Hashtags coelia Instagram

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Vegetable Tempeh Wraps These are the ultimate comfort wraps, the sweet veg, mellow tones of Tempeh and the creaminess of avo make it the perfect combo for a quick lunch or dinner. I use Tempeh by Impulse Food which you can find at stores in the UK Makes enough for 3-4 Wraps. 20 minutes prep and cooking time. Recipe: 2 garlic cloves crushed 2 small red onions chopped 2 red peppers chopped/sliced 1 courgette chopped/sliced 1 Juice of a lemon 1 lime(or lemon if preferred) 1 tbsp mayonnaise(or vegan mayonnaise) 1 tsp salt(add to taste) 1 tbsp coconut oil 2 tsps paprika powder Handful coriander chopped 1-2 Tsp chilli flakes Handful of Ground Tempeh(which has been marinated before hand, recipe below) 1 chopped avocado for serving Tempeh Marinade: A handful of cubed or ground Tempeh- I marinated the Tempeh in 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, a drizzle of olive oil for 15 minutes before frying it gently for 5-10 minutes. 1. Melt the coconut oil in a pan on low to medium heat. 2. Add the onions to the pan, let these simmer gently for a couple of minutes. 3. Add the garlic and stir to make sure it doesn t burn. 4. After a minute add the peppers, courgette and cook(stir often) 5. Add the mayonnaise, paprika, lemon juice(of 1 lemon) and salt and stir in 6. Cook this for around 5-10 minutes depending on how soft you want the vegetables to be and how large the strips of vegetables are 7. Once the heat has been turned off, add the 3/4 of the parsley and stir in. Leave the last bit for garnishing. 8. Serve the vegetable mix in a wrap of your choice with a chopped avocado and a squeeze of lime, some chilli flakes if desired, and some fresh coriander

  • Green Coconut Tempeh Curry This is a lovely warming curry for the winter months, only takes 30 mins to make and satisfies that curry craving! • Alright, so I m back home for 24 hours just enough time to clean my uniform, do some last minute research about Bucharest(anyone have any tips) and get a couple healthy meals in. I finally figured out the best way to cook spiralized sweet potato(spoodles). They are awesome if you bake them for like 15 minutes in the oven with a little avocado oil salt&pep. I tried to make them a couple times by sautéing them but they just break up into tiny pieces unless you want to eat them crunchy.which I don t. Anyway, let me tell you about the super simple awesome lunch I made, it was grainless, gluten-free and pretty darn delicious Plate is; fluffy scrambled eggs, baked sweet potato noodles, half a bag of spinach sautéed in ghee and a few sweet candy tomatoes. I sprinkled it with nooch and red pepper flakes!

  • The sun has finally decide to peek through the clouds today and I could not be happier about it! It s crazy how much the weather can affect how you feel. Yesterday, after a good 3 days of rain and grey skies, I was feeling pretty gloomy. When I feel like that I just crave something warm and easy to put together. These ramen are so practical and yummy! Sometimes I just have it plain but yesterday I felt like jazzing it up a bit with some sautéed kale and mushrooms, green onions and a couple 6 minute soft boiled eggs. Was soooo satisfying!

  • Tesco s GF Egg Butty- 2.45(OR part of the 3 meal deal). Sometimes you just need to grab a butty. Fortunately for the first time in ages, we can. This egg butty was just a bog standard egg butty. But let s be real, that s all I wanted!. The bread was a nice seedy wholemeal role The egg was alright(not too sloppy) If a little bland Not too dry There were a few token floppy leaves in there because yo. Taste: 5/10 Texture: 6/10 Value for money(alone): 4/10 Value for money(meal deal): 10/10. Like I said, a bog standard egg butty. But for 3 we can get this AND some snazzy juice/smoothie AND crisps/fruit/chocolate/betty crocker cake bars I for one have no complaints there!. Other than M&S, what s the best butty you ve tried.

  • Nairn s Choc Chip Biscuit Breaks- Currently 1.30 in Tesco. Tuesday afternoon are just screaming out for a brew and biscuit(or 4) and today these were my bickie of choice:. The texture is very similar to belvitas with a little chew from the oats. Gentle, pleasant cocoa flavour- sweet without being tooooo naughty. A good smattering(15!) of rich, dark chocolate chips. Come on 4 handy little packs of 4, perfect for a popping in your bag. No dairy or eggs in the ingredients(though may contain traces of milk). Taste: 10/10 Texture: 9/10 Value for money: 10/10 I get these all the time! They re so convenient and tasty, not dissimilar to regular breakfast biscuits in price and they re GORGEOUS dunked in coffee(the chips go all melty and mocha-y).

