Instagram hashtags for selfimprovement

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • When I first grew into my woman body I was a freshman in high school. Hormones hit me hard and I gained 25 pounds my freshman year of high school. To be honest, I hated it. Each year after that, I ve always thought my body wasn t in good enough shape. I wanted the curves to go away, the rolls on my belly to leave. I was never satisfied with the way I looked no matter how many people told me otherwise. I wanted to look like the models on TV and magazines, but little did I know I was falling into the BIGGEST trap of our time. Wanting what THEY had. My mind was stuck in a body I wasn t satisfied with. I would go in spurts of working out really hard, then binging on food, relying on it to fulfill me. at times I d eat good, but then I d bounce right back to overeating. I ve been on this horrible cycle for as long as I can remember. I don t think I ve ever looked into the mirror and 100 loved what I saw. How destructive. Why did I think this, and occasionally still do. SO many of us suffer through this. SO MANY PEOPLE. What is it! I can t wrap my head around it. We are meant to LOVE our bodies not treat them like we wished they weren t ours. The relationship with ourselves is the hardest to have. We so easily pour our love into others, why can t we do the same for ourselves! I think every year that passes on this earth, I start to love myself a little more. I grow just a tad. I do love my body more than I ever have. I started developing more self care habits. We inhabit this ONE body for however long were here. I think it s time to start loving it more. Always easier said than done. one thing that helps me is looking into the mirror, saying you are good enough. You are right where you re supposed to be. Just that little sentence can go so far. I ve been sitting on this post for 3 weeks. I didn t like how my body looked, but then all of these words started pouring out of me. This is my a part of my story. Thank you for reading. I am in no way fishing for compliments about my body. I just wanted to share a piece about me that shows that I struggle with shit too. I m not perfect. I m human. We all struggle. We re all human. I love you.

  • Unfortunately, my body caught a bug on Wednesday and the unwanted pest has refused to leave. So I ve spent these past few days lounging around, dosing up on vitamin C, munching on smoothie bowls and skipping the gym. ⠀ This is how I decided to honor my body, because believe it or not, putting myself through a workout right now would not be practicing self care. ⠀ Taking care of your body isn t always about being active sometimes it s just the opposite. ⠀ So if you ever get sick and it just so happens that your body isn t capable of working out, I want to reassure that it s okay. Be easy on yourself, fuel your body with nutrients, take a bath, read a book, relax, sleep participate in other acts of self care. Your body will thank you. ⠀:

  • You ve got to be a beginner before you can be anything else. Starting a new lifestyle is by no means a walk in the park. If kicking unhealthy habits and taking charge of your life were easy, everyone would do it. We live in a society where mediocre is acceptable. It s ok after your 9 to 5 job to grab some fast food on the way home, have a glass of wine and watch your favorite reality TV show to release your daily frustrations. It s much easier to not go to gym and just chill at home. It s easier to to grab some fast food, even though back in your mind you know you shouldn t be eating it, than to cook a healthy meal. It s easier to grab some alcohol to change your state because of something deep down you wish to change than to drink water or a natural tea. Understand that the foundation for achieving anything you want in your life starts with your self improvement. Your everyday habits shape your reality.

  • Whoever said you can t runaway from problems, didn t understand that travel innately heals wounds. It gives you strength, confidence, courage, insight, and knowledge. It has the power to chip away the artificial and superficial aspects of our societal conditioning; and leaves behind a more well-rounded, empathetic, resilient version of yourself. You naturally develop tools that make you better equipped to face adversity. Choosing travel, is not a luxury or a waste of time, but an infinitely evolving road to self-improvement.

