How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.

  • Have you set your intention for the new year yet. A couple years ago I started naming my years. 2016 was the first year I did this and it was a year of overcoming fear. I tackled all of the following:- Fear of heights(I flew in a helicopter down into the Grand Canyon)- Fear of public speaking(I committed to teaching a 4 hour class once a month to a room full of 50 people and I became an executive board member at the American Heart Association)- Fear of negotiation/conflict(I was used to waiting for permission, so instead I negotiated a 38 pay raise, a NYC apartment, my fare in a taxi, the cost of parking in a NYC parking garage)- Fear of meeting new people, which is really just a fear of judgment(I m a shy introvert, but I had 2 friends when I moved to NYC so I started going to networking events, volunteering for things I wouldn t normally do, and meeting people I wouldn t normally meet)- Fear of not being good enough(I started a business to prove that I was). 2017 I decided would be the year of learning to say no. I was raised to think it wasn t polite to say no, but what I found was that I had been spreading myself thin and really worried about putting everyone else first. I thought learning to say no would mostly help me focus in my business but the number of lessons in politely declining I have learned this year far exceeds what I had in mind.   • Today I was feeling a tad bit out of control. The weather changes, almost that of a cold front, rain and fallen temperatures. I seemed to have gotten a groggy throat from both the AC/fan, I m on the Islands right. I had to swing back into flow to be in control and nip this feeling in the bud before it saps all my energy. How do you find balance when you ve slipped off your normal routine I did exactly what the holistic practitioner would have ordered.self-care into action. I needed to create space, be centred, present in stillness and just let go! I opted for a session in the sauna for optimal relaxation, ridding of toxins and overall body cleanse followed by a yoga session. It was so worth it. I found my mind wanders and I thought of the toxic people in our lives that we consciously refuse to take notice. We ve all had them! They tend to be draining, manipulative and non supportive. They constantly push your buttons and you ll have to find that balance to distant yourself emotionally. When you ve identified a toxic person, how do you equip yourself to let go of them Just the very same you ll cleanse your body, the very same you should cleanse toxic people out of your life!

  • Courage isn t the absence of fear, it s the willingness to push through. 2 years ago I paid a guy online 1000 to teach me how to do online marketing. People thought I was crazy. Heck, maybe I was. But I trusted my gut and went for it. Within a month of applying his lessons I made it back and more. 8 months later, he makes me an offer to move to Maryland to be his head of marketing for his software company. Honestly, the thought of moving across the country was scary, but it was the good kind of scary. The kind that pushes you to evolve. What was hard was leaving Atlanta, the city that had just chosen me to be their spokesperson Timing will never seem right, but we re never promised tomorrow. That s why I had to go for it. A year later, we made over 1m and decided to apply to an accelerator in Silicon Valley. Today I packed my bags for the next step in this adventure of life. I don t know what the future holds, much less the next 3 months. But what I do know is that on the other side of fear is freedom.   • I dont even worry when things get hard. I just strengthen my faith and keep believing that better days are coming. My mindset and attitude are what really get me through anything. I am strong enough to overcome any obstacle or face any adversity that might arise. Stop overthinking, worrying, and stressing yourself out. Everything will be okay.
