  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

  • Dumbbell raises! There are 3 muscle groups in your deltoid. The Front,Mid, and Rear Deltiod. This works the mid deltiod as I think it s the most important one to focus(If you care to hear why DM me). If you start pointing your thumbs to the ceiling as your doing this exercise then you are no longer focusing on the mid deltiod and have transitioned to working your front deltiod. So focus on keeping your palms facing the ground. You also don t need to raise the dumbbells as high as I am. But I like to activate my traps also.

  • 183 lbs in 2017 vs. 183 lbs in 2018. last week when I sent my weekly progress pics to my coach he said I looked leaner at the weight I m at currently than I did last time at that weight. I woke up at 183 lbs today for my weekly check in and decided to do a little digging and see how exactly I was stacking up against the last time I was 183. Turns out, coach was right definitely looking leaner this year at this weight.- Seeing this immediately made me happy that I ve been spending this mini-cut following my macros, measuring/tracking everything, and avoiding alcohol. It s helped me make some improvements this offseason. and being somewhat lean during pool season is nice too- I ll say it again, SAVE your progress pics somewhere folks! Google Photos is where it s at! They give you a ton of space to store photos and it doesn t take up much storage on your phones. It s so beneficial to be able to go and look back at older photos and see how exactly your physique is progressing-

  • This is a post shot. Do you see all that red Yeah, that is nothing compared to what it was while I was working out. But thats good! Means I was working hard. I did super sets with drop sets. Lat pull downs, all kinds of rows, reverse lat pull downs, and much more. My goal was failure at 5-8 for my large movements and 8-10 for my smaller movements. I would super set a large movement with a smaller movement. I did 5 of each exercise. And I also took 30 second to 1 minute breaks between supersets. Needless to say, I was there for a while

  • How to build bigger traps First, frequency is key hitting shoulder 4 to 5 times a week is more effecient than hitting it 1 to 2 times a week. Frequency beats volume in the long run. So if you have to sacrafice a little volume in the workout do it, and hit again and again and you will see better results.- Second, progressive overload will help alot and it a big part of getting better intensisty. Theres 3 ways to do this 1.sets 2.reps 3. Weight. It seems that when you try to increase weight all the time you will hit the wall so increase reps and sets together until the weight isnt challenging then move up in weight. Third, weighted carries, deadlifts and uproght rows are great mass builders for those traps and they can really put some size on them. Go heavy you can load alot of weight to really build those traps Fourth, traps are a big part of looking bigger of you have traps you tend to look alot bigger even if your not. So if you want to big and more musculat traps are great for that and really fill out your physique

  • My number one recommended exercise for building big traps and upper back without straps and naturally are power shrugs neutral grip. Neutral grip because you can actually grip and carry more. Power shrugs so you get that peak contraction. Building big trap contributes to ones overall athletic and aesthetic look. It also helps protect your shoulders and neck from injuries. This particular machine is intended for chest pressing but is perfectly set up to do standing shrugs. In commercial and busy gyms you have to always be innovative in how you train.

  • A lot of people say traps are the muscle that makes you look like you lift- the masculine muscle. I definitely agree, but I ve also found traps that are too big take away from the width of the shoulders, which are important for that v-taper. Nonetheless I ve grown my traps mainly indirectly like this:- 1) Heavy, ego-lifting, momentum fuelled, swinging Bent-over barbell rows. I believe there is a place for ego-lifting, PROVIDED you can maintain the integrity of the lower back(neutral position). If you cannot, use lighter weights to strengthen first and improve your form. Otherwise, heavy bent over rows heavily engage the upper traps as some degree of shrugging is required to heave the weight. Particularly if done using overhand grip.- 2) Deadlifts- The traps grow from loaded stretching, that s why shrugs are so effective, and why deadlifts are as well.- 3) Shrugs- this one is pretty obvious. Be sure to keep the elbows behind the body, rather than to the front.- 4) EZ-bar Upright rows- The EZ bar decreases chance of shoulder impingement. Make sure to forcefully contract the traps to move the weight and lead with elbows, rather than raising with your delts.
