  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!

  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Wide-Grip Ez-Bar Curls- Great at the end of a Back workout and these particular ones are great to do if you don t have an arm blaster at your gym! One thing to keep in mind while doing these is to keep your elbows out in front and try to slow down the negative portion of the movement!   • 3 weeks into this off season and I m taking things slow and responding well(I think). 3 days a week training, 7-10 meals per day of both good foods and bad. My focuses are back width, hams and inner thigh with a sprinkle of forever arms. Been doing DC Training with a few add ins. Numbers have gone up, both in weight and reps, every week. Probably keep this going another 3 weeks and then transition into push/pull with more volume. Today s workout sucked mentally because of being overly busy but battled through it and got it done. Here s my workout from today 1A: Decline DB Press- 90lbs x 16, 5, 4= 25 reps 2B: Seated DB Press- 80lbs x 17, 7, 5= 29 reps 3C: Close Grip Bench Press- 205lbs x 12, 7, 7= 26 reps 4D: Wide Grip Pulldowns- 180lbs x 17 reps 5E: Smith Machine Rows- 225lbs x 16 reps 90 second static stretch after each exercise.--

  • How do you keep track of your training routines In the past, I ve always just used Google calendar with whatever training program I ve created or decided to use. This time, I decided to put it in my bullet journal, that way I can see how everything fits with everything else. I m always very strict about getting in my long run, but I don t worry about shuffling around the shorter runs throughout the week. This particular training schedule is Hal Higdon because I m more out of shape than my original plan took into account. I used it for my 2014 Napa Valley Marathon, too. Let the training begin!.

  • As the New Year brings New goals of health and fitness, I just want to put out a little reminder that Fitness isn t a six pack or the perfect butt. Fitness is feeling healthy and strong enough to accomplish the amazing things are bodies are made for! Nothing is wrong with making goals to look the best you ever have or lose 20 lbs but as you make your goals, I challenge you to set ones that aren t about the way you look, but are about the way you feel and what you can do! Maybe to do 20 push ups instead of losing 20 lbs.or running a faster mile instead of losing weight as fast as you can. If you focus on accomplishing new things, and giving your body the right foods so it s strong enough to do it. the other things like looking better will come more naturally and it is much more Fun that way too! Trust me, I ve done it both ways and not focusing on the way I look has made such a difference in how I feel. I m stronger and fitter now then I ever was when all I wanted was to fit in a certain pair of jeans again I m not going to lie, I am scared to death of 2018 because there are a lot of things I want to accomplish and they are really going to push me out of me comfort bubble!   • Missing the gym But I have to rest to get better. Recorded this last week during shoulder day. My hubs and I finished shoulder day doing a burnout set on the hack squat machine It hits your delts at a different angle An alternative to Shoulder Press If you step down from the platform the machine is even heavier, I can t do that heavy weight yet. but I will soon Yes we use machines to hit a different angles and in all different ways Don t be afraid to try machines I watch other people in the gym between sets sometimes and I get ideas. Watching a video of yourself always help me see what I need to work on with my form I over extended my elbows. now I know for next time to concentrate on not doing that.

  • Fair warning, these are not pretty! I push my belly out, make squinty Asian faces and fail on my last set of 305.   • About my abs workout yesterday! toes to bar are an amaaaaaazing movement that involves a lifter going from a slightly hyper-extended position with the hips and shoulders open to a full contracted position at the top. So, the ranges of motion of this exercise requires great amounts of muscle strength, control, and coordination, also! Adding the important component of momentum and speed, that way you will demand high amounts of energy during the eccentric portion of the exercise.   • My New Year started with this hardcore sueperset in combination of: Squats Zumo half squats And deadlifts All in one set x sets Repetitions till failure. All my girlfriends that ask me about how I continuing growing my legs but being ripped. Is cause the quantity of calories you will burn doing this superset will keep you in perfect shape. The most important here is get till failure in each exercise, the quantity of repetitions doesn t matter for me. Your muscles will let you know when to stop and continuing with the next exercise, executing the same process. Make sure you have tried the weight in the 3 exercises before start, cause passing from one exercise to the other and having a rest of 10sec between, make the muscles get tired easily.   • MENTAL GAMES because if you believe in it you WILL achieve it How many of you like to look at the gym like it s a sport I didn t get to play as often as I wanted to as a kid but when I walk in to the gym now my inner kid gets to come out& it becomes a competition between me, myself& the iron. Just like any performance in life I mentally prepare myself to be willing to push myself& allow my trainer to do the same. Do you agree that showing up to the gym mentally drained affects the way you perform Do you believe showing up for anything in life mentally unprepared has a role in the outcome of things Yes The good news is that is something we can control. Whether it be a conference meeting, a public speaking presentation or the Olympics our are with us just as often as our bodies are. Just as we train our body it s important to train the mind. Did you know 90 of an athletes performance is a mental game With that being said have you noticed that most coaches focus solely on their athletes physical preparedness Why You can perform better than anyone else but if you don t come mentally prepared to the game things can get ugly. For example, why is it that a player that has been throwing free throws for the past 11 years can make those shots in his sleep but once he makes it into the big leagues can t throw a free throw to save his life I ll tell you why! His fear of large crowds psyched him out. He came mentally unprepared& checked out of the game before it started. My point is that like anything else in life when it comes to the gym don t psych yourself out. You can do anything if you set your mind to it& Next Level trainers are more than just that. We want to set the tone for you so that when you walk into a gym you feel comfortable, confident& mentally prepared for your workouts. You don t have to know all the ins& outs of the gym& you don t even have to come mentally prepared because we promise each time you leave we ll get you one step closer to getting there. All you need to do is show up& believe in yourself because YOU ARE WORTH IT!

