  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

But today, i realised it can be great fun, most of the equipments had instructions on them and some are more or less self explanatory. For the first time, I played with a bosu thingy.   • After a small get away with my fave it s time to get back into routine. I ve always struggled with sustainability with regards to weightloss. This is usually due to being very restrictive and then secretly binging on the foods I ve missed. This is a cycle I ve been stuck in for a few years. I have a terrible relationship with some foods since losing a lot of weight. Being afraid to gain weight has been dictating my life. I m sure a lot of people who have lost a large amount if weight can attest to this. I decided to change my approach and trust in the IIFYM process to an extent. I haven t always gotten it right because starting something new is always a learning curve. I ve finally found what works for me which is slow and gradual progression without restricting my favourite foods and being binge free for the longest period I can remember. I still have a long way to go. However for the first time I m making progress whilst not being afraid of the foods I enjoy or sabotaging my own progress by approaching it with an all or nothing mindset. The all or nothing mindset has just led me to failure time and time again. When something isn t working there is no reason to stick to it. With this new approach I feel as if I ll be able to continually make progress and make it sustainable.(Always use the left for a comparison picture as it s one I particularly hate).

A lot of fake smiles, feeling like things were my fault and becoming comfortable In situations that really aren t ok, but 2017 helped me find inner strength and showed me that the world can actually be my oyster. Relighted my burning desire to Trampoline again and with this I ve built some new relationships, being happier in myself and giving myself new challenges and achievements. After vowing I d never compete again but 2018 is seeing that change. With big plans to train hard, travel and get involved with league to hopefully compete there in 2019. Then I changed career.   • As I m chilling here, enjoying the last three days of sunshine(because we all know what awaits in London lol), I thought I d upload another one of my workouts from last week. I have only been to the gym once this week(Monday, legs) but I feel fantastic. After my last post when I felt so terribly guilty and awful, I have come 180, I switched back to lean meats and lots of veg for dinner and eat a high protein lunch every day(ham and 0 yoghurt lol). I m feeling lean and energetic as opposed to bloated and sluggish. So it just goes to show how a change in diet can push us in any direction!. Anyway, here s a quick rundown of the shoulder session in the video for you to try: Barbell shoulder press 8-12 reps Barbell upright row 10-15 reps X3 Dumbbell front raise(across for front delts and pec minor) 16-20 reps Barbell front raise 12-15 reps X4 Lateral raise 12-15 reps Bentover reverse fly(note the angle of my hands/weights- this is for rear delts not upper back) 12-15 reps X4. There is always a reason for my chosen rep ranges- send me a message to learn more! Start with big, compound exercises to improve strength and finish with isolations- less weight and more reps to chisel and define. Then throw in some abs to finish- boom!

  • I have unfortunately proven to myself within a week that it is impossible to maintain a super lean physique on half board. I laugh at it because if I didn t laugh, I d probably cry lol. Basically anything other than the high protein, low fat and low carb diet I was following back home just won t work! Which is also the reason why fitness competitors gain some weight outside their competing seasons- it is hard to stick to a limited selection of foods for the rest of your days. And this is coming from me, someone who loves staying lean and therefore will eat like most won t. Now, I ve never said it s super easy but it s something you do because you know what you re getting in return of exercising self control. Most don t see the point of it, so if I was to have a conversation about staying lean, 9/10 people would tell me not to worry about it. And a little part of me loves to hear that, it s like getting permission from someone to eat whatever like lol. But the majority of me screams and panics: Are you crazy, you can t let your diet go, you ve worked so hard! I suppose at least I know I can get it back. I don t know how many of you can relate to this, but I felt the need to share as I ve been going insane for the last few days. At first I had the gym to keep my body in check and now that I ve avoided the gym because of my heat rash, I just feel miserable. One would think I m going through some serious existential crisis right now(and maybe I am lol) but what I ve learnt from past mistakes is that no matter what worries us, we must share. A problem shared is a problem halved, even if it is as shallow as mine lol!. I had a rogue breakfast this morning, two pancakes and bread with cheese and ham- I was so fed up eggs and bacon, I needed a break Also, this photo is from three days ago as my abdominal definition is disappearing but I m trying to hold onto it as well as I can lol. At this point I m just grateful I don t have to partake in a massive Christmas dinner as that would probably be the end of me.