  • Schar Gluten Free Panini Rolls- 2 per pack of 3 sold pretty much everywhere!. Of all the fast food that I miss since being diagnosed, subway is definitely up at the top. Sandwiches are alright but HOT sandwiches are on another level! So tonight I decided to have a bash at a panini filled with ham, spicy tomato chutney and ooey gooey melted cheese*drool*. Once heated the bread got a nice crusty exterior whilst staying perfectly soft inside. A little holey inside(swipe) but it wasn t a problem once sandwiched up. The rolls have that nice floury coating that made them feel proper. Super easy to make(8 mins in the oven, slice, fill, return to the oven to warm the filling). Nice size, around 8 inches long. Taste: 9/10 Texture: 9/10 Value for money: 9.5/10. In case you didn t guess, I loved these! For less than 70p each you can experiment with fillings and enjoy a subway at home. I bet if you baked and filled a roll the night before, you could take it into work, blast in the microwave and have an absolutely banging lunch! What fillings should I try in the other two.

The sponge is light yet moist and soft The sauce is definitely SALTED caramel but pairs brilliantly with the- Sweet, syrupy sponge A very generous sauce drizzle Good portion- says serves 2 but we managed just fine between 3 of us!. Top tip- pair this with a big old scoop of melty vanilla ice cream. Taste: 10/10 Texture: 10/10 Price unknown. Not sure if this was a seasonal product(we got it over Christmas) but if not, I d give it a go, it s absolutely lush!.

  • When it s grey and cold and rainy and you re drowning in uni work and you can barely feel your fingers, stop. Breathe. Get a brownie. This is the last of the goodies sent to me by and it definitely lived up to the rest! It was:. A grown up brownie. Less sweet, more dark and intense. 80 of the time I found the salt quite subtle(perfect for those who aren t quite sold on the sweet/salty combo) but now and again I d get a lovely hit that really cut through the richness cocoa. Super fudgy! Similar in texture to a Costa brownie but without as many chunks. I d say this one was even fudgier than the mini brownies I d try(). This was really quite delicious I think it s vying with Costa for my favourite pre-made brownie- both delicious just in different ways!.

  • Lucky Charms- single servings in Poundland. I m sorry but. how could I not. I am well aware that these are like the unhealthiest cereal known to mankind but having never tried them I simply had to give them a go! Because I knew how sweet they were going to be(and because I like crunchy things) I chose to nibble on these dry as an afternoon snack rather than have them with milk. I wanted to not like them. honestly I did. buttttttt. They were lovely! The actual cereal pieces aren t really any sweeter than honey cheerios or cornflakes. They re oat based(so not for everyone) which actually makes them quite substantial and filling unlike some airy fairy rice based cereals. The marshmallows aren t marshmallow-y. they are dry and crisp. I don t know how to describe them but they were very nice!. Although they aren t healthy, the pot was 180 cals and I felt like I was munching for AGES! I d say they re more filling than 180cals of crisps/chocolates/sweets. Taste: 8/10 Texture: 8/10. I don t think I d have them for my breakfast, and obviously fruit/veggie snacks are better but if you re craving something sweet and crunchy these are actually not bad at all! In terms of value, this single pot was obviously a rip off but I have seen the full boxes in B&M for around 3 which isn t tooooooooo bad.

  • NEW FIND! Dorito Bites- 25p in Home Bargains!. These little bits are very different to regular Doritos in 3 key ways:. 1. They are paprika flavoured rather than the usual blue flavour 2. They are shaped like mini hula hoops instead of triangles 3. There is NO mention of gluten ingredients OR contamination. They have a strong, sweet and smokey flavour. They have a nice crunch. Adorable teeny tiny hula hoop shaped with lots of them in the packet. I really enjoyed these and, as you never know how long a product in Home Bargains will stay, I went back and bought 10 packs at 25 pence you might as well try them for yourself!.

  • Is there a nicer sight. The other night me and Matt went to Mowgli in Liverpool and it was so so good! They do Indian street food and have a great gluten free menu with plenty of veggie and vegan options too. We ordered the fenugreek kissed fries and the gunpowder chicken poppers(pictured) and a variety of curries to share too. All of the food was super super tasty and the portions were so good we had to take some home! The GF Brewdog was a hit too. I just love being able to sit at a table and share lots of little dishes without the whole wait you can t use that knife on my plate/ Wait no, you can t dip, let s ask the waiter for a teaspoon you just wafted that bread over EVERYTHING(and of course the wistful stares at their plate!). If you re ever near their Liverpool or Manchester branches I highly recommend popping by. Side note: the fairy light aesthetics are just.