  • BENIFITS OF WALKING! I recently seized up my lower back. I figured it would be a great time to talk about a simple yet overlooked exercise. Walking. Walking strengthens your muscles and bones. As I ve mentioned in the past, tendons need motion to repair themselves. If youre stiff its usually due to the fact you arent moving enough. It also improves your mood. A nice walk can be a form of meditation. It gives you time to think. Having nice scenery doesnt hurt either. It gets your blood pumping. Preventing or managing several heart and blood conditions. Helps you maintain or lose weight. Whether you run a mile or walk a mile, you are usually burning the same amount of calories. Exercise doesnt need to be complicated.-

  • Over the years I ve learnt just how important it is to really take time to dive into me. The first place to start is often the hardest, but it s helped my growth incredibly! Distancing yourself from all the people who aren t helping your growth. In most cases, the majority of society isn t looking to dig deeper than you ll be willing to, so put simply. distance yourself from that energy field. If they re meant to be in your life, they ll come back. For now, it s YOUR time to shine. Take some time to yourself, away from the world. Get into YOU. Nobody else can do that for you. You ll be astounded by all the things you never knew about your truest self.

  • Those 12 days i ve spent in Thailand made it very clear for me how important it is to always search for new informations. Things keep changing around us and if we don t look for improvements we will stay behind others that are doing so in a matter of a very short time.- Not saying that you need to keep improving to be better than anyone else,(to compete), but really to be able to understand other people and don t think you are always right about everything. Everyone is different.- Be humble enough to listen to other people, they might have something to say that can change your life forever. Sometimes a simple phrase is exactly what we need to hear for things to fit and make sense. Allow other people to express their thoughts and then you can measure what is right or not for you. Take on the good things and let go the bad ones.- Start applying that to your life, you will not only be happier but will make people around you happier too!

  • Want to know a little secret Blogging is now always as fabulous as it seems. Don t get me wrong, I love what I do and I believe everyone should blog, but most of the time, behind the blog posts and webinars, the results and the wins, the fancy Instagram shots(that aren t even mine- hurray for stock photos) and the brand collaboration, lies a lot of work. And most of this work is simply not fabulous. Talk about admin work, drafting and writing for hours, working on scrips and designing landing pages, sending routine emails and trying to conquer the tech. And that s only the beginning. So, when the work is fabulous and nothing else happens(because that s just the thing with blogging, you don t always see results right away), how do you deal with it Me- I ve decided long ago to enjoy the process. And that s why blogging has been my longest hobby. I take a strange pleasure in doing routine/admin work. I find ways to weave my creativity into the tech processes I build. I get excited over the numbers and the strategy and the behind the scenes. And the things that I don t have the patience for(aka taking my own photos), I just find ways around them. Where was I going with this Ah, yes! Blogging= not always fabulous. Blogging success= finding ways to enjoy the process. What are a few routine/admin/unfabulous tasks for your blog or business that other people would consider boring but that you love doing

Just like snow, if you don t shovel it immediately you ll find yourself snowed in. It may stop snowing, but the Troubles of life will never end. It s important to resolve them early, as timeless on it will become increasingly difficult to deal with the problems. The small ones the just barely covered your driveway will be compounded on eventually being 12in deep. It is not the problems of life that cause disruption, but how we deal with them. • SUCESS IN AMERICA! I try not to speak poorly of society, but at times like this its difficult not to. People are afraid to succeed because they fear failure. Lets talk about your competition. I ve spoken in the past about who reads and the literacy rate in America. Now its time to speak of the herd mentality. If you live in America you have probably heard of the post super bowl riots in Philidelphia. That is the general population. Those are your competitors. People who start fires, flip cars, break store windows. Drunken animals in their finest form. Following the herd. People are quick to jump on the social train. Do you think individuals participating in such actions are going to wake up the next day and start a business venture Are they pioneers or the cattle herded Next time you think you may not have what it takes to succeed, THINK THAT YOU MIGHT BE WRONG!-

Stepping into nature brings my consciousness back to what existence is really all about. I feel simplicity in nature. I feel harmony. I feel that what I am in that very present moment is the only thing I need to be.an existing soul. Nothing more, nothing less.- Art by:

  • EVOLUTION OF SOCIETY! We must hold each other to a higher standard. On a macro level, we hold our government, our children, our major corporations, to a standard. Yet we forget to place restrictions on individuals. Humans are capable of incredible feats. Though the dificulty comes when an individual doesn t believe in themselves. When we believe in another we help others believe in themselves. Often we allow each other to behave in inexcusable manners. Using phrases as hes just a guy she s just being a girl he s a kid, he doesnt know better are not acceptable. A child can know better, it is our responsibility to teach them. A man can learn to be more emotionally literate. A woman can learn that she is powerful and doesn t deserve to be mistreated. This isn t the solution to all the worlds problems, but it is a step in the right direction.-

