Hashtags naturopath Instagram

All hashtags are grouped on 30 from the most popular to the least popular.

Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. For example, if all your photos represent nature, the hashtags shouldn’t be only "nature", but could be also " sunset", "flower", "sky", "spring" etc.
  • To get more likes, use more general hashtags. For example "cafe" instead of "Starbucks". The hashtags on more general topics are more popular in Instagram, they have more viewings of posts and more likes.

Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • I have learned that being healthy means being proactive. Before I had oils I did not have the proper tools to be proactive about my health. Now, it is so easy. Young Living has these Inner Defense capsules filled with all those immune fighting oils. One of them being Oregano. That herb in essential oil form is incredible. But this makes it so easy. We are going to the mountains and I know my body will need a little boost to stay healthy. This capsule will do that. Add it to your ER. It is a must to have on hand.

  • Red cabbage is one of my absolute favourite vegetable, it s currently in season and has so many health benefits! Since it is a cholesterol theme this month here are some fun facts about why cabbage helps to reduce bad cholesterol. It contains soluble fibre which helps to block absorption of cholesterol. It contain plant sterols which mimics the action of cholesterol, meaning that cholesterol is displaced by the sterol and excreted. It contains lignans which have been shown in studies to raise good cholesterol and reduce triglycerides.

  • This little power house is my of the week. If you are coming down with something or you feel your immune system needs a boost. This. Is. What. Ya. Need(well, clause, might need) Echinacea is a Native American herb used for centuries and commonly used for healing prior to the discovery of antibiotics in 1950 Commonly used for: infections(skin, uti s, flu, colds) acid indigestion alleviating pain anti inflammatory conditions(think arthritis, asthma, bloating) improving skin problems(eczema, psoriasis, wound healing) improving mental health(anxiety, depression) fighting cancer(phytonutrients) From experience. TWICE now i have had skin infections that needed antibiotics(an oil burn and my stitches/wound) and i have topically applied echinacea and golden seal herbal drops. Within hours both times the infection had started to go and this resulted in me not needing antibiotics. I am not by any means saying this will cure all your problems alone but people need to start understanding the power of nature and herbs so we can all keep ourselves healthy without harming ourselves in the process.- I was taking it orally and topically whilst my immune system was undergoing healing but do naaat overdose just because its natural. This stuff is powerful. and teamed with a green juice full of nutrients you have yourself an immune boosting winnnnnner

  • ON THE BLOG- BALANCED KENTUCKY BOWL!. Recently I have been loving using a variety of mushrooms in my diet. Maybe it s because it s Winter and my body is craving immune boosting foods but my favs are Shiitake, Maitake and Oyster. Shiitake- has become a symbol of longevity in some countries. It boosts energy and brain function. Reduced inflammation and is high in B Vitamins and D. Maitake- Stimulates the immune system and has a chemical that may help fight many diseases including some cancers. Oyster- Contain a stack of zinc, iron, potassium, calcium, vitamin C, Vitamin B s and are full of antioxidants. Pretty cool right All those benefits just from mushrooms. The power of food is constantly blowing me away. Find the recipe for this dish via the link in my bio and next time you re at the supermarket try some of these mushies. S xx

  • If you haven t tried this dip. do yourself a favour- And before anyone jumps down my throat. yes I know it s a vegan dip, and yes I do have smoked salmon on my toast. I live an 80-90 plant based lifestyle. It s my choice and it s what works for me. It s all about how nutrient dense my meals are. I have vegan values don t get me wrong but my food choices, unsurprisingly, are dictated by health reasons. However I love buying vegan products because I do believe in the cause and so I like voting with my dollar. But the word vegan on the package for me means that it is dairy free. But don t be fooled, the word vegan doesn t necessarily mean that it s healthy, so always check the ingredients list(re: gluten, sugar, added flavorings, colours and preservatives).-

  • Chocolate Smoothie bowl 2 Small frozen banana s(or 1.5 big ones) 1 small handful of spinach(20ish leaves) 1/4 cup raw cacao 1 Tbs of chia seed or flaxseeds 1 Tbs of honey* 1/4 cup of oatmilk(Start by adding only half this first though as it will depend on your bananas)* To make vegan- replace honey with your fav sweetener. This turned out super chocolately and a little runny for my liking. So maybe put in less cacao, honey and oat milk. You really have to play around with smoothie bowls. It s the only way to learn-