  • LUNCHTIMEEEEE. The soup queen strikes once again this time it is who have come up trumps in the department! They have about 7 different fresh soups in their fridge section and I all the ones I checked were gluten free. Today I m having the Super Green soup and I ll be honest, I was skeptical. I was expecting some farty, bland cabbage concoction but it is SO NICE! The veggies are just fine and there is loads of basil and mint in it too making it super fresh and light Honestly it s the first soup I can remember where I haven t felt the urge to add any extra seasonings. Add to that the fact that it s very healthy and under 1 per tub and I think I have a new favourite! Excited to try the others now!. Taste: 10/10 Texture:. it s soup. Value for money: 10/10.

  • B-Tempted Review. This weekend my family got together for this adorable gluten free tea party where we tried 5 different cakes from the B-Tempted range. As the only coeliac in the family I really love being able to join in with these events and prove that gluten free at delicious CAN co-exist!. On the whole, we were all really impressed with the range, they look a little plain but they certainly don t taste it and the texture was beautifully moist and squidgy! Just for fun we decided to rank them but of course this was just based on personal preference. 1st Place: Madagascan Vanilla& Flaked Almond AND Lemon, White Choc& Cashew(we couldn t decide!). Both of these had the perfect texture and really packed a punch on the flavour front. 2nd Place: Raspberry, White Choc& Pistachio. Gorgeous texture again but with a subtler flavour. 3rd Place: Flourless Brownie. Again, good texture but we found the intense chocolate a little bitter for our liking(you d certainly only need one!) but dark chocolate lovers should give them a try. 4th Place: Dark Choc Chip& Hazelnut. This seemed slightly heavier than the others and was much less sweet. I was expecting it to be nutella-esque but the hazelnut is actually really pronounced. Still nice, maybe one for the more mature pallette. Though a little on the pricey side, these are so so decadent that I think they would be perfect as a gift or for special occasions! I m definitely going to be after more of the lemon and vanilla! Have you tried any of the range Do you agree with our ranking Thanks again to for these little nuggets of yum, they were loved by all!.

  • Brrrr. On cold nights like this all you want is a warm bowl of soup. I never normally go for a soup but it was so cold out that I needed something to defrost me I chose toscana soup made from tomatoes, leeks, grilled peppers, curly kale& quinoa. It does come with a side of mozzarella bread however they don t have a vegan option to the mozzarella so I couldn t have it.

  • Inspired by a recent email from and a great post from I wanted to share my thoughts and opinions on gluten free prescriptions as well as finding out yours! My opinion on this subject has varied greatly from time to time, and probably correlated with my relationship with coeliac disease and food in general. When the prescription products first became a thing coeliac disease was practically unheard of. Free from sections didn t exist and I m pretty sure people thought gluten was a kind of craft supply. Back then prescriptions were the only way to get those kind of things(and even then bread came in a tin) so I can totally see how it was valuable. Now however, even tiny tesco metros have GF products so do we really need prescriptions Some say yes, because it s too expensive and for a while, that was my thinking too- GF products do cost 3, 4 even 5 times their wheaty counterparts. However when I turned 19 and no longer automatically received free prescriptions, this meant I would be paying 8.60 per item and so I stopped getting them. In fact, I bought very few free from items at all because I was on a budget. I started to do a lot more experimenting with food and cooking from scratch. I realised that actually, with the comfort blanket of toast and crackers stripped away, my diet was probably MORE nutritious and MORE tasty. With this and a very close-to-home concern about the state of the NHS I m ashamed to say I became quite snotty about the prescription situation. I was getting my carbs from rice, corn and potatoes, and loading my plate with fresh fruit and veg. I had no NEED for bread and crackers and would buy them very occasionally as a treat. I couldn t understand why people would be so dependent on prescriptions. But things changed. Since getting my stoma last year, my diet has been a big problem. I can no longer tolerate SO many foods that without free from options I would probably be dangerously underweight right now. I buy most of my GF stuff because I find it better quality but have returned to prescriptions.*Cont in comments*

  • LIME FACT Did you know that when scurvy(a disease that results from vitamin C deficiency) was widely spread amongst the sailors in the 19th century Limes were the best cure for the disease!- Lemons were the number one cute but were too expensive so the sailors had to eat 1 Lime per day to prevent scurvy! They are an awesome source of Vitamin C and other dietary fibres.- We are so excited to have this powerful fruit mixed with the Chipolte Chilli in our new Mayo!*