  • LABEL THEORY AND YOU AND OTHERS! What is labeling theory In short, the intertwining of others judgements or labels towards an individual and his self concept. So why does this matter If we feed the negative loop of judgements towards others we help them establish this view upon themselves. We help perpetuate the existence of deviant behavior. Why we should stop We are a product of our environment. If we want to produce a better world, a better society; we need to eliminate the possibility of one electing himself with a negative trait. Calling someone a gangster, hoodlum, drug addict, lowlife, screwup, peasant, whichever negative trait you so choose allows the other individual to identify himself as such. How we self identify has a huge correlation with our subconscious thought patterns. Do you think someone who struggles with drugs would have an easier time getting clean if everyone around them stopped labeling them as a drug addict Instead acknowledge they have a problem and come from a point of understanding instead of labeling them as a lost cause or drug addict-

  • Decision making tip: Today s decision making tip involves something that will require some self-reflection- exploring what role emotion plays in your decision making process. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Many experts in the business world state that leaving emotion out of decision making is the only way to be successful. However, there are several studies that show having high emotional intelligence(EQ) can be a key component to being a good decision maker. Emotion has been proven to be useful in decision making(recall the type of decision makers who rely on gut instincts-often these stem from emotion).⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ The key is to be able to calm extreme negative or positive emotion prior to making a major decision. However, being able to reflect on, recognize, digest, and respond to emotions(people with high EQ) is actually very effective in decision making. Individuals with high EQ do not remove emotion from a situation, rather their reflective and observant nature allow them to remove emotions that are irrelevant to the decision being made and keep the one s that are useful.⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Understanding what role emotions play in your decision making and exploring your EQ can be a worthy exercise. I believe it can lead to self-discovery in many aspects of life, not just decision making. To feel or not to feel That s up to you ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ How do you feel about feelings(no pun intended) in decision making I d love to hear about it below ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • When you finish a HIIT session and look like this . Yes, I know, TERRIFYING! You may have nightmares for weeks. But this is what I look like post workout, and it ain t pretty . But, my friends, it is effective! Just finished one of the Balanced Bellas workouts, and man it kicked my booty! I love working out at home because I try not to scare people at the gym when I start to turn into a gremlin mid-workout. Muahaha, just kidding, but I do prefer to workout at home because I have the space to do what I need to do and sometimes I just don t feel like dealing with going to the gym(call me lazy!). My message is this, you don t need to look pretty or awesome while you workout(obviously you can see that my gremlin comes out, so that part of the message is clear LOL). Working out is about managing stress, doing what you need to do for YOU, and keeping your body healthy. Of course it s ok to want to look good at the gym(no hate there either), but I don t want any ladies out there to feel like they have to look a certain way or workout a certain way because your workout is for YOU, not for anyone else. BE YOU FOR YOU.

  • Have you discovered what sets your soul on fire. Perhaps the disengagement you feel in your work, or in your life is not because the thing you are focussed on isn t captivating enough, but that YOU are not fired up WITHIN yourself enough to bring energy and life INTO what you do. You must discover what sets your soul on fire. And then take that fire, that energy, that passion and infuse it into all that you do. Take the time to explore what brings you to life. Honor it. And allow it to give meaning to your day by integrating it into your work, your relationships, your daily routine. See if you don t feel more vibrantly present, connected and engaged on daily basis! If you HAVE discovered it, comment and share with us below what it is that!