Ladies did you 12 21 of Australian reproductive-age women, suffer from PCOS(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) it being more common among those who are overweight! And it is estimated a whopping 70 of Australian women with PCOS remain undiagnosed, pretty crazy right. • WHO HATES RUNNING me! But as I mentioned in my story it s just too good for you not do it! There are numerous reason but today we re talking stress.- S T R E S S Running puts the body under stress, a good stress, which increases our resilience to the bad kind of stress we experience during our day to day lives. This means that the negative effects of this negative stress are reduced. Think anxiety, a busy mind, that feeling of being wired but tired. This of course includes affects on our cardiovascular system like modulating blood pressure. Then of course we have the other stuff. Stuff we don t think about when we re battling with our mind over whether or not to get out of bed, get off Facebook and go for that run! increased quality of sleep, increased blood flow, those amazing endorphins get boosted, mood and hormonal regulation etc. like I said, things we know but don t think about. But don t go over board: this will actually have negative effects on our nervous system by producing too much cortisol(a stress hormone). Always have one day off exercise a week, I generally have 2 or 3 if we re being honest haha!- Ps it s so muggy in Melbourne today! Sweaty as!-

  • Happy Saturday beautiful! A common theme we are hearing from all the amazing guests on the FW podcast is how we are all comparing ourselves to others especially on social media. I m sure it is safe to say we have all been there at one point or another. Maybe you still catch yourself doing this from time to time, and that is ok. I am quickly learning that this is a journey that so many have been on or are currently on. The most important thing to remember is social media is a highlights real. Your worth is not determined by how many followers, likes or comments you receive. Instead by the love you give to yourself. Self worth is an internal feeling! In the next couple of weeks you will be hearing some incredible people interviewed on our FW podcast and this is just one of the topics we dive into. Stay tuned and follow the link in my bio for all of our episodes. S xx

  • What s in your shopping bag this week. Going to the market is one of my favourite chores to do in my week. This wasn t always the case, I used to rush around and be in and out as quick as possible. Then I realised that grocery shopping is something I need to do every week in order for survival so I may as well find a way to enjoy it. So what did I do. I started shopping at farmers markets and health food stores over supermarkets. They just have a different energy and I felt much calmer in this environment. I always choose the quieter times so I m not getting sucked into the rush of other people and their energy. I started chatting to all the shops I went to and learnt where my food is coming from. It gave me greater insight, which led to greater appreciation for the food and everyone who is involved in the process of getting it into my fridge. Mac and I go together every week to do the shopping. We didn t always, but we both cook so I think it s important we both have input. I d love to know what you guys do to make this an enjoyable experience. S xx

  • A smoothie is a great breakfast for those who are trying to manage their cholesterol levels. 5 portions of fruit and vegetables is the absolute minimum we should be eating per day. If you re serious about lowering your LDL cholesterol then 80 of your diet should be vegetables. Poor quality fried meat and eggs for breakfast aren t going to help you reach optimal health. Unfortunately toast, cereals and croissants aren t any better. So stop making excuses, ditch the processed breakfast and have a smoothie instead- save the comfort eating for the hangover you re gonna have on Sunday!

  • Throw back to our retreat in Italy 2 years ago! Oh how time flies. Today I want to talk about exercise and cholesterol. Exercise is panacea for a number of health condition, it floods all the cells with healing oxygen and allows our body to detox damaging toxins hay we are exposed to everyday. It also has a direct effect on our cholesterol by lowering our LDL Bad cholesterol and raising our HDL Good cholesterol. Exercise is a bit like marmite, it seems a lot of our client either love it or hate it- I think it s just about finding the right activity for you. If you are more of an introvert or you enjoy meditation and alone time then you will probably love running, swimming or cycling. If you are an extrovert, if you love being around people, working as a team and get bored or anxious on your own then you need to find a team sport to get involved with like football, touch rugby, netball or hockey. Don t be disheartened if you have never enjoyed exercise, just find the right thing for you and stick to it! Once you start to see improvements in your mood, your body and your health you will surely continue.

