  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Fast food doesn t have to be unhealthy! In today s society people often find themselves in a busy and stressful situation. Fast food from the joint down the street is NOT the solution! This lunch took me about 10 minutes to prepare. I normally boil a big batch of rice twice a week, and just warm it up along with the proteins& veggies I use for my meal For this lunch I fried a chicken filet, lowered the heat and cooked 1,5 tomato for 2 minutes, than had in my already prepared cold rice for another 2 minutes. Not beautiful but healthy. ★BANANA& PINEAPPLE Stuff Recipe; →4 very ripe big size banana →1 small ripe pineapple chop small dice or chop roughly. →1 tbsp full sugar cane →A pinch of salt →2 tsp ground cinnamon. put banana into a pot and cook on the medium-low heat stove. use spoon or fork press and stir untill become almost dry. add pineapple, sugar, salt, and cinnamon stir together till rarely sticky. FINISH. ★PINE Recipes; 120g allpurpose flour. 30g black ryle flour. 100g high cool butter or coconut oil(chop dice, use during cool). 1/4 tsp salt. 3 tbsp full high cool water. mix flour and salt together then add butter→→press like chop together butter and flour untill mix well spread water each spoon abd softly knead together to be a dough. seperate a size for each usage then spread it out equal to satisfied purpose. FINISH. ★put stuff and shape. ★bake for 15-20 mins(or till yellow) in 160 c oven. ENJOY.

  • RECIPE: Raw chocolate vegan fudgy goodness Raw Vegan Paleo Refined sugar free When a recipe and a one have babies One of my all time favourites! CRUST: 1/2c pecans 1/2c cacao beans or nibs 1/2c coconut flakes 3 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a food processor until they bind together. You want to keep some chunks in the mixture. Press the mixture in silicon molds with your fingers. Put the mold in the freezer while you work on the other layers. This will allow the next layer to harden faster(http:/joeysplate.com/recipes/raw-vegan-mini-chocolate-mint-matcha-cheesecakes/) FUDGE Ingredients 1/2 cup almond butter 2 1/2 tbsp virgin coconut oil(25g)/coconut butter optional 2 1/2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice* optional: a few drops maple extract i used vanilla*To sweeten, you can use maple syrup, agave, honey(non-vegan), stevia drops, etc. To make: Combine the almond butter& coconut oil or coconut butter,& gently warm until the nut butter is easily stir-able& the coconut oil is liquid. Stir in the sweetener if desired, then spoon on top of your chocolate crust layer. Freeze for an hour(or longer if needed) until solid. I then made some raw chocolate(posted on this before), drizzled it over the bars(once removed), added some cacao nibs and freeze dried raspberries. Et voila! Best kept in the freezer. You can also allow them to warm up a bit and cut them into smaller pieces are this size is quite a lot for fudge. Well.

  • Marie s raw vegan fudge! Who wants some! You may have seen my post on this a few days ago. My lovely Instagram friend came up with this awesome easy recipe. It was right up my street so I had to give it a try! Recipe: 120g coconut oil 80g maple syrup 6 heaped tbsp cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla powder 100g cashew butter 80g almond butter(you can substitute with 180g of any nut butter of choice) Start by melting the coconut oil at medium heat in a small saucepan. Once the oil turns liquid, turn off the heat. Stir in the cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla powder until you have a nice and smooth mixture. Stir in the nut butter and fill in a tin, box or any kind of airtight container and leave in your fridge for 2-3 hours! I popped in the freezer for 30 mins instead. Enjoy! I halved the recipe. And once it was done, it didn t last long Give it a shot, and let me know if you do!

  • Almond butter raw fudge hearts That s all Raw fudge hearts makes 12 ¼ cup almond butter 4 tsp Groovy Foods coconut oil 4 tsp Groovy Foods agave nectar 1/8 tsp vanilla bean Pinch of(pink Himalayan) salt Gently melt almond butter, and coconut oil in a medium saucepan. Once melted stir in agave nectar. Then add in vanilla and salt. Mix until combined. Leave to cool(pouring into another container helps cool mixture faster. A pyrex jug for example). Once mixture has cooled pour into silicon heart moulds. Freeze for 15 minutes, or until required. Ensure fudge is solid before removing from moulds.