Just today, I was thinking that I should start making a to-do list for self growth and improvement. Things like show more compassion for yourself and others, wait and think before you speak or eat at least one full meal during the day without checking your computer or phone. These are just the first things that come to mind. It could really be anything that would help me grow and expand as a person. The SOONER you accept your flaws and mistakes, you ll MOVE ON quicker in life and not get STUCK in the CYCLE. Accept, learn, move ON.- If not, you will be the one who suppresses these ISSUES and start BLAMING others for your PAIN: especially to people who are closest to you, BECAUSE you* are filled with INSECURITIES.* are stuck in the CYCLE of blaming others- which actually means you re blaming yourself but haven t REALIZED it yet.* think it s easier to blame someone else than to admit your mistakes.* do not know how to open up and ACCEPT your flaws.- BEEN THERE, DONE THAT. Express yourself freely, ACCEPT your own expression whether it s positive or negative, if your emotion is negative: be AWARE of it and IMPROVISE yourself.- If you choose to be IGNORANT, you re choosing to be stuck in the CYCLE as you don t want to learn. So when you have a NEGATIVE EMOTION, it s important to INVESTIGATE that feeling. You ll receive WISDOM for your willingness to learn and be BETTER.- Do yourself a favor and don t be a DOOFUS. • Today s launch of CRS-12 was a sight to see. The launch was at Kennedy Space Center in Florida and lift off is at about 12 minutes into the webcast. It is still mind-boggling to see the amazing feats mankind is capable of accomplishing, and the endless calculation, precision and forethought that goes into space launches and missions. Not to mention the crystal clear video being captured of every aspect of it. It s also incredible to see how far we ve come where space missions are now being carried out by a private company, FOR. We ve advanced so much NASA ain t even got to do it s own space missions no more:) Well, within Earth s orbit at least. NASA has bigger fish to fry. NASA retired it s old space shuttles, is building better technology, and has its sights set on Mars.

  • () The key is to keep a low profile with your personal dealings, your money, your relationships and your circle. That is your private side. You can create massive impact for this world, earn lots of and bring joy to, but you must also with keeping some things to yourself such as a private life. In the end, it s all about balancing and managing energy. You have to manage how much comes in and how much goes out. Keep your life simple by keeping your life simple.

  • Today I was feeling a tad bit out of control. The weather changes, almost that of a cold front, rain and fallen temperatures. I seemed to have gotten a groggy throat from both the AC/fan, I m on the Islands right. I had to swing back into flow to be in control and nip this feeling in the bud before it saps all my energy. How do you find balance when you ve slipped off your normal routine I did exactly what the holistic practitioner would have ordered.self-care into action. I needed to create space, be centred, present in stillness and just let go! I opted for a session in the sauna for optimal relaxation, ridding of toxins and overall body cleanse followed by a yoga session. It was so worth it. I found my mind wanders and I thought of the toxic people in our lives that we consciously refuse to take notice. We ve all had them! They tend to be draining, manipulative and non supportive. They constantly push your buttons and you ll have to find that balance to distant yourself emotionally. When you ve identified a toxic person, how do you equip yourself to let go of them Just the very same you ll cleanse your body, the very same you should cleanse toxic people out of your life!

Thought of a loved one who s going through painful transitions and got over my need to have the perfect thing to say and I called her. Later when my phone was in another room, I remembered one of my clients would be finishing up a meeting with Dr. Michael Beckwith: went to grab my phone and there was photo of my client holding his book being sold in the Agape Spiritual Center s book store. Then I folded laundry. Miraculous and seemingly mundane all flowing together absolutely beautifully. I can t wait to see what gifts this week has in store.

  • My biceps have been super sore for the last 2 days. Not because I was working out but because I haven t worked out in so long that when I used my arms in a fashion I don t normally use them in two days ago it overworked my muscles. haha. I am THAT out of shape. It was actually a bit of a work out but that of course was not the purpose of it. It s been nearly 2 years since my last workout. Trying hard to make some crucial health changes concerning diet. I should make some exercise goals as well but my drive is all but nonexistent. I ve said it before, drive is so hard to get back when you lose the momentum. I took this photo 6 years ago when I was training 5 days a week. Snapped it right after completing a 300 squat challenge. I used to say I needed to get back to this but I recognize now that I can t get back to where I was nor would I want to(didn t do the diet right and I was under weight), but I can be the best version of my present self, chasing after my future self instead of chasing after my past.