Add 100ml EVOO and 1/4 cup sherry vinegar(the best you can find). Finally, pour in roughly 300ml chilled water. Consistency should be smooth and rich, and of course, season with salt! • Umeboshi and ginger tea- This tea is bringing me so much joy at the moment, and is nearly taking place of my highly coveted morning lemon water! In a cup of hot water, add 1 tsp fresh grated ginger and 1xume. The Ume will break down nicely with a good stir. The highly acidic and salty Ume has a beautiful alkalising effect on the body, whilst the ginger is acts as a delicious digestive carminative. Be sure to read the ingredients carefully when buying Ume, traditionally they are preserved via lactic fermentation using only the ume, shiso and salt. However it s common to find artificial colours and preservatives amongst the listed ingredients. X Makiko Itoh

  • Blueberries have been linked to a lower risk of heart attack and here s why. They contain polyphenols and anthocyanins which help to widen arteries meaning that blood can flow through more smoothly. They contain a number of important micronutrients, specifically vitamin C which encourages collagen production keeping the arteries more elastic. They contain high amounts of fibre which is good for your cardiovascular system for 3 reasons; to slow the absorption of cholesterol, to slow the release of sugar into the blood and to help remove toxins which could be causing inflammation in the body.

  • In 2010, I traveled to Las Vegas to spend a few days with my two sisters. One of my sisters was dying of lung cancer and it was on her bucket list to meet Donny Osmond. My sister was pampered with a facial, manicure and had her wig styled to prepare for a meeting with her teenage heart throb, Donny. The show was amazing. Donny and Marie were true to their brother and sister banter as they poked fun of each other. It was Marie s birthday and she poured out her heart to the audience sharing her pain from the passing of her father and the death of her son. Her transparency broke down any barriers that she was a Star. Like all of us, she experienced grief that at times was unbearable. Marie expressed the devastation of such a great loss. After the show, my sister was able to personally meet both Donny and Marie. They were gracious and compassionate. My sister beamed from ear to ear during their candid conversation. Although the situation that brought 3 sisters to Vegas was grim, we enjoyed the moment by shopping, eating lots of food and laughing as we tried on flamigo sunglasses. These memories are filed away in our broken hearts reminding us of the fun times as sisters. Life is short, but family is forever.

  • CLOUD 9 Walking out of my appointment with my I always feel super charged, motivated and uplifted. There is something about having a meaningful, inspirational conversation with my naturopath(also my tutor) and other like minded women that elevates my soul. When women get together and talk about hopes, dreams and desires we literally produce oxytocin which makes us feel good. The conversations I ve had just in the last few days have made me feel and with a real to keep following my true path. Think about your last get together with the girls, chatting over dinner, laughing over tea and cake, a picnic on the beach, a beauty treatment where you connected with the therapist on a deeper level() and how good it felt. Round up the girls, no bitching, moaning or gossip just a comfortable get together where you encourage and support each other, revel in each other s achievements, celebrate your wins or laugh at your life lessons. It s something to be really grateful for and if you haven t found your tribe yet there are some wonderful gatherings taking place right now where you can meet like minded individuals and form new friendships. It really is a time to.

  • Self-help for PMS part 5 Supplementation- Magnesium! Required for optimum muscle function, with deficiencies often causing cramping. Mg is essential for nervous system functioning, where nervous tension and irritability highlight potential need. The production of oestrogen and progesterone requires magnesium, as does the activation of many enzymes. I like to massage Mg oil on my neck and shoulders if headaches and tension are my main symptoms, otherwise a great magnesium powder will do the trick. Great Earth has practitioner only products available over the counter, prescribed by naturopaths, at great prices! Also, women taking the oral contraceptive pill are commonly deficient, not only in Mg but in many other essential nutrients( A great multivitamin is a must ladies!) unknown/pinterest

  • WATER: Not only are we made of the same minerals as the stars, our bodies are 50-70 water. So when you start to feel thirsty and get a foggy head you are already SEVERELY dehydrated! As women, when we give birth we lose so much fluid that our brain actually shrinks which is why we get that baby brain! So if you are feeling sluggish, low in energy, foggy and thirsty make sure you up your water levels. Aim for a glass an hour as if you drink it all at once your body will pass it to quickly for you to absorb it. Good quality water comes direct from source but failing that glass bottled LOCAL water or boiled water with a pinch of Himalayan salt or a squeeze of lemon is just as good. Easy on the lemon as your teeth are precious too. Try it for a week and watch your cells bloom whilst screaming THANK YOU!

  • salt stones bath selenite, kyanite, black tourmaline, jade, moonstone, amethyst magnesium flakes I had a huge day today and have had trouble sleeping. Last night I made lengthy self care and nutrition my top top priority, nourishing self and body in a hot bath, steeping in it with meditation and breaths, and then drifting right into bed with steam still rising from my skin. It worked. Sleep, early morning, challenging day. I m slowly learning the weight bearing priority of self care& today was certainly a new chapter.