  • Good morning! I know everyone is preparing for Christmas and rushing around getting last minute presents, but are you also taking time out of your day for yourself. I often hear people say they lack time to go to the gym. The beauty of exercising is that there are plenty of workouts we can do at home and the one muscle group that does not require ANY equipment is the abdominals!. So here s a great ab circuit for you to try either on its own at home or to add to the end of your main workout. Note the different ways to hold your arms to change the intensity of the first exercises. Once these become too easy, feel free to pick up a medicine ball or a plate to hold during exercising. V-sit ab crunch x24 V-sit bicycle x24 V-sit reverse bicycle x24 In-and-outs x24 Twists x50 Leg raises x10. Doing these once through is usually more than enough and only takes 5 minutes! Of course you can absolutely repeat the lot twice for serious ab gains. Have fun!

  • I can transform ya!. Sorry for the late post today, I ve been by the pool and have managed to get both a sunburn and a heat rash at the same time lol. As far as 2 for 1 offers go, this is one of the less desirable ones. I m waiting for the preworkout to kick in to go train glutes, so here s a post with my back workout from two evenings ago. If you want to get a detailed description of my exercises and sessions, you must make sure you check my stories every night(or during the following 24 hours) because when they re gone, they re gone. I ve had to deviate from my normal sessions a bit due to some equipment not being available but they ve been good sessions regardless. Today s session is going to be a challenge as there s barely anything there for glutes but let s see what I can come up with!. Here s a pretty decent back session: max rep pull-ups and chin-ups to warm up max rep tricep press-ups(on floor or bench) X4 bentover rows x20(10 wide grip 10 close underhand grip) X3 machine lat pulldowns x8-10 X4 straight arm push-downs x10-15 bentover close grip cable rows x10-15 X4. Rest when you have to but for as little as you can!

  • When you re into fitness, your best skill is being able to adapt. If you can t adjust your training to the environment you re in, you re going to have a really bad time away from your normal gym. I have been posting my training on my stories- if you have not yet seen my sessions then head over there now for my last night s back session! Stories will be available every night from around 7; I will also be making compilations to post on my stories daily. Here are snippets of my leg session two nights ago. My session was a bit all over the place so I ve tidied it up for you. Warmup: Wide-outs x30 Lunge kick(x10 per leg) X3 Then it gets more serious: Walking lunges x20(bodyweight first set then at least 8/10/12kg dumbbells!) Machine leg curl x20 X3 Next superset: Dumbbell deadlifts x20(10 stiff legged 10 Romanian) Machine leg extension X3 Murderous plyos to finish: capoeira squat lunge combo x20(use a plate- 5/10/20kg) lunge kick(x10 per leg) wide-outs x30(can add a resistance band) X3. Take breaks only if you re really out breath. I design sessions so that one wouldn t have to stop often. It s called active recovery and agonist-antagonist supersets are usually best to make the most of your time and training. Happy training!

  • RECIPE: Raw chocolate vegan fudgy goodness Raw Vegan Paleo Refined sugar free When a recipe and a one have babies One of my all time favourites! CRUST: 1/2c pecans 1/2c cacao beans or nibs 1/2c coconut flakes 3 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a food processor until they bind together. You want to keep some chunks in the mixture. Press the mixture in silicon molds with your fingers. Put the mold in the freezer while you work on the other layers. This will allow the next layer to harden faster(http:/joeysplate.com/recipes/raw-vegan-mini-chocolate-mint-matcha-cheesecakes/) FUDGE Ingredients 1/2 cup almond butter 2 1/2 tbsp virgin coconut oil(25g)/coconut butter optional 2 1/2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice* optional: a few drops maple extract i used vanilla*To sweeten, you can use maple syrup, agave, honey(non-vegan), stevia drops, etc. To make: Combine the almond butter& coconut oil or coconut butter,& gently warm until the nut butter is easily stir-able& the coconut oil is liquid. Stir in the sweetener if desired, then spoon on top of your chocolate crust layer. Freeze for an hour(or longer if needed) until solid. I then made some raw chocolate(posted on this before), drizzled it over the bars(once removed), added some cacao nibs and freeze dried raspberries. Et voila! Best kept in the freezer. You can also allow them to warm up a bit and cut them into smaller pieces are this size is quite a lot for fudge. Well.