  • Be obsessed or be average. This isn t gifted genetics. This isn t based on luck. There has been no secret formula or magic pill. I was heavyset my entire childhood and struggled with eating to cope with the stresses of life. What you see here is a direct reflection of the effort put in each day towards a goal. I train seven days a week, track all my water intake and input every food item consumed on a daily basis. Every calorie is accounted for. I weigh myself first thing in the morning. I write down my workouts upon completion. My resting heart rate and sleep data is all saved on file. The results you see here are all an outcome from hard work, sacrifice and discipline. You can do the exact same actions and achieve similar results, if not even better. It comes down to how bad you want it. What you re willing to give up. What you re willing to work for. Next time you think about making the excuse of not having blessed genes or aren t capable stop yourself because we all know this is far from the truth. Put in the work. Never settle.

Daily habits I ve been completing religiously the past 3 weeks were pushed to the side unintentionally. This includes listening to my favorite podcast, reading, new language learning and a few other personal development things I spend time doing. Really looking forward to hitting things off strong this week and getting back on track. We all fall off course at times. We are human! Its realizing that you have strayed away from your goals and refocusing yourself back on track that ultimately leads to longterm success. Hoping everybody had an excellent weekend and put it some work on this fine Monday! Never settle people.

Completing small tasks each day on a consistent basis to build my momentum and achieve both short and long term success. If you haven t already compiled a list of your own personal achievements and aspirations you wish to accomplish this year now is the best time to get it done. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Right now. As humans we have a bias towards ourselves we tell ourselves we ve reached our best. The honest critique of others keeps you level headed and on track. Be proud of what you ve done but never focus on your accomplishments, because you ll end up settling, always focus on progression and what s next(this applies to all aspects of life).

  • Letting go of that which does not serve you(a limiting belief, a self-sabotaging behavior, an unhealthy relationship, etc.) can be painful. Very painful. You d think it be easy to let go of something that hurts you, but it s not. Especially if it s been there for a long time. As creatures of habit, we get attached to our pain. We get attached to our suffering. We get attached to things that are familiar, regardless of whether or not they re good for us. But if you want to UPGRADE your life- whether it s your biz, your job, your relationships, your health, or anything else- you have to be willing to accept that pain, KNOWING that your freedom and liberation lies on the side. The only way out is THROUGH. It s a never-ending process of constantly going deeper, peeling away the layers, shining the light of awareness, and letting go. Again, and again, and again. Each time re-affirming to yourself, as my friend likes to say, I DESERVE THE BEST LIFE HAS TO OFFER. And every time, you get to experience MORE JOY and MORE LOVE and MORE HAPPINESS and MORE SUCCESS(and everything else that you desire) than ever before. How beautiful is that If you re ready to let go of anything and everything that s no longer serving you, this will be a big component of what my 9 week group program, The Fearless Soul Bootcamp, will be covering. There are still spaces available. DM me if you re interested and let s see if you d be a good fit. If this posts resonates, you probably would be. • Competing is weird.you spend months obsessing about every new muscle, every ounce of water and food and each day see yourself as a work in progress.but your abs need more definition, your waist is too wide, your quads don t have that perfect sweep yet.as a matter of fact you have a TON of work to do. Fast forward to present day.I don t look like this on a regular basis. And even though I have a small oblique line and I m far from overweight, I have a hard time looking at the body I have. I feel fluffy and out of shape. I feel jiggly. I feel like I m not proportionate. I feel different in this body than the one I grew accustomed to seeing during my 2 years of competing. I can t tell others around me that I feel fat or fluffy or generally don t feel good in my body because I m skinny and that s a slap in THEIR face. I m not ALLOWED to feel uncomfortable in my body because others would die to look like that. And the thing is I m not alone. Lots of us have pushed our bodies to their peak potential- reaching for perfection. And our body image has taken a hit, even when we are perfectly normal looking or above average conditioning. My new blog series on competing will start next week. I am so anxious and simultaneously excited to write about body image, competing, and the mentality I have had to adjust since then because I know that there are SO MANY of us in the same boat. I m not here to bash competitors or tell you not to compete. I know that this blog will not only help former competitors, but also those struggling with self image as they progress through prep and off season. I m here to speak to those of you that are where I was 2 years ago and those of you who align with me now. I can t wait to hear your stories visit the Iron Belle Community and subscribe for updates on these competition blogs!
