Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • BBQ cauliflower and chickpea tacos topped with coleslaw and Salsa Verde Avocado dressing. So good I had 2. 1 head of cauliflower, 3 cans of chickpeas(because leftovers) 1 TBS olive oil. For the BBQ rub, mix together 1 tsp each of cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chili powder& 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix it all together and roast at 375 for 30 minutes.

  • This is not a 6 month or 1 year or 2 year transformation. This is 4 years. I would love to say that adding muscle is a quick and easy process, it is not. It takes time, dedication, patience, consistency, hard work. I have 2 different thoughts when I look at these photos. The first is wow, look at the changes I have made. It takes time to notice change and after seven months I can definitely see changes are being made.   • REVERSE DIET UPDATE! Current stats: Resistance training x 5 p/w& 2 rest days. Tracking macros- 4 normal calorie days, 2 low carb/calorie days 1 high carb/calorie re-feed day. 154cm s short& 52.6kg average body weight. Sleep currently being affected by Gymshark s 2am Melbourne time releases.- Happy weekend guys! I ve now done 6 weeks of adding in re-feeds.Time goes so quickly! Believe it or not 4 weeks in to the extra carbs I was actually the leanest and lightest this whole cut!- However the last two weeks, my weight and skinfolds has gone up, so this week we are only going to do one 500 calorie carb re-feed instead of my usual two. Stats wise the increase is slight- I m only 2.6mm up in skinfolds and 400 grams up on the scale from my lowest check-ins two weeks ago. And I m still lighter and leaner than I was before the re-feeds started. The body does amazing things when you are patient, consistent and treat it properly!-

  • My biceps have been super sore for the last 2 days. Not because I was working out but because I haven t worked out in so long that when I used my arms in a fashion I don t normally use them in two days ago it overworked my muscles. haha. I am THAT out of shape. It was actually a bit of a work out but that of course was not the purpose of it. It s been nearly 2 years since my last workout. Trying hard to make some crucial health changes concerning diet. I should make some exercise goals as well but my drive is all but nonexistent. I ve said it before, drive is so hard to get back when you lose the momentum. I took this photo 6 years ago when I was training 5 days a week. Snapped it right after completing a 300 squat challenge. I used to say I needed to get back to this but I recognize now that I can t get back to where I was nor would I want to(didn t do the diet right and I was under weight), but I can be the best version of my present self, chasing after my future self instead of chasing after my past.

  • It s not cute. It s not easy. It never will be. And if it is you re definitely not working as hard as you could be. It takes will, determination and motivation. It takes long nights, early mornings, say yes to more veggies and no to lots of cake(or brownies, I loveeee brownies). But it makes me happy. It might not look like it but I killed my shoulders, I left the gym sweaty, out of breath, flushed, hungry, thirsty and tired, I left the gym more fulfilled then I have in a while because I pushed myself harder than I have before. You may or may not see it but I m changing. Not just physically but mentally. And I m proud of it

  • It s a common assumption when someone sees another person who is into fitness and making progress for people to think if I could workout all day I d make progress too. That s not the case for everyone into fitness. I live a crazy, hectic, extremely busy life and I could choose to allow that to stand in the way of my progress in reaching my goals or I can use it to help me reach my goals. In the past I ve had times like everyone else where I chose to allow my busy schedule to get in the way of my goals and my progress suffered as a result. Over the years I ve learned to use my busy life in a way to help me reach my goals instead of putting a pause button on my progress. When I get busy I focus on what needs to be done, I do it, and I move on to what else has to be done that day. The times when I m busy are the times when I ve noticed I make the most progress. Why Because there s no time for me to cheat on my nutrition or completely blow off workouts. When you have time to think about what you re doing, you also have time to talk yourself out of a workout or into eating some kind of junk food you don t need. We all live busy lives. We all have the choice to allow that to stand in the way or push us forward. Focus your concentration, eat the right foods, get your workout in and move on with your busy day! And!

  • A week ago I had spent all day torturing myself on a mountain side in West Virginia competing against some of the top OCR athletes. Then I spent that evening preparing to run the mountain again the next day, not one, but two more times to complete my Trifecta. When I ran my first Spartan race in 2015 it was a Sprint that was a little over 5 miles long. Up to that day I had never run that long of a distance before. It was such an awesome experience that showed me I was capable of more than I was. 2016 I did a Beast and a Sprint in one weekend to complete 2/3 of my Trifecta. I remember how much I thought two races in one weekend would be the hardest physically challenging thing I had done to date. Then later that year I ran a Super at the infamously challenging Wintergreen course to get the last part of my first Trifecta. Looking at those three sections of medals all together as one big medal was surreal to me because I spent my early years in running with a cross country coach that told me I sucked at running and I should quit. There I was looking at three smaller goals all together represented in the achivement of a bigger goal that at one time seemed near impossible for me to obtain. A year later, seven years after my coach told me to quit, and I was holding that same larger medal again, but the difference was I got the three smaller pieces to make that medal in one weekend on a tough mountain course in West Virginia next to some of the best athletes in our sport. It was an honoring experience that challenged me and showed me how wrong my coach actually was. Don t allow other people to set boundaries on your abilities and what you can achieve in life. Just because you re not naturally good at something doesn t mean you can t work your way to the level of someone who is naturally as talented. Set your goals in life! Don t lose sight of those goals! Crush those goals! And!
