Why all hashtags are grouped on 30?
  • 30 is the maximum number of hashtags that you can add at once in the description or in the comments to the post according to the rules of Instagram.
How to use 30 hashtags in one post?
  • 1st way: copy the group of 30 hashtags, insert them into the description of the post, save.
  • 2nd way: save the publication without hashtags, copy the group of 30 hashtags and insert them into the comment under your post.
When to publish hashtags? Is it possible to use always the same hashtags? - Important to know!
  • The hashtags must be added at the moment of publication in Instagram or immediately after it, because the hashtag's feed is chronological. An easier explanation: the sooner you add hashtags after the post's publication, the more persons see your post in the feed of hashtags selected.
  • Instagram doesn't like when you use the same hashtags from post to post. Even if the theme of your posts remains the same, you can always choose different hashtags, because there are various elements in the photo. Method of calculating popularity and how to use it.
  • On Instagram the popularity of a particular hashtag is equal to the frequency of its use.
    The frequency of use is the number of posts on Instagram with a specific hashtag.
    It follows from this that the popularity of a set of hashtags is the total number of posts of all hashtags included in the set.
  • The more popular a hashtag set is, the more likes and followers you can get from it.
    At the same time, the more popular a set of hashtags, the faster you have to add it to the description of the post or comment to it, because the feed of hashtags is chronological and posts on more popular hashtags quickly replace each other at the top of the feed.
How to understand and use color codes (red, orange, yellow)?
  • Red - High popularity - More than 10,000,000.
  • Orange - Average popularity - More than 1,000,000 and less than 10,000,000.
  • Yellow - Low popularity - Less than 1,000,000.

Weather looks extremely threatening as if a storm is approaching n it really started to rain cats and dogs(as quoted by recently) after I dropped her off at sch. so I didn t get down of car to run my usual route.   • In the wake of mine and Yasmine s glute session tomorrow I want to share with you my little workout from Christmas Day when I was preparing for a big gala dinner. I didn t end up eating much myself but it s always best to do a big session before an event. This way you ll ensure your body is optimally prepared to use up as much of that energy/food as possible. Try these exercises and don t even think about telling me that it was easy Either bodyweight walking lunges OR b/w static lunges 3x20(3x10 per leg per set) Then: Wide outs x20 Squat jumps x20 Squat side kick x20 Side-to-sides x30 Wide-out tuck jump x10 Repeat all these exercises back to back, twice OR thrice through! Hip extensions on the frame- grab a heavier weight and perform 3-4 sets of 10-15 max. Also stay tuned for the new glute session around 2pm tomorrow!

  • As I m chilling here, enjoying the last three days of sunshine(because we all know what awaits in London lol), I thought I d upload another one of my workouts from last week. I have only been to the gym once this week(Monday, legs) but I feel fantastic. After my last post when I felt so terribly guilty and awful, I have come 180, I switched back to lean meats and lots of veg for dinner and eat a high protein lunch every day(ham and 0 yoghurt lol). I m feeling lean and energetic as opposed to bloated and sluggish. So it just goes to show how a change in diet can push us in any direction!. Anyway, here s a quick rundown of the shoulder session in the video for you to try: Barbell shoulder press 8-12 reps Barbell upright row 10-15 reps X3 Dumbbell front raise(across for front delts and pec minor) 16-20 reps Barbell front raise 12-15 reps X4 Lateral raise 12-15 reps Bentover reverse fly(note the angle of my hands/weights- this is for rear delts not upper back) 12-15 reps X4. There is always a reason for my chosen rep ranges- send me a message to learn more! Start with big, compound exercises to improve strength and finish with isolations- less weight and more reps to chisel and define. Then throw in some abs to finish- boom!

  • Good morning! I know everyone is preparing for Christmas and rushing around getting last minute presents, but are you also taking time out of your day for yourself. I often hear people say they lack time to go to the gym. The beauty of exercising is that there are plenty of workouts we can do at home and the one muscle group that does not require ANY equipment is the abdominals!. So here s a great ab circuit for you to try either on its own at home or to add to the end of your main workout. Note the different ways to hold your arms to change the intensity of the first exercises. Once these become too easy, feel free to pick up a medicine ball or a plate to hold during exercising. V-sit ab crunch x24 V-sit bicycle x24 V-sit reverse bicycle x24 In-and-outs x24 Twists x50 Leg raises x10. Doing these once through is usually more than enough and only takes 5 minutes! Of course you can absolutely repeat the lot twice for serious ab gains. Have fun!

  • Few things I ve learned over the years in regards to HEALTH, VANITY and FITNESS. 1. It s OK to wear the same dress twice. 2. Learn to do your own hair and makeup! In 2012 I had it done. After that, I learned to do hair and makeup all on my own, plus less is MORE. 3. Consistency is key! Keep a few of your favorite dresses or pair of jeans around over the years. Check often if you still fit in them. If you do, you ve been consistent. If you don t, maybe it s time to get your health and fitness back on track. 4. Pics keep you on track! Take them and save them. 5. Make health and fitness a lifestyle, no matter where you are or where you go, or what obstacles happen in your life.