  • WHEN IN DOUBT STRETCH IT OUT* Did you know stretching is a great way to increase blood circulation& can help you maximize your workout HOW Stretching helps our bodies remain flexible which is extremely important when working out to refrain from any unwanted injuries& keeps our joints lubricated! Don t let muscle soreness keep you from skipping out on YOURSELF or on the gym any day this week. How many of you incorporate stretching into your daily workout regimen I know I don t. But as of the lately I have been doing my best to do my body a favor& stretch out as often as I can. My body doesn t feel as tight& going into my workouts I feel like I am able to hit deeper workouts. Stretch out before your workouts to prevent any injuries& stretch out after to decrease any muscle tension. The more you stretch the faster your muscles can recover. I know stretching at the end of your workout is the last thing you want to do BUT give yourself a few minutes& let us know if you feel a difference.

  • FITTIP: We all love the smith machine on booty day but what about back day Pull ups are one of my favorite exercises to improve back strength& there s nothing wrong with doing pull ups with a little bit of assistance. Whether it s the assisted pull up machine, a band or inverted pull-ups on the smith machine keep on lifting yourself up towards the goals you seek. One of my goals this year is to be able to do 10 bodyweight pull ups with out any assistance. Where am I at now you might ask Let s just say I ll be swinging on the smith machine till I get there.   • FITTALK: Did you know that exercising releases the same neurotransmitters in the brain that smiling does These are as you know called endorphins.* We always hear about how exercising& fitness is GREAT for our health, which it is, but what we don t hear too much of is just how much smiling can affect our health as well. As kids we tend to laugh& smile at absolutely everything but as we get older transitioning into adults we become more serious.   • Back in Elementary school and Middle School I was know as one of the ugly kids. Not for weight, but for wearing glasses, not dressing fashionably, and simply being different than everyone else. By Highschool, I recognized a lot of that and that s were my physical transformation began. Upfront, my mental transformation is still more of a work in progress than my physical, but I m getting better each day. A lot of that has to do with the motivators I see on the daily. I could have posted one of the usual body builders, but today I m motivated by my local home gurl, whose journey I have been following. She is a true as she puts her struggle out there in her posts. Check her out. If Katie and I both started as caterpillars, we are everyday improving and breaking out of that cocoon to become butterflies.

  • What I learned here from is that I drink too much caffeine& too little water. my 4-5hr Sleep avg doesn t help either:( HOW TO TELL IF YOU ARE OVERTRAINED- The published an article yesterday on overtraining- Problem: less than.001 of the entire population in the world suffers from overtraining- Solution: publish an article on the many benefits of exercise, like:- Psychological benefits- discovering that you can do things in the weight room you never did before translates to the boardroom, workspace and corporate ladder, this also improves mood, too!- Physical benefits: weight training effects on muscle, bone density, posture, cardiorespiratory function, circulatory function are beyond beneficial and perhaps too many benefits to list- Social benefits: many people find new friends at the gym, end up hanging out outside the gym, and even do business together- Energy levels: absorption of nutrients is also altered, and you begin to better use carbohydrates, need more protein to support muscle breakdown and buildup, and in turn, you will find yourself with actually more energy(despite expending more of it)- Memory and brain function: research is coming out on the benefits of more oxygen flowing to the brain as it relates to Alzheimer s and other cognitive age-related declines- So who has to worry about overtraining- Odds are, not you. Keep pushing!- Also, drink more water, eat more veggies and protein, and improve your sleep habits- Tag a friend you think could benefit from hearing this(and thinks they re overtraining)-.
