  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.

  • 4 Year Transformation! The left picture was when I had just started lifting and was weighing around 125-130lbs and the right was this past July weighing around 178lbs! So it s actually less than 4 years apart but we ll just round up! It s been a lot of fun learning new things and getting better everyday in the gym!   • Wide-Grip Ez-Bar Curls- Great at the end of a Back workout and these particular ones are great to do if you don t have an arm blaster at your gym! One thing to keep in mind while doing these is to keep your elbows out in front and try to slow down the negative portion of the movement!   • 3 weeks into this off season and I m taking things slow and responding well(I think). 3 days a week training, 7-10 meals per day of both good foods and bad. My focuses are back width, hams and inner thigh with a sprinkle of forever arms. Been doing DC Training with a few add ins. Numbers have gone up, both in weight and reps, every week. Probably keep this going another 3 weeks and then transition into push/pull with more volume. Today s workout sucked mentally because of being overly busy but battled through it and got it done. Here s my workout from today 1A: Decline DB Press- 90lbs x 16, 5, 4= 25 reps 2B: Seated DB Press- 80lbs x 17, 7, 5= 29 reps 3C: Close Grip Bench Press- 205lbs x 12, 7, 7= 26 reps 4D: Wide Grip Pulldowns- 180lbs x 17 reps 5E: Smith Machine Rows- 225lbs x 16 reps 90 second static stretch after each exercise.--

  • What do you think the most important muscle to train is I think it s the lower back-You use your lower back to stabilize your body for just about any exercise. Deadlift- Keep your back flat and chest out to actively work your lower back/hamstrings Glutes Ham Raises- Keep your back tight and flat and don t overextend at the top.*Use weights if it s too easy with your own body- I have noticed that the more often I have worked on my lower back, my squat technique, and even deadlifting technique have gotten much better-Training your lower back can also prevent many kinds of lower back pain and support daily activities of sitting, standing, or any other movements.

  • Want a wider back Stronger lats Then try these. First and foremost ALWAYS keep your core tight! I believe EVERY exercise is a core exercise. You can do these sitting on a bench but I choose to kneel instead because it keeps my hips from tightening up. Start with a full stretch and when you pull the weight in, think driving your elbow to your hip and squeeze your lat at the end. Try NOT to use your Bicep to move the weight. Pretend your hand is permanently stuck to the handle and you have to use your lat only to move the weight. I like to hold my rib cage with my fingertips touching my lat so I can feel the muscle squeeze, ensuring I m using ONLY that muscle. We call this mind muscle connection. try adding these to your back routine and feel the burn. 3 sets of 10-12 should be good but if you re trying to build mass or strength always mix up your weight, sets, reps, and tempos. Saturday in and 10 souls gutted out 60 miles each on sidewalk. and Vasu hit 1000 miles today averaging more than 70 miles a day. Just 2100 miles to go. Eeep.   • That feeling after a heavy set of deadlifts thumbs hurting AF(hookgriplife). Are you guys team hookgrip ore team mixedgrip oree straps. I prefer the hookgrip because i feel safer stronger and more balanced it takes some time till you get used to the pain but its worth it in the longrun i guess and im only deadlifting one heavy set per week since im doing wendler 531 Atm.   • Bench day best day. Whats your favorite bench variation. I prefer the flatbarbellbenchpress, becaus with this exercise its the easiest to follow progressive overload, and you can move the most amount of weight. Its important to track the weight so you can get stronger over time dont get me wrong i like dumbells aswell but its harder to progress and be consistent. Follow to learn more.

  • Airkicks on the beach I miss those sunny days. How do you stay motivated during this times Its currently raining every damn day. Pretty happy with the shape i was able to maintain during 4months of traveling here are some tipps on how i did it i tried to hit the gym 3-4 times a week mainly mainly fullbodytraining stick to compund movements tried to move a lot so i could eat more you could do intermittet fasting if you struggle with overeating i ate at home a lot just dont overdo it on the treats.   • Nothing better than a good old pump. Whats your favorite bodypart to get a massive pump and the favorite exercise to do it. I think a arm pump is super nice but i dont even really enjoy training arms that much i guess its kinda boring training legs today trying to get my quads a bit bigger so they get stronger but with overall size of my legs im pretty happy dont want them to bee much bigger otherwise i cant wear cool jeans anymore.
