadmill. 30s of hard WORK and 30s of REST would be perfect.(1:1 ratio, if you feel like its too hard you can try 1:2 or even easier). Mindset- you are what you think. Simple thing but if you keep thinking about how fat your are you ll never get in shape. Turn your mind into how your perfect body would look like and every time you look in the mirror say something like I look better every single time i hit the gym and be consistent about it.
