Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?

  • I m a control freak. Not when it comes to other people- I m a big believer in the live and let live philosophy- but for mySELF and my LIFE, oh yea, major control freak. In fact, when I don t feel like I have TOTAL control over my life(reality check: we always do), my anxiety shoots through the roof and makes it seem as though I have no control at all- whichhhh in turn sends my mind into a crazy tailspin of worst case scenarios. It s really freaking exhausting. ⠀ ⠀ I wish I had a really profound life lesson/solution to share here but the reality is that I struggle with this on a daily basis. Exercise and nutrition help- they give me CONTROL over my health and a RELEASE for anxiety. But I can t workout all day long just to feel control. That would be insane. And counterproductive.   • I love being horribly straight forward.   • Mondays, am I right My exercise and fitness background is most definitely*not* Pilates. I primarily did kettlebells, cross training, soccer, and eating gargantuan amounts of food(I consider it exercise).   • Barbell squats 5-6sets 20,18,12,8,5reps 1⃣ Setup perfectly as you can. As you can see, at first as I lifted up the barbell, the weight wasn t evenly on so I re racked it and repositioned to get a better setup. GOOD SETUP= easier lift 2⃣ Use straps or belts to help you queue for the setup. It will help you to remeber to squeeze the all necessary muscles to begin. E.g. bracing your core as hard as you can to have strong balance and to protect your spine etc 3⃣ Try to max out. Not many times you see a person doing failure on a squat. There s a safety bar for a reason 4⃣ Think positive and tell yourself that it s possible. Positivity is very underrated. 5⃣ Use skill berserk for 15 strength 6⃣ Remember to breathe* such an important tool when you re lifting heavy. By breathing out during the concentric phase, it s like a release valve. It helps to lift. Think about a car with nitrous, get more boost.

  • This is me every time I drink. I rarely drink anymore, and I don t even do anything super bad when I do, I just despise that feeling of loss of control of myself, loss of inhibitions and clarity. I hate feeling lost in my head, sick in my stomach and completely off balance. I don t like not liking myself or not feeling true to myself because I m under the influence. I read this quote every time because in the past beating myself up about things was basically how I lived life. But the misery that comes with that is pointless and it is far better to just be strong, face it, get up, get on, forgive yourself and allow yourself peace and time to move forward, even if that isn t easy.
